Scene Setup: Bani has come back from the Rahasyamayi Gufa (Mysterious Cave) with a boon to see a future event before it has actually happened. Since then she has been seeing water everywhere. First her sister, then Veer and she has been seeing water everywhere. She is sleeping now and Veer is with his brothers. She sees huge waves and water in its disastrous form and wakes up scared.

Bani wakes up with a start. Heaving. Why is seeing water everywhere? She is Adi Naagin but the prospect of losing two people so close to her heart is causing her to panic. Markaat is trapped so who could cause this. Who is this enemy who will manipulate water against her? Why Meera? Veer? She is scared and is sitting on the bed, tears well up in her eyes. Veer enters the room. He thinks his sweetheart must be asleep but when he sees her on the bed, head in hands he switches on the lights and notices her all wet.

V- Ah..gharwali, arey sath me chalet na shower me. Ek saath bheegte, maza aata. Ye kya tum akele akele aise.

He makes a hurt face, mischief dancing in his eyes. Bani's panic rose. She touches her hair and feel the moisture. She stares at Veer in horror. This was nightmare! Was it not?

B- Veeranshu..

V- This is not done gharwali. Aise offend nahi hote. Mana tumhara gharwala bohot hot ke saath saath bohot rich bhi hai but pani bacchana acchi baat hai-

B- Vo sb sapna tha, sapna tha. To mai bheegi kaise? Veer- Mai..

Veer's smirk fades when he notices Bani's face. Wet hair, confused face- he hates seeing his fierce adi naagin like this.

V- kya hua sweetheart. Tum itni pareshan kyu ho?

B- (Bani reaches towards him) Vo veer, mujhe nahi pata ye pani kahan se aya. Mai so rahi thi na, sapna tha to mai, mai bheegi kaise?

V- Arey arey, Adi Naagin bhi roti hai kya? Aise mote mote ansu?

Veer jokes and expects a good bashing from his adi naagin but to his surprise, she sits down and starts to sob. Fear envelops her as so many whys appear before her to which she knows no answer. Veer sits beside her.

V- Mai to mazak kr raha tha. Sach me. Chup Ho jao. Kya hua hai Bani?

Bani is not in the state to form a coherent answer. She sits close to him and he put her head on his heart to comfort her. They both feel helpless. She did not know if this was real, a divine warning. Will something happen to Meera and Veer? Veer on the other hand did not know what to do to help his love. He does not like seeing her so miserable. Seeing her suffer is the worst punishment for him. Her every tear felt like a drop of lava poured directly on his heart. He notices her shiver a little and gets up to get her a towel but Bani panics seeing him leave. She could not let him out of her sight. Kuch ho gaya toh? She hold his jacket tightly. Veer gets tensed seeing his ladaku viman this helpless and scared. He coos her and lifts her gently, saying sweet nothing in her ears. He brings her towards the edge of the cupboard and take a towel and starts drying her.

V- kya hua tha? Tum kuch keh raha thi na? Bolo..

B- Vo Veeranshu..Vo unchi unchi lehere thi..paani tha-bohot saara. Mujhe nahi pata mai kya karu...mujhe nahi pata..itna paani...lehere..mujhe nahi pata

She puts her head on his chest. Her body was shivering more from fear than cold. She held veer closely like a child hiding from the worlds misery in the arms of her only haven. The only man she trusted. But every second she spent in misery was a lifetime in pain for our hot Cheel. He thought of a way to bring her out of her trance. Slowly he moves his arms around her towards the hook of her beautiful, blue kurti and tries to unhook it. Bani does not even notice this. He opens the hook but to his surprise, Bani still did not react. He feels sad that his wife is so scared that she does not even notice this. He expected her to spring out of her bheegi billli mode to the jungli naagin mode. Show him her red eyes that he has come to love but seeing her so scared that she did not even reject his advances pained him.

He moves away his hand but a thread of his jacket gets stucks and as he struggles to remove it. The chain moves down and a strap of Bani's kurta slides down her smooth shoulders. Veer gulps hard. His wife was here, vulnerable in his arms, bare shoulder with the kandhe ka til on full display. His emotions were getting hard to control. He wanted to kiss her shoulders, her tears away and then lastly, her parted lips.

V- (Thinks) Nahi, ye sb mt soch. control kr. Teri Biwi ki halat dekh. Kitna dari hui hai ki ye kuch notice bhi nahi kiya. Vo tujhme comfort doodh rahi hai. Ye time romantic hone ka nahi hai. Kuch soch isko thik kaise kare.

He closes his eyes and moves the strap back up.

V- Kya musibat hai ye. Mera itna acha jacket kharab kr rahi hai meri gharwali. Agar Mayuri hoti na to aisa bilkul nahi krti.

Bani's nose flares. Her panic starts to settle as a new emotions tries to take its place- anger with a burning intensity. Veer notices this slight change and smiles to himself.

V- Waise agar Mayuri hoti to maine jacket pehena bhi kyu hi hota..

Bani pushes him away from her. Her eyes, red with fury.

B- Kya kaha. Uss Morni se mujhe compare bhi mt krna. Smjhne na Veer. Mai tumhe..

