RECAP

Arnav: “I am sorry Khushi.” he wakes up to leave but Khushi grabs his hand.
Khushi: “Stay. Please...”
Arnav: “okay.” he goes and makes himself comfortable next to her.
Soon both Arnav and Khushi fall into deep slumber....

In the morning Khushi woke up and saw Arnav sleeping next to her. She sat up on the bed and was looking down at him...
Khushi: “I wish that I woke up to seeing you every morning next to me.”
While saying that Khushi moved a strand of hair out of his face. She got up and started her morning routine. 
She looked at her reflection in the mirror as she touched her mangal sutra. “Is it even worth it anymore Khushi you are sacrificing your entire life for these people, but they are only thinking about themselves here. My entire career is on the line and I should leave this place because I can’t let my hard work go down the drain just to be a surrogate." She thought to herself.
After applying her sindoor she left to make breakfast for the three of them.
After breakfast was done both Arnav and Lavanya walked towards the dining table as Khushi was laying the food on the table.
Once everyone was seated and began eating the food. Lavanya spoke...
Lavanya: “Thank you Khushi breakfast is delicious."
Khushi: “Thank you so much... (After about 30 seconds she continued to speak.) So, I am thinking of divorcing Arnavji. I also don't think I want to have a baby for you both anymore because I have worked very hard to get where I am today. My career is very important to me and you both don't give a damn about it. I am sacrificing so much to be here now; I am not asking for affection or love all I am saying is that my hard work will go in vain if Arnavji take any longer. So, I think you must look for some else to be your surrogate as I am done with this entire arrangement.”         

Arnav: “Khushi we will continue this discussion after breakfast.”                                  
Khushi: “ok that is perfect continue eating.”         
            <<<AFTER BREAKFAST >>>   
Arnav settled himself on the loveseat opposite the fireplace with Lavanya sitting next to him and Khushi sat in a single sofa next to the fireplace facing Lavanya and Arnav.
                               

Arnav: “So let us continue with the conversation you started; your issue is that you think your all your hard work towards your degree will go down the drain.”                                                                           Khushi: “Yes, that is my major concern. And all the things I had told you yesterday comes second. It takes a toll on you; you know maybe not physically but emotionally. Losing that baby that you had growing in your womb for 7 months and seeing that I am the only one who cares broke me to the point that I was completely shattered yesterday. If I failed to protect the baby so did the both of you. But this is getting off topic. So just let it be because I have come to the realisation that if you can continue as if there was no baby and no surrogacy pressure, then so can I, my career is very important to me, and I have goals to accomplish and achievements to make and this is holding me back. I am leaving so that I have no regrets in the future. Just like how you both have each other to love and to comfort, I too need someone I cannot keep my life on hold until Arnavji is ready this sounds selfish, but I think it is time that I was selfish.”                                           
   Lavanya: “Khushi have already apologised for what happened to the baby. It was out of our hands. There was nothing we could do about it.”                                                       
Khushi: “Well maybe if your mother was not so evil maybe today, I would not have been in such an ordeal.”                                                            
  Lavanya: “DO NOT! Call my mother evil Khushi any mother would have done the same.”                                                                         Khushi: “Killing an unborn innocent baby. That child was yours but maybe you don’t care because you were not the one carrying it!”                             

“Khu…shi Khushi I did not mean it like that. That baby was mine. I loved it soo much that you would not even… imagine.” Lavanya said as she burst out into tears.                                                                                                       
Khushi: “Hurts right, imagine what I am going through I watched and felt the baby being brutally murdered while still in my womb.” Lavanya started crying even more and tears were spilling from Khushi’s eyes while subconsciously holding her abdomen in a tight grasp.                           

Arnav: “ENOUGH! Both of you need to calm down. Lavanya you go to our room. I will take Khushi outside we are going for a little walk. We will just be in the back garden.” Lavanya woke up from her seat and so did Arnav thinking that Arnav was going to embrace her Lavanya stood there but what she saw next broke her. Arnav walked straight passed her towards. Khushi.   
Arnav: “Khushi you need to calm yourself. Stop crying. [He said as he wiped away her tears.] let us go outside for some fresh air.” He held Khushi’s hand leading her towards the back entrance to the house leading out to the garden. He caught a glimpse of Lavanya, and he blinked his eyes as a sign of reassurance that she will be fine and that he will be back soon.

