Lucy was heading to the guild to look for a job when she noticed Natsu wasn't there. So she went to Miras bar and asked if natsu was around. She said she hasn't seen him. What she didnt know was that she forgot her birthday. But Natsu remembered. So they were setting up a suprise party. Lucy decided If Natsu wasn't there she would go alone it wasn't like she needed him anyway,she was strong all by her self didn't need natsu but in the back of her mind she really did. So she left.

Few hours later

I woke up and then I remembered it was luces birthday. I got up and woke Happy up and went to the guild.I walked in and i saw that Luce was gone. I went to Mira and said where is Luce and she said she went on a job so we have time to prepare for the party. Something s didn't sit right with me. But I ingored it and continued to set up for the party so I went out and got her a present while the gang was setting up decorations.

Few hours later
I didn't get back to the guild tell late. When i walked in the cake was still made and i asked Luce still isnt back yet. Then i hear Gray say I thought she was with you flame brain. Then i got mad and worried and said no i thought she would bee here by now. I ran up to Mira and asked what job she took and she said let me check. She came back and said WHY DID I LET HER GO ON THIS JOB OF ALL JOBS!!! She hands me the paper and i read it and it said destroy a monster that is attacking a town of course she would take this on this is close to her home. The price was 80,000 Jewel. Also it was enough to pay rent. I ran out of the guild and went to where her job was being held. I hear master yelling at me to stop but Lucy's life was on the line and I'm not Just going to sit and wait for her to come back all beat up. So i left and i didnt realize what was going top happen later.

When Lucy was at the guild

I went to the board and saw a job near my home.MY HOUSE WHERE MY MOMS GRAVE IS!!!! With out a second thought i grab the quest and I didnt even get a chance to read it and Mira stamped it so it can't be that bad. I shouldn't take less then a day. So i head off. When i head to the train i sit down and realize Natsu isn't here to keep me company or make me laugh at all the faces he makes when he is on the train. So i just look at the job and when I read it sweat dropped off forehead. Defeat a monster that was destroying the town closest to my house then i saw the reward and it was enough to cover my apartment AND EXTRA!!!!MONEY TO MY SELF WITH PUT SHARING!!! I thought to my self,maybe I should go on solo jobs more often. Then my my stop was coming up. I got off and Saw the town it was a mess then i went too the address that said it on the paper. I knocked on the door and it opened to reveal a old man. He said may i help you and i said I'm here for the job request you put in. They said ahah yes yes come in. I came in to a nice house he must be rich. Then he put a bag on my head and I screamed. The next thing i know I'm asleep thinking Natsu help.

I got off the death trap of a train. I saw the Town was a mess. Also no sign of Lucy this worried me. Then i saw the monster in the distance built since i have really good eyes i saw he was carrring something. A sack. Then i saw a strand of blonde hair fall out. Then my mind went blank i ran as fast as my legs could carry me. When I i reached the monster i shouted FIRE DRAGON IRON FIST!!!and hit the monster and he dropped the sack but luckily I caught it before it fell I opened it to find a out cold Lucy in it. That's when the monster started to chuckle . I said what is so funny then he said u can take her i don't need her anymore I was just about to take her back to the guild and walked away leaving what just happened but the I looked down to find Lucy in my arms and i realized i had to get her to the guild. But then i also realized the quickest way was sadly by train but i didnt care. I got on and sat Lucy down beside me. The whole way back I didnt even get sick but i never noticed because my attention was on Lucy and what that punk did.

I walked in with Lucy in my arms and every one stopped what they were doing and ran and said what happend. I explained about the monster and what the monster said. Master asked what did they monster look like i said it was harry and purple with horns. He paled and said oh no. He got up and went to feel Lucy's head and he whispered to me to bring her to the infirmly so i walked up the stairs to it and i sat her on the bad and he said that monster isn't any ordinary monster. I asked what is it ?? Batibat I asked what is that. He said it is a monster that can cause a person to lose memories. Even her name. I looked at Lucy and asked is there anythinng we can do. He saiid the best thing u can do is help her remember.

I woke up in. Strange place and i cant even remember my name. Then i felt a hand on mine and it felt warm. Thats when i noticed a pinky haired guy siting next me me a sleep. I quietly sneak out of his grip and go down stairs. I go down and then all eyes were on me. I freaked out and asked do you know me and can u tell me my name please? They all looked sad then a man with black hair came up and said my name is Gray and yours is Lucy. Lucy Heartfillia. Then i remembed my dad. Excuse me do u know why i am here and where my dad is. they guild looked at each other and a women said hi I'm Mirajane[idc if i spelled it wrong], your dad died 2 years ago. I feel on my knees and chocked out w-what. He got sick and died a peaceful death. Then a flash back happend and i saw a women who had brown hair. Then sister flashed in my head. What about my sister she did a year after from a tragic accident. Then for some reason. I asked Who is this Natsu person? They smiled because I remembered this name and the person with pink hair came down and Luce. Then It remembered every thing my feeling for him the adventures we went on my magic I had. I started to cry because i almost for got the most important person to me. He ran over and said every thing ok. I nodded and kept crying and thats when he pulled me in to a hug. I kept crying but i hugged back and said hey everyone I'm back. then i saw decorations and i asked who's birthday is it. They laughed and said it was yours 3 days ago silly. Then i remembered the monster and what happend. I must have had a scared face right now because all eyes were on me. I nodded. I'm fine but natsu must have known I'm not fine because he kept looking at me. The guild nodded. Gray asked do u still want to celebrate your birthday we can always some other time. I shook my head and said no I deserve a birthday and besides you guys went through a lot of trouble.

2 hours later
I woke up around 10pm and we are still partying and it is already 12am. I said you guys can party with out me. I'm going home and getting some sleep. I left and headed home. But of course natsu was behind me guarding me which I was happy for because i was cactually scared to walk home by my self. When i got home i told Natsu he can go but he said No I'm not leaving tell you tell me what's wrong. I let out a small smile. How did you know ? I can smell it and i could have noticed either way because you had that distant stare in your eyes. Then I started tp cry again. COME ON LUCY STOP CRYING!!! I mentally shouted to my self. Then natsu come over and hugged me and said what is wrong. I told him I can't even complete one job by myself. Natsu said u dont have to go alone u know I Will always go with you we are a team lucy. Then i sighed and thought this guy is a idiot.Then he said besides I haven't had the guts lately but since i almost lost you today i might as well tell you Lucy Heartfillia I Love You. I stood there shoocked. I said Natsu Dragoneel I Love You To. Then we smiled he slowly leaned in and kissed me.
