Farzana's Pov: (Mariyam ki mom)

Bauhat khushi huee humey yeh good news sun kr mubarak ho, I was talking with Zainab on the phone and she seemed really happy.
Allah tumhey isi tarah khushiyaan dey! Ameen.
With that I hanged up the call and cleaned up my room which was a mess.

My mobile started ringing again and this time Shaista was calling.
AssalamOAilekum, I recieve the call.
WalikumAssalam, she says from the other side.
Apko sweets mil gayein thee na mainey hussain key hathoon bhejwae theen, she says.
Haan jee mil gayein theen, bauhat shukriya I say while arranging the files on the shelf.
Aur sunaein koi khaas baat? She asks.
Bus kuch nahi, actually mariyam key abbu ko kuch kaam key liye mujhey baher ley kr jana hai and I can't leave Mariyam alone at home, I say sitting on the bed tensed.
Is mai tension ki kiya baat hai Farzana, you can leave her in my house she says excitedly.
Nahi...pr apkey ghar, I stammer
Bus koi pr wr nahi, she will stay with us and thats final, she sounded too serious.
Acha okay, finally I felt a bit of relief in me.

Mariyam's Pov:

No I am not going there please, I stamp my feet on the floor repeatedly.
Us hussain key ghar pr never ever.
I dont want any arguments go and pack the things which you need right now, abbu says angrily as I kept being stubborn.
Mama I will stay with Afiffa why them? I ask
Nai beta Afiffa ki engagement hui hai woh busy ho gi or tum wahan ja kr kya kro gi.
Now go right away, she yells.
Fine mom, I nodded and ran to my room.
Yar kiya masla hai, us psycho key saath us key ghar pr mar jaoon gee mai.
Quickly I grab a bag and throw some clothes inside and my important stuff, taking it with me I go downstairs and my eyes popped out of my sockets. Hussain was standing there.
Ab kiya mussibat hai iski?

Don't worry Aunty we will good take care of your ladli, he smirks at me. Whatever!
Mariyam go with him okay aur khayal rakhna apna, mom says kissing my forehead.
Some tears rolled down her eyes and I wiped them away..
Areyy aunty ap roo kyu rahe hain abhi iski shaadi thori na horahee hai, hussains says raising his eyebrows at me. Tumhara na meray hathoon qatal hoga Mr Hussain Asif.
Badmaaash, Ammi says slapping his arm and he winks at me.
AllahHafiz, we say and approach out.

Oye agey betho driver nahi hoon, he says coming towards me. Fine, I mumble.
I came and sat at the front seat and he joggs towards his seat. Itna annoying banda hai yr pta nhi kahan phas gaye hoon.
Belt lagao ya phir mai laga doon, he says coming closer to me a smirk was evident on his face.
Nahi na laga rahe hoon, I quickly pull the belt and pluck it on my side. Pagal, he whispers.
Kya bola tumney? I ask as he ignites the engine.
Tum pagal ho yahi na, he says  giving me that evil smile.
Aap hongey pagal main nahi, I snap back.
Achaw? He asks giving a sudden break to the car.
Kiya kr rahey hain ap? I got scared suddenly.
Dar gayein? He asks laughing. Whatever.
The whole ride he kept annoying me some or the other way. How will I survive these three days at his house? Ya Allah help!!
Mariyam? He calls
Ab kiya hai? I ask.
Yeh tumhari naak pr her waqt gussa kyu charha rehta hai, he asks pointing his finger at my nose.
Tumhara masla kiya hai? I ask pointing my finger at him.
Tum! He whispers in my ear
Hey watch out, I say as he takes an emergency turn. Marwao gey kya? I yell.
Haan na saath mai marayein gey kiya khayal hai?
He smirks while looking forward.
Tera koi hal nahi hai kasam sey!

Hussain's Pov:

I kept teasing her and she sat there changing her expressions. Cute
Ghar agya! I whisper.
Leh ab khudhee sogayee! Inni cutee hai yr.
Mariyam uth bhi jao, I shook her but no avail.
Tum uth rahe hoo ya utha kr ley kr jaoon, I yell and she wakes up getting scared.
Wahi ruko, she says bringing her hand forward stopping me.
Haha bachi dar gaye, I burst out laughing.

What are you doing Hussain? Ammi asks coming out pulling my ears.
Aunty apka beta mujhey bauhat tang kerta hai she pouts coming towards ammi. Bari ayi.
Hussain don't you say anything to her again, ammi scolded me.
Okay, I nodded and went inside not before intentionally bumping into her
Oh sorry, I laugh and run inside.
Hussain! Ammi yells, badmaash

I love teasing her. The way she gets annoyed and yells at me. Three days living with this girl would be so fun damn...

Bachaooo Aunty, hussain someone! I heard the yelling from somewhere and my planned worked out.
I jumped out of my bed and ran towards her room, I pulled open the door and there she was standing on her bed like some crazy and yelling
Pagal hogaye ho? I giggle
Huss...hussain wo...wo lizard, she points towards her cupboard and I burst out laughing. I quickly pull the fake lizard out and showing it to her moving it in my hand.
Damn she was crying. Ammi entered the room and she ran towards hugging her.
Kiya badtameezi hai yeh hussain? She scolds me angrily.
I am sorry, I was just joking around.
Mazak ki hadd hoti hai, smjh aye? She comes towards me pointing her finger.
From the corner I could see mariyam smirking and she showed her tongue.
Dramey baaz kahin ki, mujhey dant pitwani thee isko.

Ammi leaves the room and she bursts out laughing. Aww hussu ko dant pitee, she says coming closer to me.
I hold her wrists and pull her towards me her back colliding with my chest.
Huss...kiya kr rahey ho? She whispers.
Kya huwa dar lag rha hai? I ask in her ear.
Na...nahi toh, she says and I leave her hand.
Her face was all red some loose strands of her hair falling down her face.
You are cute, I whisper and walked out.
