Part 2 to Drunk on a date

A part 2 to the date was asked by user58207778 I hope you and the others like it.

A short recap: Ponky and Daksh had tried to tease Veer with a picture of Shakura-Bani date setup at the balcony. Veer does a better setup at the same balcony and hopes to confront her. They both get drunk on the date, Bani more than Veer. She spills how the date with Shakura was meaningless. They share a kiss and a glimpse of Bani's feelings for Veer shines through their moments. They sleep cuddling each other in the room.

Story Setup: It is the morning. Veer gets up first.

A ray of sunlight peeps through the window to have a look at the two lovers wrapped in each other's arms. Veer wakes up first and is slightly disoriented. The events of last night slowly begin to come back to him, bringing a huge smile on his face. He tries to get up but stops when he feel weight on himself.

Holy mother of god! Veer died a thousand times to wake up in heaven when he saw his love sprawled all over him. Her head on his chest and hands around him and the hair fell down her back like a waterfall. He could give anything away to wake up like this always. He remembers their kiss as his eyes noticed the slight swell on her lips. He sends a quick text to his trusted help and stays on to cuddle her as the moment was too precious for him to break.

Soon enough, an old man entered the room, eyes trained to the ground and head so low that anyone would think he had a huge weight on his neck. There actually was a weight on his neck, not literally but he dared not to look up and be the source of his Veer baba's anger. Even with his head low, he could feel his happiness and also, his sharp eyes at him. He places a tray with some lemonade and medicines on the side table.

Veer: "Tell Tapish bhai that I am taking a day off and that no one is to enter the room today. Lock it from outside and I will text you when you have to bring the food"

Veer mouthed and went back to sleep.

Bani woke up at around noon. Her head pounding loudly. She sat up with a groan and tried to remember what happened last. She could only think of the date Veer planned for her. Rest was a blur. She looked back to see Veer asleep with a stupid smile on his face. Cute! She thought. Then her eyes widened and cheeks became red. What are you thinking Bani Sing- Sharma?! She smacked her head and felt a headache coming up.

She got up from the bed and left to freshen and let out a loud shriek when she took in her appearance, specially her swollen lips. They had kissed! That explains the smile on Veer who now ran into the washroom.

V: Kya hua Sweetheart? Tum chillai? Kuch hua to nahi?

B: Ugh! Mera sir! Kitna sawal poochega? Kya hua tha kl raat?

Veer gulped when he realised that Bani had no tolerance for alcohol and that she probably does not remember much from last night.

V: Tum chalo mere saath?

B: Kyu? Nahi jaana kahin..

V: Arey aao to...Pehle hi morcha lekr khadi ho jaati ho...(then he says softyly) aao

He guides her to the bed and makes her drink the lemonade and then take the medicine.

B: Ye sb diya hai tumne and mera headache bhi bohot hai.... hangover! Maine kl pee li thi kya?

Veer looks down guilty and Bani recalled the last thing she did, sip the 'juice' he handed over to her. She roared and stood up, eyes red.

B: You gave me that drink. Tumhe pata hai na mujhe chad jaati hai, tumne mujhe kyu pillaya?

V: Bani- mai..mai vo

She took her half-naagin roop and caught him in her tail and brought him close to her face.

B: Kya mai..vo mai? Bakri ho? Dekho mera sir fatta jaa raha hai, saaf saaf bolo sb

Veer got excited seeing his fierce love. He always liked her angry looks. His eyes became golden and he got out of her hold. Then, he spread his wings and enveloped her into them as well.

V: Just Cheel Naagin Sharma, batata hoon sb..

He narrated the date leaving the part where he was jealous of Shakura but Bani caught him.

B: Tumhe kaise pata meri aur uski date ke bare me?

V: Ponky ne bataya, use kasie pata use pooch lena. (he said casually)

He sat back with his phone and Bani went to freshen up and came back wearing a pista-net sari and a sleeveless blouse. She went to the mirror and did her hair bringing them to one side of her shoulder and Veer swallowed hard as he stared the barely covered back of her blouse. 'iske wardrobe me aag lagani padegi wrna mera dil jalta rahega jb bhi ye bahar jayegi'. His thought shocked him. He never cared about such things. In fact, he loved it when hot girls craved him, loved when other men envied him and now that he has a hot wife, he is getting all riled up at the mere thought of some else finding her hot? He would rather have everyone tease him saying he is married to a simpleton than have anyone call her sexy. She is very beautiful as it is. He was bought of his thoughts when Bani waved a hand at him, now ready with simple earrings, a few bangles, mangalsutra and sindoor.

B: Darwaza nahi khul raha hai? Shayad lock hai? Tumhe koi idea hai nahi to mai tor rahi hoo..

Before Veer could reply, they heard the key being turned and kaka entered with a tray of food, head down and left. He was about to lock the door when Bani opened the door by force, the latch coming off its hinges.

B: Aap kya kr rahe hai ye?

V: Jaiye aap. Bani maine kaha tha inse.

B: Kyu...

V: I wanted you to rest..

B: Waah, khud pilaya tb chinta nahi hui.

Veer sat down the couch.

V: Bani pehle kha lo kuch..okay? phir lad lena

She too sat on the couch. Hungry but angry as well. She took a few bites and asked.

B: Waise Veer, maine kya kya Kiya? Tumne kaha dance and all but aur to kuch nahi na...

V: aur (he made a kiss face)

B: (blushes) aur kuch?

V: Kya poochana chahti ho? (he acted clueless)

B: Tumne mujhe pilaya kyu?

V: Kaha to, mujhe confusion ho gaya, I thought you drink...

B: Maine kaha than a ki nahi krti (she put her plate down and looked away from him)

V: Bani, age se nahi hoga, thik hai. Please ab.

Bani thought of letting it all go when Ponky and Daksh entered the room. Both mischief makers were excited to see Veer after their plan but he had missed both breakfast and lunch much to their disappointment.

P: Bhai kahan they aap?

D: We missed you bro-

They sat on either side of him and Bani start arranging the bed. Ponky and Daksh thought pakka ladai hui hogi and Bhai bhi khoob jealous hue honge. Suddenly Ponky poked Daksh hard and pointed at Bani's neck.

Bani was sporting a love bite! It was light but their cheel eyes could spot it easily. They looked at Veer and ran off, not before telling Bani that she looked good. Bani found it odd that ran away after looking at her like that. She went to see if she had anything on her face when she saw the red mark!

B: Veerrrr!!!!

Veer chocked on his food.

V: Kya hai bani! Ho gaya na ab kiss and maine akele nahi kiya tha, please ab-

He stopped when he saw her furious look and the fat bite on his neck that stood proud. How did they not see it earlier? Nice! (he thought)

B: Kya nice! Hun?

V: (thinking- Shit, zor se soch liya! )

His expression torn between fear, worry and slight pride at his work. His pride peeped through angering Bani who then ran after him. Her husband laughing ran down.

From the corner, the cheel brothers looked at the two adults running around like children. They knew they had failed at the attempt to make Veer jealous but they had never felt happier at a failed plan.
