(Aise hi 1 week nikal jata hai ❤ avni neil ka bohot aache se khayal rakhti hai , usse time par khana , dawai aur rest karati hai . Neil bhi apni family ke saath har moment enjoy karta hai 💕 neav ke saath khelna , parkash ke saath coffee time , shweta ko cooking mei help karna , bebe ke saath mandir jana 💓 aur avni ke saath romantic pal bitana 😍 aur saath hi saath wo sabko emotional support bhi deta hai 😭 avni bhi strong ho jati hai neil ke liye , neil ke samne toh avni strong thi par andar hi andar wo ghut rahi thi 😭 toot rahi thi 💔 neil ki bhi kuch aise hi condition thi 😭 ghar mei bhi sab neil ko khush rakhte the par andar se wo bhi marte jq rahe the 😭 par neil ne apni duty par koi fark aane nhi diya ❤ wo roz police station jata tha , apna kaam time par khatam karta tha , avni bhi uske khane ka proper khayal rakhte huye police station khana leke jati thi ❤ aur usko uske kaam par pura support karti thi)

(Avni enters into Neil's cabin 👮 neil was working on laptop and DD also helping him)

Avni : bohot ho gaya kaam ab lunch time 😋 chalo chalo baad karo sab

Neil (ignoring avni) : DD wo file nikal

DD : sir ! Bhabhi aa gayi hai ab lunch kar lijiye 😊 hum baad mei kaam karte hai

Avni : sunheri tumhara bahar intezaar kar rahi hai

(Avni looks at neil 😡 with angry eyes)

Avni : wo toh gaya 😡 ab tumhe kon bachayega 😠

(Avni comes near to him , slowly she closes his laptop , neil looks at that 😨)

Avni : shhhh.... Ab tum chup beithoge

(Neil nods with widen eyes 🙄 and starring her , avni take out the lunch , serve it on plate and feed neil with her hands 😋 neil was eating silently while starring her beauty 😍 suddenly avni starts moving towards his cheek and she kiss him 💋 neil gets shocked and starts coughing 🗣)

Avni : aree...kya hua 😕 (she gives him water)

Neil : wo kuch jada hi sweetness ho gayi 😆 (avni bangs her hand on his chest)

Neil : ouch !! 😧 Sorry wifey 😘 kya heina itna pyaar wo bhi tumhari side se digest nhi hota 😆

Avni : aacha 😠 toh thik hai 😡 mei ja rahi hu (she try to stand up but neil stretches he {imagine properly} 🤗 she was sitting on his lap 😘 and he stretches her towards him and she fall on him 😍 neil sides her hair from her face 😘 and admire her beauty 😍)

Neil : aise kaise chali jaogi 😐 tumne toh khana khaya hi nhi hai abhi 😗 aur pyaar wapas bhi toh karan hai na
(Avni gets confused 😓 avni sits proper on his lap and neil takes plate of food)

Neil : mujhe pata hai tum ghar jake bhi khana nhi khaogi 😒 isliye mujhe hi khilana padega (he feeds her)

Avni : bas ho gaya .....

Neil : abhi kaha ? (And suddenly he kisses her cheek 😘) ab hisab barabar huya 😍

Avni (blushes) : tum bhi na 😳.....

(She stands up quickly and packed tiffin)

Avni : neil ! Medicines lo

Neil : ha (he takes out from drawer and avni notices that it was last dose , neil eats it)

Avni : neil ! 😠 Tumhari medicines khatam ho gayi hai 😡 aur tumne mujhe bataya bhi nhi 😠

Neil : sorry avni....

Avni : kya sorry 😡 itne laparwaah tum jaise ho sakte ho neil 😠 (tears starts dropping from her eyes 😢 neil notices that) tumhe apni itni si bhi fikra nhi hai 😠

(Neil stands up and comes to her , he cups her face and hugs her)

Neil : shh ! 😖 Kuch nhi huya hai bas Medicines khatam huye hai (he wipes her tears) mei abhi leke aata hu 🙂 okay

Avni : nhi neil....sorry wo mei kuch jada hi overreact kar gaye 😕

Neil : no avni , it was my mistake ....sorry

Avni : tum apna kaam kar lo , mei medicines lete huye ghar chali jaogi

Pharmacist : sorry par ye medicines hamare pass nhi hai

(Avni goes to 2 - 3 shops but didn't find medicines 😭 she gets tensed 😭 and she goes to one more shop)

Pharmacist : ye medicines hamare pass nhi hai

Avni : apke pass bhi nhi hai 😢 kahi nhi mil rahi hai ye medicines

Pharmacist : don't mind par kya mei apse kuch puch sakta hu kya ?

Pharmacist : ye medicines apko kis ke liye chaiye ?

Avni : ha.. Par ab aise kyo puch rahe hai ?

Pharmacist : kyoki ye jo medicines hai ye brain tumour ki toh nhi hai

Pharmacist : ha , I know mei koi doctor nhi hu par hum logo ko bhi thoda knowledge rehata hai aur jo medicines apko chaiye wo symptoms show karne ke liye hoti hai 😕

Avni : symptoms ? 😨 Kaise symptoms ?