Arnav: “You know Khushi I understand your pain because that baby was mine as much as it was yours. Although Lavanya is not the biological mother she feels the same way. I am not here to defend her for what she had said about her mother because I do agree with what you said about how can her mother do that to an unborn innocent child. I am on neutral territory I am not taking her side nor yours. I should’ve paid more attention on how you are feeling because after all that baby was growing in your womb and now, I completely understand why you are so depressed, and I thank you so much for your sacrifice. So please stop crying now. As for you giving up your dreams for doing this I will not stand because you will continue thriving for excellence. If you continue with being our surrogate, you do not have to give up on your dreams. I spoke to Aditya already about this and he said that he will be opening a law firm here and you will be taking care of it.”                                                                                             
Khushi: “Really! Thank you so much Arnavji. [She says and hugs him.] and Arnavji I am giving one last chance after that no more chances.”
Arnav: “No Khushi Thank you for having so much patience for me. [He says as he hugs her back.] I will see you tonight then hmm… he whispers in her ear causing butterflies in her stomach and her cheeks to turn a beautiful shade of red.    Arnav lets go of Khushi smiling at her before leaving.
Arnav walks swiftly towards his and Lavanya’s room to inform her about his decision.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~IN ARYA’S ROOM~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Arnav enters the room to see Lavanya curled up underneath the duvet with her head covered you hear her crying under there. Arnav pulls the duvet and says: “I spoke to Khushi.”                                                                    
 Lavanya: “And what did she say.”                                                                        Arnav: “She is giving us one last chance.”                                                  
Lavanya: “oh my god thank you so much for making her agree. Now I am going to apologise to her for everything I said.” She wakes up from the bed and wipes her tears walking towards the door. Suddenly she feels Arnav holding her hand.                                                                                                
Arnav: “Not now let her relax and calm down a bit speak to her in the morning.”                                                                                                     
 Lavanya: “Ok I will speak to her tomorrow.”                                                     
Arnav: “Can you make dinner tonight; I have an important meeting now so I will not have lunch at home I will have it at the office.”                                                                                                                           
Lavanya: “Sure I will dinner tonight.”
Soon Arnav leaves for the office and comes home just before dinner. He throws his car keys into the bowl of keys in the hallway making his way towards the dining room. Lavanya sees Arnav coming towards the dining room.                                                                                                     
Lavanya: “Khushi help Arnav with his coat will I set the dinner table.”       Khushi: “Ok.” Khushi walks up to Arnav and takes his coat from his hand and his briefcase.                                                                                           
Khushi: “Arnavji go sit I will be back soon.”
Arnav: “Where are you going?” Khushi: “To leave this in your room.” Arnav: “Just leave it on the couch and let us eat dinner.”
Khushi: “It won’t take me so long: I will just be back.”
Arnav: “Khushi…” he said in warning to just listen to him. Khushi went and left his belongings on the nearest couch. She walked past him and said: “Laad governor.” She huffed.                                        
Arnav: “what the...” and he chuckled in amusement.    
Arnav goes to Khushi Whispers in her ears so that only her ears could hear: “Khushi wait and see what will happen to you tonight.” And left Khushi standing there feeling all flustered and filled with desire and need.
           <<<AFTER DINNER >>>        
Once done with dinner and helping Lavanya clean Khushi goes to her room that was on the other end of the house away from ArYa’s room.
Arnav: “Lavanya I will be spending the night with Khushi.”         
Lavanya: “It is going to happen isn’t it.”
Arnav: “Yeah it is."              
Lavanya: “Good luck and don’t worry about me ok.”                                   
Arnav: “Ok goodnight.”

Khushi’s POV…                       
I walk out of the bath in my pyjamas to see Arnav entering my room in his pyjamas I cannot believe this is happening. Arnav walks towards me and his eyes held nothing but calmness and a little bit of desire…
He walked up to where I am standing taking my hands in his and looking into my eyes…
Arnav: “If you want me to stop, I will ok. Just relax.” he said to which I only nodded.
His hands left mine and his fingers trailing up my arm sensuously his touched lingered for a few moments still maintaining our eye contact. I started feeling butterflies forming and the more he continued the stronger the feeling became. Due to this feeling, I bite my bottom causing his eyes to flicker from my eyes down to my lips, then back up to my eyes as if asking for permission to which I nod.
Arnav leans in so close until our noses are touching. I try calming my racing heart but is futile.
I watch his head tilts slowly and he leans forwards capturing my lips in a soft and gentle kiss, as our lips met his hands pulls me closer, his thumb caressing my cheek and the other around my waist making our bodies flush against each other. Soon our lips part and I feel breathless.
Arnav picks me up bridal style and places me on the bed and begins kissing me again but this with a little bit more desire. He leaves my lips and trails kisses down my neck and on shoulder… from these gentle and soft acts turned this night into one filled with passion and the is no going back now…

I did something so out of my comfort let me know how did... so sorry I did not update in like forever planning one the next to be completed as soon as the next Chapter of Vivah is out.
