🔥Natsu's P.O.V🔥

 We decided to go back home, and luckily my mom was asleep, which was a shocker seeing as she wanted to be awake for when we came home. We quietly crept into my bedroom though, just to be sure.

First, Lucy changed while I turned away, then I did as she turned away. Now we were just in slackers clothes. We sat on my bed and quietly talked about random stuff. Until Lucy brought up a topic.

 "What are we going to do after high school?"

 "What do you mean?" I asked, sitting up.

 "After high school ends, I'll bee heading off to college, but what are you planning on doing?"

 "I'll follow you there. I promised top be with you, and I won't just be breaking that promise just because you're going to college and I'm not."

 "But why would you follow me when you could happily live your life with someone who didn't need to drag you along with them?" Lucy asked, wishing she hadn't.

 "You really think that if just leave you like that? I wouldn't leave the one I love just because she's leaving."

 Lucy froze.

 "You actually called me... Your love. You've never called me that." Lucy said, her emotions now scrambling everywhere.

 "Of course I called you that. I love you Lucy, and I shouldn't need to say it for you to know that."

 "But so far, everyone I love in return has left. My mom, my dad, my brother doesn't care about anyone but his girlfriend."

 Natsu covered her mouth with his hand, making her quiet.

 "I'm not going to leave you, and your brother does care about you, he's just went his own path in life."

 Lucy was now lightly crying into Natsu's shoulder.

"You better not leave me baka. If you do, then I'll never let you live it down." She laughed.

 "Fine by me. Add long as I'm with you, I'll be fine."

Lucy and Natsu never left each other's side after that, and they were well known as The First Popular and Non couple throughout the rest of the high school year, and more years to come.