Pharmacist : severe headache , weakness and dizziness

(Avni was totally confused 😨)

Avni : ap ap...ko koi ghalatfehmi ho rahi shayad 😧

Pharmacist : jaisa apko lage mam par mei jhooth kyo boluga , ye medicines sirf symptoms show karne ke liye hoti hai  😕 chahe toh ap test kara lijiye

(Avni leaves from there and directly reaches to hospital)

Doctor : avni ! Tum ? Kya hua ? Come sit (avni was still in shock but she sit)

Avni : wo doctor neil ki medicines chaiye thi

Doctor : oh ! Abhi deti hu

(Doctor was taking put medicines from her drawer)

Avni : ye medicines mujhe kisi bhi store mei nhi mili , isliye mujhe apke pass aana pada medicines lene

Doctor : what 😨 (she gets little scared and starts coughing , avni was starring her 🙄)

Avni : ap thik toh hai na ? (She gives water which is kept on table) ye lijiye
(She drinks it)

Avni : kya hua apko ? Achanak ? Mei toh bas ye puch rahi thi ki ye medicines baki jagah available kyo nhi hai ?

Doctor : a....a....meine neil ko bataya toh tha ki ye medicines sirf mere pass milege , bataya nhi usne apko ?

Avni : nhi 😕 , par I want reason kyo nhi milege ye baki stores mei ?

Doctor : w...wo

Avni (in mind) : kuch chupa toh ye jaruri rahi hai , par mei aise shide nhi puch sakti mere pass koi proof nhi hai abhi

Doctor : wo kya hai na ye special medicines hum doctors ke pass hi bas aati hai 😅 isliye

Avni : oh...ohk

Doctor : toh aage se bina pareshan huye mere hi pass aayega

Avni : ji , aur neil ki Health mei koi improvement ?

Doctor : sorry avni , par abhi toh koi improvement nhi hai , bas unka aache se khayal rakho dawai time par do

(Avni enters the room and saw neil who was sleeping peacefully 😴 she goes to him and sit beside him , keeps her hand on his forehead and holds his hand , all the incidents come in her mind which happened today 😕 pharmacist sentences and doctor's sentences)

Avni : kaha fhasa gayi hai hamari zindagi neil ? 😢 Kuch samjh nhi aa raha 😔 har pal bas kal ki chinta lagi rahati hai , agle pal kya ho jaye kuch nhi pata 😢 dar laga rahata hai har pal 😢 (and she sees on table that medicines are kept untouched)

Avni : ye medicines 😧 (she takes that in her hands) neil ne aaj ki medicines nhi li 😦 (she was going to wakeup neil but pharmacist sentences hit her "ye medicines sirf symptoms show karne kw liye hoti hai" 😭 and she stopped)

Avni (in mind) : kya karu ? Neil ko medicines du ki nhi ? Much samjh nhi aa raha 😖 kis ki baat par vishwas karu doctor ki ya pharmacist ki 😕 (and suddenly she remembers pharmacist lines : "chahe toh ap test kara lijiye") Ha yahi sahi rahega mujhe medicines ka test kara lena chaiye 😯 par jab tak mere pass proof nhi hote jab tak ye baat mei kisi ko nhi bataoge (she looks towards neil) tumhe bhi nhi neil ...

(And she kisses on her forehead and keeps the medicines on table 😧)

(Next Morning 🌞)
(Avni brings breakfast in room , neil was reading his file while sitting on sofa 🤓)

Avni : neil ! Nashta time 😃

(She keeps Tray of breakfast on table , while neil stands up and hugs avni from beside 😊)

Neil : good morning wifey ! 😘

Avni : akhir baat kya hai Khanna sahab ? 😆 Aaj itna pyaar

Avni : what ? (Avni keeps her hand on his chest 😍)

Neil : aaj mei bohot aacha feel kar raha hu 😊 itni weakness bhi nhi lag rahi hai 🤗 aur ye sab tumhare wajah se huya hai 😃

Avni : really ? 😃 Wo kaise ?

Neil : wo meri itni care jo karti ho 🙂 har time kaam hai karti ho mera 🙂 par mujhe ek baat samjh nhi aayi 🤔

Avni : wo kya ?

Neil : kal mei medicines lena bhul gaya tha , toh tumne mujhe uthaya tak nhi aur mujhe medicines ke liye bhi nhi , bola ....kyo ?

Avni : w..wo neil mei bhul gayi thi 😅

Neil : no , tum bhul hi nhi sakti tum khana khaan bhul sakti ho par mujhe medicines dena kabhi nhi , batao kya baat hai ?

Avni : w...wo neil ....tum..tum roz bolte ho na ki tumhe medicines nhi khani isliye aur kal tum so bhi gaye the  (she cannot match her eyes with his)

Neil : nhi...nhi wajah aur kuch hai 😕 (he ups her head by his hand) tum kuch batana chahti ho mujhe ? (Avni look at him) hm ?

Avni : n..nhi neil aise koi baat nhi hai 🙂 tum jada hi soch rahe ho (by getting away from him , she sits on sofa and serving breakfast on their plates) n..Neil ?

Neil : hm (he also sits beside him)

Avni : tumne kal medicines nhi li , toh koi problem toh nhi ho rahi na , I mean kaisa feel kar rahe ho tum ?

Neil : no avni , I am absolutely fine 🤗 mujhe toh bohot aacha lag raha hai

Avni : okay 😊 ye lo breakfast 🙂

Neil : tum nhi khilaugi ?

Avni : mujhe ye medicines test karni hai

Avni : kab tak mil jayegi reports ?

(Avni comes out of lab and left from there , one person watches her from behind and calls someone )

Person : hello ! Boss

(Somewhere , someone was sitting on chair , his chair was facing wall , there was no light , it was all black)

Person : wo ladki 'avni' abhi test lab aaye thi

Person : wo lady ko abhi aaye thi , wo kis cheej ka test karne aayi thi ?
