To get this straight I'm a fairy. No kidding I have golden wings and tiny gold horns on my golden head. I'm basically walking, and flying, glitter.

I live near the pond in the forest of Isragle. I live in a hollow tree apartment.

The apartment is called Fairy Tail.

The old man that owns the apartments is called Makarov
(Don't know how to spell it) Most people just call him gramps.

Anyway, I just moved her yesterday and have yet to make any friends. Maybe I won't make any friends here.

I've lived in Fairy Tail my whole life. I've met people come and go. But I've yet to meet the new girl.

Oh sorry, my names Natsu Dargneel and I'm a fairy. I have red wings and salmon hair, oh and I have tiny red horns on my head.

Back to the new girl. I heard she's really pretty. I haven't had any experience with love, but Mira taught me a lot on how to talk to a pretty girl I like.

So today's the day, I'm going to her apartment and handing her a boquet of flowers.

I was walking down the hallway when I stopped in front of her door. I checked myself, looking for food stains.

When I found none,
I knocked on the door twice. Deep breath, she might not be as pretty as you think, or she might be even prettier than you think. I don't want to be a loner and more, I want a nice girlfriend or a really cool best friend.

The door opened and their stood the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. Her golden hair was so shiny, her horns were polished, and her wings were dazzling.

She wore a white dress that was tight up top but them fell down in neat ruffles, she had on silver sandals, and she had a gold necklace on with a heart shaped locket.

"Oh, hello! What can I do for you?" Se opened the door all the way.

"H-h-hi M-my n-name i-i-is Natsu D-dragneel" I gulped. Oh god I haven't even talked to a girl except Mira.

"Hi! My name is Lucy Heartfillia!"

He's pretty cute. He looks, and talks, like he never talked to a girl.

He shoved a boquet towards my chest. "T-these a-are for y-you"

"Thank you" I felt a small blush coming to my cheeks.

"Why don't you come inside while I put these in water"

He started to freak out "I-I-I-I....." Shoot don't freak him out.

"You, d-don't have to I-if you don't want t-to" dang it you probably just lost a chance of having a friend.

"No I-it's a-alright" he stepped inside and I walked of to find a vase.

Stay clam. Your just in the prettiest girl you've ever seen...apartment. What if I break something? Would she would not like me? And we'll never be friends much less in a relationship. UGGGHH! I'm such an idiot! She probably thinks I'm insane!

My thoughts were cut off when she said, " do you want some tea?"

"Y-Y-yes p-please" she giggled. Man her giggle was really cute. " you don't need to be nervous"

I nodded my head. She giggled again.

She handed me a cup of tea. "Here maybe this will calm your nerves."

I sipped it, it tasted like honey and flowers. I drank more, it was really good.

"Do you like it?" she asked. I nodes my head yes not speaking because I didn't trust my own voice.

"Glad you like it" I just nodded my head again.

It started to become awkward.
"So~" she started then asked
"Do you live here?" Another nod of the head. It looked like she was really uncomfortable, it's probably because of me.

Deep breath. Stay calm. It's just like talking to a guy. Right?

"W-where d-did you used t-to l-live?" Okay your getting better.

I lifted my head from the floor, and looked straight into her eyes , she smiled the prettiest smile I have ever seen.

I asked him if he wanted to hang out on Friday, and I swear his face went bright as a tomato.

He stuttered a yes.

Eventually he had to go...

I escorted him to the door, when he started to walk out he turned around and asked
"So Friday right?"
"Yeah! If you want" he quickly nodded his head with a blush.

I reached my hand out
"Friends?" I said. He blushed again and said "the best of friends" I smiled knowing that we will the best friends.

I wasn't really planning to make it like they new each other for years, I wanted to make it so they became friends and the rest of their friendship a mystery. This is definitely not my best fanfic.
