New Chapter!

There's action in this one, sorry if it's not that good I don't have a lot of practice with fight scenes.

I also can't do Thor speak that well.  If you guys have suggestions on how to rewrite his lines please comment them.

"Tell me again why we all need to be here?" asked Nico. They had been waiting around the park for about an hour now waiting for Percy to lead the mortals to them.

"Because, Death Breath, we're not supposed to use our powers but we still want the mortals to leave Percy alone. So we're here to intimidate them." Clarisse answered. Nico sighed, wishing he hadn't let them talk him into coming.

"I still don't think we needed this many people." He mumbled.

THE MIGHTIEST LINE BREAK IN ALL OF RECORDED HISTORY!  TREMBLE BEFORE MY AWESOMENESS!  BOW AND BRING ME TRIBUTE LEST YOU WANT TO SUFFER MY WRATH!  I AM THE GREATEST LINE BREAK!  BEWARE!!

Percy pov.

School had gotten out a bit ago. Annabeth was taking a different route than me to get to the park so as not to arouse suspicion. As soon as I stepped out I felt people's eyes on me. The hair on my neck prickled as I walked. As I walked past the stores next to the school I glimpsed two people following me in the store window. Across the street there was a man in a baseball cap keeping pace. There was a black van idling about a block away as well. That was four. That meant that there were two more avengers who I hadn't spotted yet. Then briefly out of the corner of my eye I spotted a figure crouched on the roof of the town theatre. One left. I was nearing the park now and with a quick glance around I crossed the street and passed through the trees into the park. I made sure to head to the large pond that since it was in a less taken care of place not many people came there. This was our plan. So no innocent mortals would get hurt. My friends would be hiding in the area around there concealed by the mist wich Hazel had gotten better at controlling.

"You can come out now." I said not turning around. Gradually five people stepped out of the trees scowling. Well some of them were scowling. The one who I assumed was Thor was smiling.

"How did you know we were here?" the one with a bow said. Hawkeye I think. I smirked turning around and crossing my arms.

I shrugged "You're not very good at sneaking up at people."

"This is your last chance at coming with us peacefully." Black Widow said. She reminded me of Clarisse. It's her way or she'll beat you up.

"Like I said before, I don't go with strangers. And you guys are downright creepy, I mean, following a kid around and trying to kidnap him? I may not be the smartest in my class but I'm pretty sure that's against the law." Iron Man who had yet to put on his suit was gritting his teeth.

"Listen hear kid, we are the Avengers and we are going to take you under SHIELD custody because you are a terrorist. Which means," he said smirking, "that you are the one doing things against the law." He looked triumphant. I chuckled shaking my head.

"Wow, how does your ego even fit in your head? I mean you're as bad as... a person I've heard about." I corrected almost saying Hercules. Tony sputtered but Natasha narrowed her eyes suspiciously at me. "Well then," I said clapping my hands together, "are you gonna attack me now or do you wanna go get a coffee first?" They started advancing towards me "Hold up," I said, surprisingly they stopped. "It doesn't seem fair that it's your team against just me. So," I said smirking, "how about some of my friends join me." With that the rest of the demigods stepped out of the trees.

"This is Sparky, Repair Boy, Ghost King, Beauty Queen, Miss Metal Detector, Changeling, and the Drakon Slayer." I said introducing them. Some of them glared back at me. I smirked. (this is what I found to be their nicknames. If you have better ones please tell me.)

"Aren't you forgetting someone?" said Annabeth as she approached.

"Nope I don't think I am."

She narrowed her eyes at me "Percy" she only said my name but the tone was enough to imply that if I did not introduce her immediately I would end up suffering the unpleasant consequences.

I cleared my throat "And this is my Wise Girl" Annabeth smiled walking over to stand behind me. The rest were grouped behind me. The Avengers for the most part looked confused. Except Thor. He looked about ready to come over and ask for autographs. I tried to ignore him.

"So are we going to fight or what?" said Leo.

Clarisse punched her fist into her other hand "I'm ready to pulverize these" I stared at her "these... scumbags" she said. I held back a sigh of relief, she had almost said mortals. And if the super spy wasn't already suspicious it would have definitely have made her.

The Avengers charged.

Cap threw his shield at me which I caught and threw at Hawkeye. He ducked and rolled shooting some arrows into our midst. My friends dodged and then Clarisse charged and began fighting Hawkeye. Annabeth was currently engaged with Black Widow. Their fight seemed more like a complicated dance. With both throwing hits and dodging in rapid fire movements.

