It was a beautiful morning in the heavens. But a deadly darkness in the depths of hell. In heaven Lucy's mother Layla, queen of all angels, was brushing her hair. " What a beautiful day it is mom" Said Lucy.   " It is quite a lovely day,would you like to do anything special today? " Lucy hesitantly said " Mom, can we visit... The demon realm? " Her mom stops brushing Lucy's hair and doesn't say anything. After a few minutes she finally says " You must never speak of that awful land again, do you understand? "
" Yes ma'am " Lucy answers in a sorrowful tone. She's only ever gone into the human realm and angel realm. She has never gone any lower than the ground of Earth. She wanted nothing more than to explore every place that she can reach. A truly adventurous soul, she had. " Down in the demon world. What is it like? " Lucy wondered to herself. What was it like? Now we shall see.

Demon realm

" It's so boring here dad!" Said natsu in an annoyed tone. Seems he was tired of the same two worlds he has been to as well. " Well then where could you go besides those same two worlds that you know to be "boring" Son? " Said his father igneel, king of the underworld, in a scoff . "I want to go to the angel realm!" Said natsu, without the slightest bit of hesitance.  " You must never, under any circumstances go there, it is the most dangerous place for all demon kind"
" Okay" Said natsu in a sarcastic tone, indicating he was gonna go against his fathers orders. Igneel thought nothing of it, he figured his son was gonna try. And if he did he would just have to bind him. Now Lucy, she was really the one making a big fuss about her mothers orders. " It's not fair! She doesn't even care! I mean, what can be so bad about the demon realm any way?! " She says angrily. " I'll just sneak in myself! " And so she did. She flew down to earth while everyone else was asleep. She flew and flew until she met the ground. It is a long way from the heavens to earth so she took a quick break before trying to travel down to hell. But she had ran into a little problem. How was she supposed to get there? The ground was solid. One thing she didn't know that her mother did, was that the only way in and out of the demon realm was through the volcano's. She flew around earth almost all night. She came to a stop when she heard a voice. " Huh? " She said in the utmost disbelief. Humans can't see her. So who could be calling her name. She turned around and saw what looked like a glowing red orb. She flew down to it. It seemed to be running away. But at a slow pace. As if to say 'follow me! ' And so she keeps up with it. It goes down into a volcano. Then she goes there as well. "I-its... So hot" She says tiredly. Soon she collapses and plummets straight down to the bottom. She makes a thud when she lands. Natsu wakes up virtually right after she fell in. He runs out of his house to investigate the noise. He found something he had never seen before. Or rather, someone he had never seen before. She was nothing like the demon women. She was dressed in all white and even had white wings. She didn't have any scales or dark marks on her body. Could she be? "An angel?" He said shocked. " She's beautiful "

He stared at her laying peacefully for a while then realized that she isn't safe here. His father would surely kill her if he found her here. So he carried her to a secret place.

One that his father didn't know he had. A few minutes later Lucy starts to wake up. As she gradually opens her eyes she see's natsu. " Who... Are you" She says in a frightened voice. She had seen all the marks on his body. And naturally was scared. She'd never seen anything like him

"Are you okay" Natsu replied. He was very confused by her reaction. " Has she never seen a demon before? " He thought to himself. "I'm okay, thanks. I can walk fine" Natsu let's her go very gently. " What's an angel like you doing in this realm? Aren't you supposed to be in the angel realm? " Lucy hesitates before she answered.   " I wanted to see what it was like down here, ive seen the human world plenty of times and i know the angel realm inside and out. What I really wanted was to see the demon realm-"
Natsu cuts her off saying " You can't stay here" In a sharp voice. " It's not safe for you" He adds. " How come? " She says disappointed. Natsu sighs.      " My father, the demon king, he's not to fond of angels. He believes their race should be eradicated. Hell kill you if he finds you here, you must leave now before the sun rises" Lucy doesn't say anything back. She gives natsu a look that made it obvious she wanted to stay " I'm natsu " He says in the hopes of making her feel a little happier. " My name is Lucy, nice to meet you natsu " She says brightly. "Likewise, now you have to go, it's almost dawn" He says worried.
" Okay " Said she, as she flew up through the volcano. She didn't mind the heat as much though. She was to busy thinking of natsu. How nice he was. And hansom too! " I want to be his friend " She said in a cheery tone. When she returned to her mother, it was just before sunrise. Everyone was still asleep. She decided to take a nap until everyone awoke. Once the sun rose, the doves sang a song that would make anyone wake up to hear that sweet voice in their conscious state. "Good morning mother" Said Lucy, as if nothing happened last night. "Good morning my child" Layla says in a pleased tone. Then juvia, her best friend juvia comes over

" Good morning queen Layla, and princess Lucy " She says with high regards toward the two of them "juvia, you can just call me Lucy, we are besties no need for the formality." Said Lucy playfully. " It's disrespectful not to address a princess by her title" She says oblivious to Layla not caring. " It's okay my young angel, you can refer to her as Lucy, it would be very weird for you to have to call your friend by her title " She says to comfort juvia " As you wish" Juvia replies happily. They run off to a different place and when they get there juvia said " I know what you did last night "
