Makoto's POV

I was going through the attic and I found so many old memories. " Hey Kyoko!" I yelled and Kyoko ran to the attic thinking that I was hurt or in danger but when she saw that I was holding a box and she asked " Is this what I think this is?" I nodded my head and when I opened the box I saw a lot of stuff back from Hope's Peak Academy. " I didn't know we still has this." Kyoko said as she pulled out a picture of our class at the Sport Festival. " Remember how we got first place?" I asked as I remember when we won.

Flashback and no one's POV

It was a tie game and it the marathon part which had Sakura, Mondo, Chihiro, Makoto and Kyoko. Mondo was the first running and he was pretty fast and he help Chihiro to become a faster running so when it was Makoto's turn he was trying to run fast but his ultimate talent wasn't helping so he tripped and fell down. Makoto had to get back and gave the baton to Kyoko who was also a fast running then when it came to Sakura, she was like a lightning bolt because she was running so fast that not even the judges couldn't see her. That's when one of the judges yelled " And class 78th wins!" We all surround Sakura as we congratulate her, mostly Hina. Makoto was worried that everyone would be mad at him for tripping but Mondo patted his back and said " You okay there Makoto?" Makoto nodded his head as Kyoko walked over to him and said " That looked like a bad fall." Makoto laughed nervously.

End of flashback and Makoto's POV

I laughed at the memory but that's when I saw something as I picked it up Kyoko tried to grab it from me. " M-Makoto give that to me!" She yelled and I looked at her face which was pink. I smiled at her because she's opening up to me more and more. I looked at the thing I was holding it was a Sakura flower as a bookmark. " I remember that flower." I said looking at Kyoko while having the day that I gave her that.

Flashback

I was walking around nervously and that's when I heard her voice. " What did you want to talk about Makoto?" I turned around and saw Kyoko. " U-Uh I want to say something that has been in the back of my mind for ages." I said nervously with my face turning red. I pulled out a Sakura flower and yelled " I really like you Kyoko! I always have, ever since we met my heart beats really fast." I looked up at Kyoko who was covering her mouth. " Oh god does she not feel the same way? What if this ruins our friendship? God you're so stupid Makoto!" I yelled in my head and said " Y-You don't have to feel the same Kyoko. I just wanted to tell you but if you don't want to be friends with me that's fine-" Before I could finish my sentence I felt someone was kissing me and it was Kyoko! Kyoko pulled away and said " I-I feel the same way Makoto." Her face was really pink and so was mine.

End of flashback

" I'm surprised you kept it." I said as Kyoko was looking away and said " Well it was very special to me." I smiled at her and said " Well look at us now. Living a happy life." Kyoko smiled at me and I put my hand on her stomach and said " And I can't wait to met our child."
