Natsu just hasn't been the same since Lucy went into surgery. He's been less aware of his surroundings. His grades are depleting fast. Most of the time, he forgets what he's doing and does the opposite of what he wants to do.

He's a mess without Lucy.

📚Levy's P.O.V📚

I can't stop thinking about how this was my fault to begin with. Had I just kept control of my emotions and not beg Lucy to do this surgery thing, then maybe Natsu would be sane. Then again, if she didn't, she would eventually die, causing Natsu to snap.

They're meant to be, whether you like it or not.

💫Gray's P.O.V💫

I hate to admit it, but I feel bad for Natsu. Out of all the girls he had to pick from, he had to pick Lucy. But I'm glad he did. He's changed for the better because of her, and he saved her life by getting to know her. It was a win win for both if them.

I'm guessing fate doesn't like them changing their life.

💦Juvia's P.O.V💦

Juvia wants Lucy to live. Juvia can't stand the thought of loosing a friend. Even if Juvia used to think that Lucy was a love rival. Juvia really needs to fix her problems.

💢Gajeel's P.O.V💢

Lucy better live. She's making Levy cry too much and I hate it. I can't stand watching everyone being gloomy, even though I secretly am praying for Lucy to live, and not just for Levy's sake, but for Natsu's. He's as lost as a mouse in a city.

No one's P.O.V

Meanwhile, at the hospital with Lucy, things aren't going as planned.

"No! No! Stop! I can't loose you! Send in help! I need more doctors here now! I can't loose her! I made a promise to keep her alive!"

The lone doctor tried and tried.

Lucy's heartbeat steadied, but it was too close of a call.

"I won't let you die. You have a nice young man waiting for you. I'll help you breath again."

The doctor didn't notice, but Lucy made a small, unconscious smile when she heard the doctor talk about Natsu, even if Lucy was sedated at the time, she could still tell when her Natsu was being mentioned.

Lucy wants to live to see him again.
