Lucy was lying in a bed in the hospital, while half of the guild was hovering over her. Natsu, and Gray both holding one of her hands, comforting the unconscious blonde.

"Lucy..." Natsu sobbed, pain thrusting in his chest.

"It's okay Natsu..." Erza placed a hand on his shoulder, trying to make the pinkette feel better.

"It's not okay... She did this because of me... " Natsu blamed himself.

"Natsu. Listen, Lucy didn't know that you loved her back, when you did." Erza rubbed his back, and spoke to him in a kind, and caring tone.

Natsu calms down a bit, and takes him a second before he says, "Erza..."

Not expecting any interuptions whatsoever, One of the doctors walked inside the room. 

"I am sorry, but Lucy is in a coma. She lost too much blood from her body, and needs some time to recover before waking up." The doctor spoke with no tone whatsoever, and then proceeded out of the room. But before he left, he sympathetically said, "I'm very sorry... We will do our best to save her..."

Natsu collapsed and sobbed on top of Lucy's body, "I'm so sorry Lucy!!! I never wanted this to happen to you!!!" He cries hard.

The entire guild was in tears, even Erza was crying.

"I'm such a dummy!!!" Natsu pounds his fist on the wooden night-stand next to her. "This would have never happened if I didn't stop Lisanna!!!" he sobbed more. He felt excruciating pain rushing through his entire body. He kept crying, more and more, until he felt like he had no more tears left. Natsu felt guilty. He felt like he should... no. He needed to be there when Lucy wakes up. He wants to craddle her tiny body in his strong and muscular arms, and tell her how sorry he is. He wants to tell her how much she needs her...

And loves her...
