“OK this necklace and these earrings paired with this hair accessories right?” Mahira asked as she cross checked the jewellery and dress which Sahana is going to wear for the wedding. Sahana was not even listening to Mahira she was lost in her chain of thoughts.
“Sahana...........” Mahira called.
“Ah....yes” Sahana said as she came back to reality.
“You wanna change anything?” Mahira asked.
“No it’s fine” Sahana said.
“Sahana this hair accessories look too old” Siya said.
“Ammi agave it to me so I can’t change that” Sahana said.
“Sahana run away yar we still have time” Aisha said.
“There is a way behind this dressing room”
I informed we were not at home we had booked a hall for the wedding even Haider and his family were here.
“If I run away now ammi will have to face a lot of insult” Sahana said.
“Then what about your love?” Zoya appa asked.
Sahana didn’t say anything but a tear drop rolled down her cheeks.

Came a sweet voice all of us looked back we saw a girl in her twenties who looked really cute.

“Hayat.....” Sahana called as she went and hugged her.
“Sahana I am so happy for you” Hayat said.
“Hayat you are late yar” Sahana complaint.
“Sorry Sahana the train was late” Hayat said.
“Hayat is your best friend from school right?” Zoya appa asked.
“Yes appa” Sahana said.
“Hayat that is Zoya appa, Nadira appa, and Aisha appa” Sahana introduced.
“Aadab” Hayat said.
“Aadab” All of us said.
“That’s Mahira and Siya” Sahana said.

“Hello” Siya said.
“Sahana, what about your makeup?” Mahira asked.
“That’s why I am here I will do the makeup” Hayat said.
“OK fine now everything is ready for the wedding right?”
Mahira asked as she held her hair which was falling on her face back and looked at everything.
“I think so” Siya said.
"Zoya di......Aisha........” Maya called and came inside.
“Zayan bhai and Ayan are here” Maya said.
“Ayan.....” Aisha said as she ran towards the door.
“Hey....wait” I said and Aisha stopped, I took a dupatta and coverd her head.
“OK bye” Aisha said and ran out of the room.
I looked at Zoya appa she was looking at the mirror.
“You look fine appa” I said. Zoya appa smiled. I ran behind Aisha. Aisha ran down the stairs and tightly hugged Ayan he hugged her back. Even I went downstairs.
“Guys control there are people around someone will notice” I said there was not that much people around but there were still some people.
“I missed you” Aisha said.
“I missed you too” Ayan said.
Both of them were still hugging each other totally avoiding what I just said.
“Aisha....” Shaziya begum called.
Aisha suddenly let Ayan free.
“Aadab” She said and adjusted her dupatta she looked a little embarrassed.
“Aadab” She said with a broad smile on her face.
“Welcome ammi” Zoya appa who just came down said.
“Thanks dear” Shaziya begum said.
Zoya appa looked at Zayan baijaan and smiled baijaan smiled back.
“Nadira, where is Sahana? I wanna meet her” Shaziya begum said.
“She is upstairs” I said.
“I will show you” Zoya appa said as she walked towards her.
“It’s OK Zoya I will go by myself” Shaziya begum said and she went upstairs.
“Ayan you are late yar” Aisha complained.
“Sorry begum sahiba” Ayan said and smiled.
“OK tell me how do I look?” Aisha asked exited.
“Hmm.......not as beautiful as our Nadira appa” Ayan said.
“Hey........that’s not fair yar” Aisha said and made a cute angry face.
“Ah.....I just remembered Kabir told me that you were not picking up his calls” Zayan baijaan said.
“Oh! Really” I said and checked my phone. It had 4 missed calls of Mr. Khan.
“Ya Allah 4 missed calls” I said.
“Call him back Nadira it must be urgent” Zoya appa said.
“Yes I should” I said.
“Forget Nadira why were you not picking up my calls?” Zayan baijaan asked.
“I.....my phone was in silent” Zoya appa said.
“Actually all our phones were in silent mode, we were busy with the preparations for the wedding and Mahira suggested that we should keep our phones on silent so that there is no disturbance” Aisha said.
“But you called me six times today” Ayan said.
“Ayan, very bad you shouldn’t count how many times I call you” Aisha said.
“Ya right” Ayan said.

“Guys come, let’s go and meet Sahana” I said.

“For god’s sake Nadira call me Kabir” Mr. Khan said.
“OK Mr. Khan” I said and giggled.
“You will never listen to me right?” He asked.
“Right” I said.
“Where were you all this while?” Mr. Khan asked.
“I was busy with the wedding preparations” I said.
“But you should have called me once at least” Mr. Khan complained.
“Sorry, Mr. Khan but I called you now right isn’t that enough” I asked.
“OK now give me a kiss” Mr. Khan said.
“Through the phone, like really stop acting like a kid yar” I said.
“So will you give a kiss when we meet in real?” Mr. Khan asked.
“Oh shut up” I said.
“I am serious answer me” Mr. Khan said.
“What.....I.....” That’s all I could say because I was laughing and blushing hard.
I saw a flash on my face and I turned to see Rishab standing with his phone camera towards me.
“Hey, you can’t do that” I said.
“Someone’s blushing” Rishab said.
“Shut up Rishab” I said as I smacked his arm.
“What Rishab?” Mr. Khan asked.
“Ah...nothing you continue” I said.
“Hey you look so pretty after blushing” Rishab said as he showed me my picture. Surprisingly he was right I did look pretty. I smiled.
“Actually where was I ya the kiss” Mr. Khan said.
“Did you call just to say that?” I asked.
“No, actually I called to inform you that I was with Mirza he is really in a bad condition” Mr. Khan said.
“Oh really, is he coming today?” I asked.
“How can he come?” Mr. Khan asked.
“Actually Mahira is here so.....” I said.
“Actually he don’t wanna come, this marriage is gonna happened no matter what your ammi is not gonna let this wedding to break so it’s better that we don’t try” Mr. Khan said.
“HOW DARE HE DO THAT, HOW CAN HE NOT TRY HA” I shouted.
“Nadira relax” Mr. Khan said.
“What relax? He loves my sister dam it how can he just let her marry someone else?” I asked.
“Nadira relax please, sit down” Rishab said and made me sit down.
“How can he do that Rishab? He promised her that he will figure something out” I said and started crying.
“I will get water” Rishab said and went away.
“Nadira sometimes things are not in our hand” Mr. Khan said.
“If ammi fix my wedding with someone else will you leave me?” I asked.
“Nadira..........I..........” Mr. Khan said.
“What Nadira? Answer me” I said.
“I won’t” Mr. Khan said.
“Then how can you support him to do the same?” I asked.

