Ok, so the picture has something to do with this one-shot, but this scene has nothing to do with the one-shot. Just thought you should know.

Third POV

The man held Lucy close as she fawned over him, hearts full in her eyes. "Do you love me, Miss Lucy?" He asked seductively and his eyes glinted, making the Love Spell on Lucy stronger by the second. "I lo-" Lucy's sentence was interrupted by a crash at the door. Natsu had blown the door off it's hinges, dragging some of the unconcious guards in with him. "Get. Your hands. Off of my Luce," he said angrily. Fire was burning bright in Natsu's eyes and it made him angrier that the man had his hands all over Lucy. "I'm sorry, boy, but Miss Lucy is madly in love with me, and unless you can prove other wise, I think it's time you leave," the man said and turned to Lucy and said,"Darling, would you be a dear and show this street-rat out?" Lucy nodded and turned to Natsu with a serious expression. "How dare you destroy my love's home!" She shouted angrily and whipped out a key,"Open gate of the Golden Bull, Taurus!" Taurus appeared and Lucy ordered him to attack Natsu. "But Miss Lucy, I thought Natsu was our friend?" Taurus questioned, confused as to why Lucy was behaving like this. "He is no friend of mine if he tried to hurt my love. Taurus, show him the door," Lucy said. Taurus nodded, knowing that he couldn't disobey an order. Taurus swung his ax at Natsu, and Natsu jumped and kicked Taurus in the face. He stumbled back some, but then tried to come down with his ax on Natsu, but Natsu caught it. He held it up with his hands making them bleed some from the blade, but he was able to disarm Taurus and use is Fire Dragon's Iron Fist to send him back to the Spirit World. "Lucy, this isn't you! Snap out of it!" Natsu yelled trying to run closer to her, but he was stopped by Lucy pulling out her Fleuve d'étoiles and cracking it at him. Natsu tried talking to Lucy while dodging her attacks, but soon realized it wasn't going to work.

Lucy had finally gotten the upper hand on Natsu and wrapped her whip around his ankle and pulled his leg out from underneath him, making him fall to the ground with a loud 'thud'. Natsu stood up and finally noticed the hearts in her eyes. "Love spell," he muttered to himself. He then thought back to something Mira had told him when he was younger....

Flash Back
Natsu sat at the bar and continuously ate while Mira and Levy were talking about some kind of romance book. Natsu stopped eating for a minute to ask a question when Levy had said a phrase that went something like 'Love conquers all'. "How does love defeat everything? Can it defeat me?" Natsu asked. Mira giggle and replied,"No, silly. When we say 'love conquers all' we mean love overcomes everything. Say for instance a sleeping princess that can only be awakened by true love's kiss. That means only the person who is rightfully supposed to love her can break the spell over the princess."

Flash Back over

Natsu had a general idea of what he had to do, but he wasn't sure if he was the right one for Lucy. All he could do was hope it would work. He ran straight for Lucy, and swiftly kicked her feet out from under her. As she began to fall, Natsu stood up and quickly caught her in his arms and pressed his lips to hers, his eyes tightly closed shut. Lucy's eyes were filled with disgust until they widened and the hearts in her eyes shattered into pieces. She slowly closed her eyes and pressed into the kiss as well. When it was over, Natsu looked at Lucy, his eyes filled with nothing but hope now, and Lucy faintly opened her eyes and mumbled his name before falling asleep. Natsu smiled with happiness. His plan worked! He gently laid Lucy on the floor and glared at the man who was in shock. "How can this be?! No one has ever been able to break my Love Spells!" he shouted. Natsu smirked and said,"Love conquers all," before lighting his hands on fire and chanted,"Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!" The ball of fire flew at the man with incredible speed and knocked him out cold.

Natsu turned to the sleeping Lucy on the floor and lifted her up, bridal style. "I'm glad.... it was you......" Lucy mumbled in her sleep. Natsu's cheeks were decorated in pink and he replied,"I'm glad it was me, too."
