The Story of Seven Fates
Before civilization
Continental Alaska
A man clothed in all black bleeds through the spiraling winds of the cold region. His cloak was tiring him out, so he left that behind. He did not know the importance of the cloak over his body until his skin started to tear open because of the excessive winds.
There was a voice that told him to come to the eternal that stayed there. The powerful one.
The one in charge of life.
He was keen for a responsibility.
At last, he reaches Anchorage, the coastal area which remained unnamed because man was still growing.
The demon slayer had his staff against the five feet deep snow, a glacier directly below.
When he placed the staff on the ground, he sees the bright light on top of it, a reddish golden hue.
The man rolls his eyes and lifts the staff up and empties it into the snow he was standing upon.
*crack*
The sound resonates in his heart, in under a second, the cold water absorbs him into itself.
He struggles to keep himself alive against the mighty coldness of the region.
His nose was freezing, he couldn't feel his feet nor hands. He sees the staff slipping away from his hold too.
Suddenly, the staff begins glowing much brightly, in under a second, the whole water turns warm as the demon slayer swims through aimlessly.
The aim was to find a small green globule that looks like an algae but it was a guiding spirit which shall guide him towards the eternal who resided in such a peculiar place.
He sees the numerous lights, he was losing his oxygen too. All covered in plankton, he loses the sight of the green spirit...but to his great surprise, there were far too many similar colored photosynthetic algae roaming around which gave him a hard time distinguishing the little spirit from the others.
The demon slayer was waiting for far too long, his will to not breathe and waste his oxygen was dying along with him.
That was until the green algae all together started moving away from the plankton and a great wave swept the oceanic plants down. The underneath wave did not hit him, he was wonderstruck at the oddness.
When everything was clear to him, he looks ahead of him with dizzy eyes and the staff barely held in his weak hands.
The man was too lost in a way, until the green spirit of guiding was appearing in front of him.
The spirit releases a small, echoing sound which he perceives as a confused noise, adding to the tilt of the head of the little spirit.
To not waste anymore time, he swims towards it with the least energy consumption as possible.
The spirit takes him under a coral built cave, which looked nothing less than an entry of a mermaid princess' abode.
Instead of a princess, the demon slayer meets with a gigantic structured man, sitting on the throne made of rocks and his head under the darkness where light couldn't reach inside the cave.
He looks towards the either sides of the eternal and sees six red figures and seven white figures in coral costumes. He must assume that this will he left to his choice.
None of them looked similar to each other but the only commonality between them were the costumes and the mace, bow & arrow, common daggers and a few other essentials of war in their hands.
"Choose your side." The voice comes from the head of the cave.
The demon slayer was too tired to speak, he was barely alive with no breathing.
Six or seven?
He did know where to go, but he did not know the responsibility of the pack that will be formed.
He chooses the red side.
As he swam towards it, the green guide spirit enchants him with a spell which makes him unconscious with the same group as he chose and there were total of 14 demon slayers, seven white and seven red.
Namjoon was the last demon slayer to join the invitation.
The eternal in charge had chosen his fourteen scouts to liberty.
The white team of scouts would guard the souls of the humans whereas the red team of scouts were given a lot more responsibilities.
They were to imbibe good into bad, love a girl and save her from the clutches of the demons that are various in forms.
Underneath this cool layer of water was hell. The portal was somewhere between the Pacific where the Devil got creative every single day and sent up the demons of his own creation in various forms as his own scouts to bring back the valuable lives of humans.
Since the portal was embedded with silver ores and silver was the greatest weapon against the demons that came by, these seven demon slayers were hence remarked as the protectors of the silver valley.
Every Friday at twelve in the midnight came by any ghostly spirit or a group demon in the form of whatever they took, The Portectors of The Silver Valley always slayed them, no matter how big they grew.
But they needed an adaption.
Hence, the eternal had graced them with a power of submerging themselves for their rest of their lives under the water and never die.
The only time they will die is when the demon will stake a golden article through their chests.
The seven fate holders and protectors were named Namjoon, Seokjin, Yoongi, Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung and the youngest one, Jungkook who was merely a boy from the family of demon slayers.
They were immortalized.
They are glorified in many ancient scripts.
And to protect the world above water, they still live as a small group of seven in a dorm in Seoul, South Korea where they all fell in love with a human girl named Y/f/n.