All of us were sitting in Sahana’s room. Sahana was now dressed up as a bride.

Also all of us had dressed up for the wedding but none of us were happy.
“Baijaan is not picking up his phone” Mahira said she was walking left to right in the room.
“Zayan did you meet him yesterday?” Zoya appa asked.
“No he was with Kabir” Zayan said.
“Kabir, Kabir Khan?” Rishab asked.
“Hmm” I said.
“Ayan you should have told me that Mirza had no plans of coming” Aisha said.
“I didn’t know yar, if I knew why will I hide it?” Ayan asked.
“Because he is your friend” Aisha said.
“Shut up Sahana is more important than him” Ayan said.
“Whatever, you could have at least met him and made sure that he is coming” Aisha said.
“Come on Aisha he is not a child” Ayan said.
“You are completely useless Ayan” Aisha said.
“You can’t blame me for what happened OK” Ayan said.

“Sahana I called all of his friends but no one knows where he is” Siya said.
“Nadira try calling Kabir sir” Maya said.
Rishab gave me a shocked look.
“It’s no use his phone is unreachable” Zayan baijaan said.
“Nadira it’s enough waiting let’s go and talk to Ammi directly” Zoya appa said.
“I think you are right let’s go” I said.
“No appa don’t” Sahana said.
“There is no other way Sahana” I said.
“I don’t wanna hurt ammi” Sahana said.
“But you can’t marry someone just like that you love someone else” Rishab said.

“Yes Sahana we will cover for you go just go” Ayan said.

That’s when someone came inside the room.
“Hayat you are wanted downstairs” Said a girl who came inside.

“Maybe some makeup issue I will fix it and come” Hayat said and left.
“Now who will help me get out only Hayat knew the way” Sahana said.
“She will come, just wait” I said.
“Mahira just try calling Mirza” Sahana said.
“No use he is not picking up the phone” Mahira said.
“Hey guys Kabir” Zayan baijaan said and showed us his phone Mr. Khan was calling.
“Keep the phone on speaker” Maya said.
“OK” Zayan baijaan and kept the phone on speaker.
“Hello Zayan” Mr. Khan said.
“Kabir, where the hell are you, and where is Mirza?” Zayan asked.
“Hello Zayan baijaan” Came Mirza’s voice.
“Mirza, you idiot, where the hell are you?” Sahana asked.
“I am at home” Mirza said.
“Ya stay there Sahana will get married within a couple of minutes” Aisha said angrily.
“She won’t” Mirza said.
“Ya right he will say that he won’t marry a girl whose name starts with S” Maya said in a funny way.
Siya laughed.
“It’s not funny yar” Mahira said.
“No, that guy, what’s his name.......?” Mr. Khan asked.
“Haider” Mirza said.
“Ya he is such a big fraud” Mr. Khan said.
“What did he do?” I asked.
“That idiot has a girlfriend” Mirza said.
“What really” Zoya appa asked.
“Ya appa” Kabir said.
“How did you get to know” Siya asked.
“Someone, send us a message, along with a picture of him hugging a girl” Mirza said.
“Who did that?” Aisha asked.
“I don’t know some unknown number” Mirza said.
“Ya the message came in his phone just a few seconds ago” Mr. Khan said.
“But now who will inform her ammi about that?” Ayan asked.
“That’s been taken care of” Mr. Khan said.
“What did you do?” I asked.
“I send that message to all your guests and to your ammi” Mr. Khan said.
“Now she will have to cancel the wedding” Mirza said.
“But who the hell send you this message?” I asked.
“I don’t know” Mr. Khan said.
Rishab stood up and moved out of the room quietly.
“I am so happy” Sahana said.
“Hey guys what is happening downstairs all the elders have locked themselves in a room and is discussing something” Hayat who just came inside said.
“Looks like they have got the message” Ayan said.
“I will just come” I said and went outside I saw Rishab he was talking through the phone.
“You are amazing yar just wow, thank you so much...........Now this marriage will get cancelled...........but how did you get to know about his girlfriend?...........Oh wow yar” Rishab was saying.
I looked at him shocked. I couldn’t believe that he did all this for me and my sister. Rishab turned and looked at me. He smiled.
“I will call you back” Rishab said and hung up the phone.
“Rishab you.............” I was saying but he signalled me to stay quite.
“Don’t tell anyone” Rishab said.
“But you did so much for us” I said.
“If it was someone else at your place I would have did the same, precise it was not me it was my friend” Rishab said.
“You don’t know how much big help you have done for us Rishab” I said.
“It’s nothing Nadira, really it’s nothing” Rishab said.
“Come on now let’s go back” I said and both of us went back.
When I reached back the room everyone was looking shocked I went near Sahana she is staring at her phone I came and took the phone from Sahana and even I froze at my place due to shock.
