'excuse me?'
Cough
Cough
.
.
.
'hello? Earth to Y/n?'
You sat up straight on the couch with wide eyes, than grabbing your phone on the coffee table.
'oh jeez-what time is it?' you blurted out through the phone.
'it's 3pm! Y/n! Did you seriously fall asleep in the middle of my speech!'
You rubbed your eyes.
'yeah I'm sorry. I can't believe I fell asleep, I'm sorryyyyyyy' you whined.
'You need a better schedule. You can't just fall asleep everytime I wanna call you!'
'yeah I know I'm sorry-'
'stop apologising, I'm coming over! I don't trust you so I'm going to help make your schedule'
'Sua, no its-'
Beep
Beep
Sigh
You got up slowly out of your warm spot on the couch, cleaning up as quickly as you could.
You hoped no one would come over, you just wanted to relax and clean up another time. You kept telling yourself that you would clean up but never did. Guess nows the time to do it.
You rushed around the house, fully awake and slightly limping due to leg cramps when you heard a knock at the door.
'Sua you really didn't have to come by-' You tried to reason with her as you opened the door, she just barged in to your house.
' stop complaining y/n! I'm just trying to help a friend out, besides you should be thankful! Your the only person I'd do this for' Sua put her hands on her hips and examined the house. You just sighed and shook your head.
' Would you like something to drink? Or eat?' You asked her while she just shook her head and sat on the couch. She sat down as if she owned the place, it was almost like this was her second home.
'I'm not here for me! I'm here for you, come on sit here' Sua patted the place next to her on the couch and you obeyed.
'Your always such a mess y/n! Aren't you glad to have a friend like me' Sua complimented herself with a big smile. You punched her gently on the arm and laughed.
' yes of course! Sua I wouldn't trade you for the world' you smiled and Sua gave you a soft hug.
'You so need to find your soulmate y/n! Your being all cute and cheesy again! Maybe then you won't be such a mess' Sua chuckled, holding both of your hands as you both faced each other on the couch.
'Soulmates don't exist! Sua I don't have any soulmate other than you!' you tried to explain but Sua shook her head and held onto your left hand with both of hers, than rolling up your sleeve to show a ink like pattern on your arm.
'than what is this?' she pointed at the mark. You tugged your arm back a bit but Sua still held onto your arm.
'It's just a birth mark, it's not a soulmark Sua! Don't be silly' You giggled, trying not to sound too serious or upset her in anyway.
'I will make you find your soulmate one day y/n! I will prove it to you. Its my new mission: Oporation find y/n' s soulmate!' Sua looked serious. You could tell by the look on her face that she wasn't going to give up until she got what she wanted. You knew you couldn't stop her but you thought that maybe if she doesn't find your soulmate that she would give up.
You didn't believe in soulmates, in fact you weren't looking for love. You had the perfect life by yourself with no one in your way. You had freedom and felt like if you found love it would end horribly. You also kind of feared love, in all of the dramas you've watched love looked so painful and you felt as if you would never be ready for it.
'Do you have any banana milk?' She than asked out of nowhere and you got up with a laugh.
'of course! I never run out of banana milk, this is probably why you came to my house' you smiled at Sua who was doing puppy eyes and grabby arms towards you. You held onto her hands and pulled her off of the couch.
'This is why everyone loves you y/n, your so sweet!' Sua complimented you and the both of you headed towards the fridge. You just laughed the compliment off.
You forgot to roll your sleeve back down as you opened the fridge, causing your sleeve to role up even more as you opened the fridge.
' y/n ? Omg!' You looked over at Sua to see her shocked expression. She looked like she had just seen a ghost.
'what is it? Are you ok?' you asked while closing the fridge and handing her the banana milk.
She was staring at your left arm. You followed her gaze and saw your other mark peeking out of your sleeve.
'YOU HAVE ANOTHER SOULMARK AND YOU NEVER TOLD ME?' Sua shouted. You just awkwardly rolled down your sleeve.
'it's not a soulmark! Sua please calm down, there are more than one so it can't be a soulmark!' you tried to explain to her as she aggressively drank her banana milk.
'I can't believe I've never seen that one before.. You have multiple soulmates! I'm so jealous your so lucky! Your like one in a gazillion!' Sua fake cried.
'That isn't even a thing! Even if soulmates did exist, multiple for one person? There aren't any dramas like that!' You protested. Sua rolled her eyes and headed back to the couch.
'Come on, sit next to me' Sua said and you sat beside her again.
The two of you forgot why you were actually there in the first place and spoke all evening, you two also started watching a new series on TV and lost track of time completely. You even skipped dinner on accident but you were too tired to eat.
You ended up sleeping on the couch again in the middle of watching TV.

You woke up in your bed, reaching out to your bedside table for your phone.

'Sua is such a great friend' you thought smiling to yourself.
It was 10am so you had an hour to get ready. You did all of the simple things like brushing your teeth, hair and picking out a simple outfit from your wardrobe.
You didn't need make up because your already stunning without it ;)
It wasn't like you were going to meet up with any guy or gal for a date so you didn't need to try hard even though you never need to try hard to look like a four course meal.
Honk
You knew it was Sua.
The hour flew by so fast that the honk startled you. But you grabbed your bag and left your house.

Y/n' s pov
We made it to a cafe, it was so beautiful! Probably the best cafe I've ever seen.
Sua and I stepped inside in awe. Even Sua was surprised by the look of the place.
' How did you find this place? ' I spoke quietly, still taking in the view.
' I saw a picture on Instagram' She answered. That explains why she looks so mesmerised, she hasn't even been here before. I hope it's not expensive even though Sua said she'd pay.
The cafe was almost empty so we had plenty of options of places to sit. We decided to head over to the seat next to the window when a guy tried to walk past us and I accidentally bumped into him.
As I accidentally bumped into him, the part of my body that had touched him felt tingly and funny but I berley took any notice of it.
'ah, I'm sorry I didn't see you there' I bowed.
'watch it' He mumbled while rolling his eyes, still trying to walk past. Sua saw me standing there feeling guilty and she got up after the guy.
'Hey! She apologiesed! What's wrong with you?' She spoke while grabbing the guy's arm so he'd turn around.
I grabbed onto Sua's free arm, telling her it was okay and to let him go but what I hadn't noticed was that the guy's eyes landed on me.
'I'm sorry' He apologised out of nowhere. I looked at him, not expecting the apology.
'it's ok! It was my fault, sorry for stopping you!' I spoke in a rush, trying to get us back to our seats.
And our eyes met.
