Chapter Two-Dark Part
(A/N-so hey. Um. This is awkward. Its been so long since ive been or wrote an actual story on this account. I understand if you guys are pissed because some of you wanted to read this story. If you even remember the first story and the first chapter. Haha. Ill have to go back and reread my own story. That'll be even more awkward. I dont felt know where I'm going with this story so it maybe a little weird till I get on the right track but hes a short Chapter to say IM BACK)
I pushed the covers off of me that I got up and put over me last night. It got a little too cold and I couldnt stand it. Getting up slowly, I rubbed my eyes and stretched my back. I haven't slept in Mitchs bed since he passed. To be honest, I havent stepped foot in that room since hes been gone. Not even open the door. So this is couch in the middle of the living room is my home. A single blanket and pillow. For five years. I glanced at the clock and groaned when I seen then time. Then my eyes widened.
"Oh no! Shit shit!"
I sat up and threw on my shoes then ran out the front door. Over the hill in front of the house and to the little cabin memorial. Fishing the key out od my pocket I unlocked the door and peeked inside. I cant believe im late to see Mitch. Its 7 in the morning, every morning, 5 in the afternoon, every night, and its 9 am. He's gonna be so mad. I opened the door all the way up and stepped inside. I turned and closed the door behind me.
"H-Hey Mitch. I'm sorry I'm late this mor...ning..."
I froze at what I saw. The rose was smashed on the dirt pile. Petals pulled off and scattered. Smushed. Dead...
I fell on my knees on the dirt floor and picked up every little piece into my hand. Placing it on top of the tombstone.
"Wh-What... Who... H-How... No..."
My eyes teared up as I touched one of the petals.
"I-I know I locked the door last night... Im sorry Mitch..."
I tossed some of the dead flowers out of the cabin and gathered new ones and scattered them around his tomb and dirt. I smiled a little as the rose barely moved. Wind. Mitch?
I got up then closed the door behind me. Going to lock it before it bursted open on its. Taking my strength I closed it and locked it quickly. What is up today? There's not even no wind. I walked back to the house and sighed. Kicking my shoes off and going to lay on the couch till I noticed a body figure underneath the covers. I yanked it off of the person.
Time stood still. Short brown hair flew in the air a little and so did a flannel and golden dog tag. The person turned around and sat up. He smiled up at me.
"Jerome!"
