🔥Natsu's P.O.V🔥

Lucy and I were on a quest, and I couldn't help but have a little fun! I mean, this is me we're talking about! I might have burned down a few buildings, and Lucy might have smacked me for that, but it was just a huge laugh afterwards.

We made pur way back to Fairy Tail and just hung out.

"Natsu burned down a few buildings, but it's fine now." I heard Lucy explain to Mora, her devil shipping eyes glancing back and forth between Lucy and I.

"Natsu! You know that burning down a few buildings comes back on us!" Mira yelled at me. She than came up and smacked me with a newspaper.

"Ha! You deserve that Natsu!" Lucy laughed harder than she was before.

"Hey! You're supposed to be on my side Luce!" I whined, running away from Mira. She then threw a pan at me, knocking me out.

No one's P.O.V

Natsu sat up on his bed in the infirmary in Fairy Tail. He looked around, looking confused. He pinched himself and found that this was reality. What happened before was all a dream.

At least I didn't burn anything down. Natsu thought in relief. He got up from the bed and walked out to the silent guild.

"Hey guys! Why's it so quiet?!" Natsu called out, making everyone turn their heads quickly. Murmurs started, then everyone smiled.

"Uh... Is everything OK?" Natsu questioned, walking up to the bar counter.

"Yeah, we're just wondering what you're doing asleep." Mira explained.

"Asleep? I'm awake though. I even pinched myself to check." Natsu said, pinching himself once again to prove a point.

"No. We can assure you that this is a dream." Erza said, walking up behind him.

"Why are you acting like it is?"

"Because it is a dream flame brain!" Gray yelled from the far side of the guild.

"Stop saying that! I'm gonna go visit Lucy now. See ya guys later!"

Natsu ran put of the guild to Lucy's house, only to find it completely empty. Her scent wasn't even there anymore.

Where is she?  Natsu thought. He walked around Magnolia, but came upon a black haired man with clothes of black and white. Natsu thought he looked familiar, but didn't think too much on it. The man pointed towards the cemetery, so Natsu went. 

He looked at all of the names on the graves, but stopped when he saw then name he recognized.

"You caused this Natsu. You can never have her back." The man said. Natsu turned around and remembered who the man was.

"You made me kill her Zeref?!" Natsu yelled, although he couldn't process everything that quickly.

"No. You skilled her yourself. This is reality. You'll never see her again." Zeref said, leaving the depressed natsu their to morn over his dead love.
