🔥Natsu's P.O.V🔥

"What's that?" I asked, pointing to the book.

"My photo album." She said as she opened the book. I looked and saw her I'm guessing as a child. As she flipped through the pages, I saw her grow older, but then there were pages torn out.

"What were those?" I asked.

"Haha! I'd rather not tell you! Come on! I'm sure that your mom is worried." She said closing the book and walking faster. She didn't seem like she was worried that I was going find out, more like she was embarrassed.

We got home and we went to sit in my room. She placed her book on my bookshelf and sat on my bed.

"You're bed is more comfortable than my bed. Mine was a rock." She said as she snuggled into my blankets.

"Well, at least you won't have to sleep in that anymore." I said.

"Yeah. Crap! I still need to tell Sting about dad!" She said as she sat right up.

"I thought you didn't want him to know."

"He's going to find out, and when he does, he won't like that I hid it from him." She said as she dialed his number. The phone rang for a few seconds, then he answered.

"Hey lil' sis! What's up?!" He said cheerfully.

"Sting... I'm about to send you a picture of something... But please, don't lash out at me." She said.

"What do you mean? What's the picture?"

"Sending it now." She said as she sent her father's picture. After a few seconds, he got back on the phone.

"Lucy... What. Happened." He said one word at a time harshly.

"He... He did it because of me. I... I did this to you. I killed our-"

"Woah! Lucy! Stop!" I cut in.

"Natsu?! Why are you with Lucy?!" Sting asked, nearly forgetting his father's death.

"Because her idiot brother isn't here for her when she needs you! Instead, you're across the world having parties with your girlfriend." I said.

"She's now living with me because she's now homeless! She has no one to depend on, so I'm here, helping her because I know what it's like to have your father die!" I said.

"Lucy I'm coming home and you're going to live with me and Yukino." Sting said bluntly.

"No. I'm choosing to live with Natsu and his family. You can't control me!"

"He's not your boyfriend! So I can't allow that!"

"What makes you think that he's not?!"

"WHAT?!" Sting yelled, but she hung up after that.

"Well... That was awkward. Sorry for dragging you into that." She apologized.

"Nah. It's fine. What threw me off was the boyfriend part." I said, sorta wishing it was true.

"Ha! As if anyone would fall for me. If they did, I'd question if they're right in the mind."

"Why? What's wrong with you?"

"Seriously? You don't find anything about me odd, strange, not normal?"

"No. I see me in you. You lost your father, so have I. You hate lying, so do I. You act the way your friends want, like me. So, basically everything's wrong with me too!"

"Wow, that makes me feel way better." She said sarcastically.

"Get used to it! You're living with me now. You have to deal with me everyday now.'

"Yeah. What's gonna be hard now is being mean to you at school like I'm supposed to be." 

"We'll deal with that tomorrow. Now let's get some sleep." I said laying on the floor.

"You can have your bed. I'm used to a solid surface." She offered.

"Nope! I'm good here!"

"Don't blame me when your back hurts in the morning." She said as she covered herself in the blankets.

We both slept peacefully that night.
