It was a beautiful day in Magnolia. Lucy, Natsu and Happy were out on a job. Gray was stripping clothes, Juvia was stalking him. Erza was out on a job with Wendy and Carla. Everybody in the guild was rowdy. They are drinking and partying. They are having the time of their lives.

Meanwhile, there's a certain mage who was really bored and wanted to do something. Her name is Mirajane. Someone who is kind, cheerful, and friendly. She is someone you don't want to mess with.

Loki is bored too. He's in the celestial spirit world and would do whatever it takes to make him entertained. Suddenly, he thought of paying a visit to Fairy Tail.

When he reached the guild, he thought, 'Guess nothing would ever change. It's as rowdy as ever.'

He tried to find his owner, Lucy. But, he did not succeed. That's when he caught attention of Cana. She was drinking alone. He thought he could flirt with her for a minute.

"Hello, Cana. Missed me?" he asked, smiling. Gildarts arrived at the guild. When he saw Loki flirting with Cana, he couldn't help but be mad about the matter. So he stormed toward's Cana's table ang scowled at Loki.

"What are you doing with Cana-chan?" Gildarts growled. Loki, afraid, shook his head quickly.

"N-nothing, sir. I was was just asking where Lucy and the others are. You know, I'm kinda paying a visit. Right, Cana?" Cana just turned away in reply, leaving Gildarts scowling at Loki and Loki trembling. He ran away as quickly as possible when Mirajane called him.

"Loki!"

"Mira. Why're you here?"

"I should be asking you the same question."

"Well, anyways, I was kinda wondering where Natsu, Lucy and Happy went to. I wanna meet 'em again. You know, I miss them."

"I'm sorry, but they're in a job."

"Oh, is that so? Guess I should be going. I'll pay a visit next time."

"No, no, no. Come inside. Let me prepare something for you to eat. I'm sure they'll come back any minute from now. Oh, and I wanna talk to you about something."

And by that, they went inside the guild. They talked about random things and stuff. That's when Mirajane decided to spill her plan to Loki.

"I'm kinda needing help now. Would you do me a favor and help me out?" she asked, smiling.

"Sure. What is it?"

"I'm a matchmaking thief. For some reason, I think Natsu and Lucy fits perfectly for each other! How about you join me in making them fall in love with each other?"

"Say what? But why?"

"Don't worry, it's just a hobby of mine. I just wanted to make them a couple."

"Oh really. Okay then. What should I do?"

"First, we must investigate. Let's stalk them."

By this, Loki thought for a moment. He was doubting that neither Natsu nor Lucy will find out that someone was stalking them. He was cautious about Natsu, for he's a dragon slayer and can smell his scent. Then he thought of something brilliant.

"Natsu would figure out if we stalk them for his nose are sensitive, so how about we must first change our smell? After that, we can stalk them freely if we change our appearance. Is that good to you?" Loki asked, grinning. He thought his plan was perfect.

"Now that you mentioned it, you're right. I've never thought of that thing. But first things first, so let's go." Mirajane smirked. She was laughing evilly at her head.

"Operation: NALU -- just started. Activated at five, four, three, two, and one. Action!"

Then the two disappeared out of nowhere.

=Meanwhile, at Lucy, Natsu and Happy...=

"Oh, man. I'm freaking hungry. Can we eat and rest for a while?" asked a certain dragon slayer.

"Oh, sure. Whatever." the blond muttered carelessly. Meanwhile a blue exceed was munching on his fish. Actually, Natsu's team just finished their job. Lucy felt so relieved that nothing was destroyed.

"Come on, guys. Since you helped me back there, I'm gonna treat the two of you a lunch." Lucy said.

"It's about time. Thank goodness, you're not selfish anymore." Happy replied.

"Hang on, furball. What's that supposed to mean!?"

"That's enough. Let's just eat already." Natsu interrupted.

"Sure." Lucy turned to Happy, "This is not yet over, pussy cat." And Happy stuck his tongue out at Lucy.

"Anyway, I must only treat one person. I don't treat people who aren't grateful." Lucy continued. At this, Happy's amused face cracked. He really wanted to eat fish badly like Natsu, but all his dreams flew away in an instant. He sulked in a corner, while Lucy just smirked.

"Luce, don't be rude to Happy." Now it was Happy's turn to smirk. "If you don't want to treat us then we'll gonna treat ourselves. We still have money, lucky me." Natsu said.

Lucy frowned. "Alright, alright! Just get over it already!" she then walked away in a resto named 8 island. Natsu and Happy followed her from behind.

"I order uhhh..... a cookies and cream milkshake. You two, what's your order?" Lucy asked Natsu and Happy.

"Hamburger." Natsu said.

"Fish, aye!" Happy exclaimed.

"Okay. It's nice to meet the three of you once again. Hope you'll not destroy this restaurant." The former magic council member, Yajima-san, reminded them. Natsu, Lucy, and Happy laughed and nodded awkwardly. They sure are a bit embarrassed on what he said.

Behind the table of Natsu's team are Loki and Mirajane, who until now are still spying and thinking of a plan. First, they must eliminate Happy.

"Oh, I know! How about we call Happy? Then we will not let him get back to them." Loki suggested.

"Hm? Well okay then." Mirajane shrugged.

"Psst. Psst, Happy." Loki whisper-shouted. Unfortunately, it was Natsu who heard it, not Happy.

"Who's that?" Natsu asked.

"Who's who?" Lucy wondered.

"I mean, I think I heard somebody calling out to Happy." The fire dragon slayer explained.

