I raced through the streets as I began to make my way back to my house. I could still recall the way the wind sounded as the creature ran down my path. The way its voice was as it growled at me at the edge of the woods. "What was it, I have never seen anything like that before?" I racked my brain thinking about what I just encountered. 

Entering my house I quickly changed out of my clothes and fell back into my bed. My body was throbbing in pain due to the day's events that were thrown at it. I looked over at my back massager."She would always rub my back for me." I thought out loud maybe if I- no I quickly shut that thought down. "I'm moving on from her it's been 8 months it's time to move on." my eyes started to become heavy and I eventually fell asleep.

As soon as my eyes were open my head has begun to pound in the confines of my skull. I opened my drawer and reached for two pain tablets. No headache is slowing me down today, not after what happened yesterday. Today was my day off and my mind is made up that I will get to bottom of what that creature was. I got up and made some quick breakfast then I went to gather my laptop and notebook.

"I could be onto something big " I started with the newspaper I got yesterday. Looking at the article it says "MAN CLAIMS TO BE ATTACK BY WOLFMAN"  the cover also had a picture of his wounds and claims he was attacked at the entrance of the nature reserve. That's only ten minutes away from the library. 

Opening my laptop I went to google to search for more recent attacks. This started a rabbit hole of videos and news articles from the past weeks of claims of attacks. However, these creatures were more than just a wolfman. By the time I was done my notebook was full and I have stumbled across I local blog dedicated to these sightings.

The site was called " Mythical Index" it had pictures from the newspaper and more. The site identified the creature as a werewolf and upon clicking on the pictures there have been more than 10 sightings in my local area. It also projected to have multiple more attacks later this week.
