(Your POV)
That little louse of a butler!
I may have let it go a few minutes before, but what a... jerk! Pretending he didn't know about all of the things in my school. That liar.
I sat now in the living room still, flipping thru the channels angrily.
I flinched for a second, not knowing what or who had brushed my leg.
I looked down to see Ayil winding herself in and out between my feet, purring madly.
I leaned down to scratch her ear.
"Are you angry at him too? Probably not huh? He's perfect." I said moodily.
"I'm quite happy to hear you agree." I heard him say.
I looked up to see him holding a tray of scones and a cup of tea.
"Tea won't make me feel better, Sebastian." I spat, rolling my eyes and glancing out the rainy window.
"Who knows, It might." he said, giving one of his, I don't care and Don't get me angry smiles.
I sighed and sipped the tea, pointing to the chair across from me.
I hate having him hover next to me like a raven.
"Look, hy did you play along?" I asked, trying to do this calmly and quickly.
Sebastian raised a finger to his lips, winking. "A butler never reveals his secrets Mistress."
"Agh! Seriously! Your just so..... so...... Complicated!" I huffed, spilling my tea in my mini-rant.
Sebastian stood quickly, pulling his handkerchif out.
"Mistress (Y/N), do be careful." He tutted, wiping my knee.
"Hopfully you won't soil anymore than that." He muttered.
"Oh really? It doesn't matter to you that I go burned? No, it matters that the cloth got soiled. Really?" I asked, dabbing at the spot as well.
Sebastian looked shocked.
"Yeah, bet that never crossed your mind."
"Would you prefer me to say such things? I had thought saying something so caring would make you angry and blush." He said simply, maintaining his composure.
"Well yeah! It would be nice if you actually did do that." I said lowly, sadly, a blush did creep it's way onto my face.
Stupid, stupid, stupid! Face.
The door bell rang suddenly.
Instinctively, my head turned to look at the unseen door,
"I shall be right back."
Instead I beat him to the door, opening it before him.
"I can get my own door." I said, almost regretting what I said.
Sebastian frowned.
I opened the door to see a squat little man with a huge handlebar mustache.
He proudly held out a letter to me.
I took it cautiously, thanking him.
He sped away, as quick as his little legs could carry him, his mustache wobbling like jello.
A white gloved hand was inches from snatching my letter as I pulled it away.
"Keep your paws off Sebastian." I scolded, running upstairs.
I sat down at my desk and finally got a good look at it.
It was pure white paper, with blood red ink on it.
I looked at it curiously, reading it.

From: Vespers Cheralds

---------------------------------
Dear (Y/N)
I know your secret. You have made a contract with a Demon.
You know that you'll pay for doing that.
I'll be waiting for you, at the bridge near St. Peter's at 12:00 P.M, when everyone goes to the festival.
I suggest you come if you don't want to be killed. You wouldn't want your secret to get out.
Sincerly,
~Vespers

(Your POV)
My eyes widened, why was Vespers, my best friend doing this, and how did she know?
Without a second thought, I pulled my gloves on and just sped down the stairs, the letter gripped in my and.
"Mistress (Y/N), where are you going? Lunch will be served soo-"
"I'm not hungry." I said, trying to be cheerful as I hopped on one foot, cramming my foot into my rain boot.
"Oh really?" He questioned, trying to stop me from leaving.
He grabbed my wrist with the letter in it.
"No!" I shrieked, speeding out the door. His grip slackened from my yelling.
I sped down the street, ignoring the rain pouring down, the thunder rumbling, Sebastian left behind, and the letter accidentally left in the door step.
Hopefully, everything would work out.... everything would be alright.
Hopefully.