"Really? Must be your imagination caused by your tummy." Happy snickered. "Well anyways, I must go check it out. You'll never know, it might be Carla." he continued with hearts in his eyes.

"Dream on." Lucy smirked.

"Well, take care." Natsu replied.

"Don't worry, Happy Almighty can handle himself." boasted the exceed. Then he flew everywhere in the restaurant.

Loki and Mirajane grabbed the chance and grabbed Happy's tail when he flew near their table. They covered Happy's mouth when he squirmed.

The exceed was surprised when he saw Loki and Mirajane. Loki was wearing a black wig and Mirajane was wearing a brown wig. Mirajane put some glasses on and Loki removed his glasses. They put their index finger in their mouths and said, "Shhhh...." Happy just whispered, "Aye."

"Actually, Happy, we need you to help us." Mira told the exceed quietly.

"Huh? But what for?" he replied.

"NaLu operation. Natsu and Lucy. You see, she's a matchmaking thief. She convinced me on making the two a couple, for Natsu is the very first man she met from Fairy Tail." Loki explained carefully. Still, they were keeping their voices low.

"I'm a man like Natsu, you know? I met Lucy first too. Oh, wait a minute, I'm a cat. Oh, never mind. So, what's the deal between the two of them? I mean, Natsu confessing? Duh, he's so dense." Happy answered. Natsu sneezes.

"Okay. First of all, we were the ones who called you earlier. Loki and I planned on making Natsu and Lucy alone. But to do that, we must get you out the scene first. You're, like, a disturbance to them." The demon mage said. Happy looked hurt for a moment.

"Ouch. Being called a disturbance is kinda rude you know?" Happy said.

"Anyways, we've decided that you must come along with us, seeing that sometimes you can be as mischievous as the lady with us is. Like, sometime when you teased Lucy and I about our relationship. You can be real fun to be with." Loki continued, adjusting his glasses.

"Yep, so are you with us, little furball?" Mira asked, smiling evilly.

"I'll think about it. Oh, I've just got a great idea...." Happy smiled and laughed evilly. Mira and Loki looked at each other and at Happy. They became intrigued.

=At Lucy and Natsu's table...=

"I've never thought Happy would take such a long time in the bathroom. What is he doing?" Natsu asked Lucy. Lucy shrugged and put on an 'I-don't-know' face.

"Here's your order, sir, maam!" A waitress came to them. Suddenly, Lucy finds the girl's voice very familiar. She doubted for a moment, but then shrugged it off after awhile. "Oh, what a cute couple you two are. Keep it up, alright? I'm sure your relationship would last stronger."

Lucy became flushed, while Natsu didn't listen to a single word he said. He ignored everything the waitress said and proceeded on eating every single food on the table if that was possible. "W-we ain't a couple or anything! We're just friends, he's just my teammate. Sorry, if he eats too much." Lucy murmured the last statement. Suddenly, she remembered Happy. "Oh by the way, miss. Did you see a blue walking cat around here? He's our friend too. He can talk and fly."

The waitress seemed to be uncomfortable but then answered, "No, ma'am. By the way, he's your friend, right? Well I hope someday you'll end up together." the waitress pertained to Natsu and walked away.

Lucy became a bit annoyed. Why is that waitress keep calling us a couple? What's up with us? She then turned to the table and saw nothing. No food. Natsu ate it all.

"What the heck Natsu?! Why'd you eat all the food?!" Lucy grunted. "Next time, I'll never treat you anymore." she glared at him. Natsu just shrugged and replied.

"Well, I can't help it. The food in here is just so tasty I even accidentally ate your food along with Happy's. Sorry." he apologized while smiling. Lucy just rolled her eyes at him.

"Sir, maam, it seems like you two are enjoying your stay here as a couple. And because you two are lovely couples, we decided to give you a free spaghetti." A waiter came and put a plate of Spaghetti on the table. Lucy had goosebumps when she heard that voice. She found the voice familiar as well. She wasn't sure, though. What am I thinking? Maybe they have same voices.

"Uh, okay. Thanks. And anyways, we are not a couple." She emphasized the last sentence then started eating. The waiter just smiled at them and left. Weird, I think I know the smile as well.

Natsu stared at Lucy while she was eating. Well, more like he was staring at the food. He smells the food and like it. He wanna take a bite, but he knew Lucy would refuse if he asked.

When Lucy noticed this, she glared at Natsu. "Hey now. You ate my food. As well as Happy's. I can't let you eat this."

"But Luce --"

"No buts."

Natsu couldn't help but pout which Lucy found cute. "You know, you're cute when you pout. Come here, I'll let you take a SINGLE bite." she held a fork full of noodles and guided its way towards the dragon slayer's mouth. Natsu chewed the pasta grinning. Lucy couldn't help but smile at his childish gestures. They forgot about Happy.

The two did not know that the whole Fairy Tail guild was spying on them. Of course, they were led on by the mischievous cat, Happy. They took pictures of every sweet moment they had. They 'awwwed' on their cuteness.

"Well, I guess we must just let them be. After all, I think they're still sweet and all even if they're not in a relationship." Wakaba said.

"Wakaba's right. Let's go, guys. At least we got super cute photos of them." Cana agreed.

Meanwhile, the demon Mirajane was touched by their sweetness. She wanted to continue this mission of hers, but she thinks Wakaba and Cana's got a point.

Loki returned on the celestial spirit world, satisfied on what he witnessed. He was happy Lucy found such a caring man like Natsu. He decided to let them be just like Mirajane.