V- Good. Mission accomplished. Apne ladaku Veeman ko harkat me lane ke liye maine ye kiya. Tum ye bhilli billi ki tarah mujhe bilkul pasand nahi. Tum mujhe cheekhti, chillati, ghoorti hui pasand ho.

Bani stares at him, dumbfounded. She feels so happy at the fact that he cares so much for her. She smirks.

B- Waise Jai hota na to mujhe pyaar se hug krta. Mere face pr pyaar se haath fherte hue kehta-

V- Us dhabewale, nahi nahi, do takke ke dhabewale ka naam mt lo. Uss chepu ko beech me laakr poori feeling ki hi maar di sweetheart!

Veer makes a face at her, but his eyes betray him. He is happy to see her come out of her panic.

B- Haw! Tumhe kaharb laga? Mujhe to Jai ka naam sunkr sukoon sa-

Before Bani could complete her sentence Veer moves towards her. She giggles and moves away, pushing him slightly and tries to run. Veer chases her and trying to catch her. Bani's wet feet slip and Veer tries to prevent her fall. They both end up falling on the bed. Bani on top of Veer. Her strap slips off her shoulder putting her cleavage to display. Veer gulps hard for the second time. Shit! He cursed himself for only putting up the strap and forgetting to hook it again. At least he would have avoided this. Ab kaise control kare!? He looked at Bani. His Bani! She looked like a goddess. Wet hair, flushed face and disheveled clothes. How could he resist his hot wife. Lastly he looked at her eyes, those innocent doe-like eyes and he became undone. He put his one hand on her waist, second on her face and smiled at her.

Bani moved slightly down, towards Veer's face. She was not really thinking anything except her hot gharwala, who has always been there for her. Veer's eyes widened when he notices his love lower her face to his. Their foreheads meet.

B- ichu!!!

V- Ouch! Haye re futti kismet.

The both laugh at each other and stand up. Veer moves away her hair and she looks down, all shy. He takes her towards the cupboards and brings out a soft pink, bathing gown and asks her to get changes first. He talks so softly, as if to a baby and Bani cannot help but feel protected.

V- Jao, tumhari tabyat kharab ho jayegi sweetheart, pehle change kr lo.

He tries to go away to give her some privacy. Bani's panic comes back. Nahi! Kuch ho gaya toh? She holds his hands.

B- Nahi! Mai-mai akele nahi jaungi.

Veer looks at her. She cannot meet his eyes. Her realizes that despite all the normal talk, deep down she is still scared. He walks her to the washroom and she holds his hand as she goes in. Her hands keep switching as she struggles to undress with one hand but he, like the gentleman he was, did not peep nor leave. He stood there with a smile on his face. Some color rose to his cheeks and he looks away, though no one was really looking at him but he felt happy, giddy. His wife was definitely falling for him. He loves her to not avail and seeing even smallest of signs of care, affection or trust from her meant more to him than all the money in the world could buy.

She came out in her knee length, bathing gown. The strings were tied weirdly but that is the best she could manage with one hand. Veer could not believe this angel in front of him. He closed his eyes, content. Their relationship was changing and as long as Bani took steps towards him, he did not care how slow they were.

She told him about her boon and panic surfaced again. She explained to him all that she saw. He listened to her patiently and tried to calm her down. Told her that the nightmares meant nothing but he himself wondered what could happen. He filled her with confidence and vowed to protect Meera so that she feels better.

Bani thanks her bholenath for bringing Veer to her life. Though she would not say this to him and inflate his already large ego, she felt lucky to have him. She hugged him.

B- Veer..

Veer notices that this hug was special. She had hugged him back. He joked and then cursed himself for not knowing when to keep shut as she moved away.

She smiled sweetly at him.

B- Thank You Veeranshu.

Veer smiled at her.

V- Pati hoon tumhara, farz hai mera gharwali.

He takes her towards the bed.

V- ab tum so jao gharwali. Ro ro kr ankhe suja li hai. Aise karogi to Tapish bhai-Meera ki haldi me bilkul acchi nahi dikhogi. Ye mujhe manzoor nahi hai. Goodnight sweetheart.

Veer gets up to go to his couch.

B- Vo veer-

Veer instantly comes back to her side.

V- kya hua bani. Koi baat khatak rahi hai? Mujhe bollo. Mai-

B- Nahi vo- Vo aaj ...Mera mtlb couch kitna uncomfortable hai na. Tum sahi se so nahi paoge to kl kaam bhi nahi kr paoge dhang se. To tum- mera mtlb tum chaho to..Vo bed. So sakte ho. Vo

Veer smiles at her fumbling. Cute Adi Naagin! Aaj iske kitne naye side dikhenge pata nahi. He takes his pillow from the couch and sleeps on the bed.

V- Good night Gharwali. So jao and raat ko bheegne ka man kare to utha dena. Saath me bheenge.

B- Saath bheegne ka bada man hai tumhe.

V- Tumhare saath to bheegna kya- Jal bhi skta hoon..

Bani stares at the raw emotions in his eyes.

B- Goodnight Veer (she wispers)

Veer closed his eyes and was about to fall asleep when he felt a slight touch on the palm. He felt Bani take his hand in hers. He did not open his eyes to not make her uncomfortable. Veer thanked the universe for his wife, someone who could no longer say that she felt nothing for him. They both slept, hand in hand, aware that even though dangers lay ahead- they will always have each other.