Leo was currently fighting Iron Man using one of his gadgets to shoot blasts at the suit. Iron Man dodged responding with his own blast. Frank shoved him aside and grabbed Iron Man's foot swinging him down. He hit with a dull thud but was up in the air again in no time. Cap was exchanging blows with Hazel and Piper. They made a good team. While Cap was blocking one of Hazel's hits Piper was able to get in one of her own. I suppose it might not have been fair with two against one. But they had been the ones to attack me first.

I noticed that Hawkeye had managed to injure Clarisse with one of his arrows. She was fine but it allowed him time to break away. He had climbed up into one of the trees to try to get better coverage. I ran to Cap's shield which was abandoned on the grass. I dodged a blast from Iron Man jumping into a roll. I made it to Cap's shield and used it to block some bullets from Black Widow's gun before Annabeth was able to knock it away with a kick. I threw the shield at Hawkeye. He dodged but in doing so lost his balance and had to leap from the tree. I saw Nico their ready, through probably reluctant, to fight. He swept Hawkeye's legs out from under him and snatched his bow. Nico turned in time to dodge a bullet from Black Widow who apparently had another gun. He hid behind a tree until Clarisse and Annabeth were able to work together to knock the gun out of Black Widow's hand. Clarisse seemed find though there was a little blood on her leg where the arrow had hit her.

I heard Iron Man shout into his coms "Code green!" and heard a roar. The Hulk came charging through the trees. Great, I thought. Another one to deal with. I wondered were the mortals were. They must have heard the sounds of fighting by now. Then I figured the Avengers must have made a way to keep the civilians away. Good for us, less memories to wipe. I felt something hit me from behind and I was flung to the ground. I groaned standing up. I turned around to see that it had been Iron Man who shot me. Oh, it was on. I charged. I ducked and rolled dodging as he tried to blast me. Luckily he was also trying to keep Leo away. It looked like Leo's blaster had been broken and he hadn't yet had time to fix it. I threw a dagger I had brought since I didn't want to risk bringing Riptide out. It hit him in one of he foot propulsors. He tumbled down unable to steer with them being uneven. I left Leo to hand him.

I turned to see that my friends had tied most of the Avengers up. The only one left was the Hulk who Clarisse and Franke were working together to succumb. I smiled this hadn't been to hard. There were a few minor injuries on our part but nothing that some ambrosia wouldn't fix. I heard Hulk roar than go silent. They had managed to knock him out. I think Piper might have used some charm speak but it didn't seem as if the Avengers had noticed so it should be okay. But when I turned there was Thalia with her bow in hand.

"Started the party without me?" she said. "And you didn't even leave one for me to fight?" she pouted.

"Hey Thals." I called. "And in case you didn't notice, Pine Cone Face, you just took t=down Hulk."

She pouted, "But I wanted a real challenge." I rolled my eyes. Of course Thalia would say that. She wouldn't be content unless she had a whole pack of hellhounds to fight off by herself.

"How you been?" Annabeth called approaching.

"It's been good, though recently there hasn't been a lot of monster activity. Which is a good thing except then there isn't much to do."

"Of course you would say that" Nico said coming over.

"Nice to see you to Death Breath." Nico scowled though I could tell he wasn't really bothered.

Suddenly I felt a godly presence materialize behind me. I whipped around ready to fight. It was Thor the Norse god of thunder. It was still somewhat new realizing that Norse gods existed as well. But I supposed if the Greek, Roman, and Egyptian gods existed other pantheons might exist too.

"Thor! Do something!" Iron Man called out. I narrowed my eyes at Thor.

"We will fight you." I said, "Even if you are a god."

"I do not wish to fight young Midgardian."

"Thor! He's a terrorist!" I heard some of the Avengers shout. They were really starting to get annoying.

Thor ignored them. "I have heard of your many exploits. Yours and your friends. You are considered heroes on Asguard and I am pleased to meet you." I coughed awkwardly eying the Avengers. "Do not worry young hero they do not know anything." By now my friends had gathered around us.

"What are we going to do with them?" Frank said. Before any of us could answer I heard the squeal of tires and several trucks pulled up around us. Men rushed out from inside them guns drawn. A man wearing an eye patch stepped out last. My friends gathered together. I positioned myself in front. The lake was behind us. I would use my powers if necessary.

"Fury," Thor called approaching the pirate dude, "there is no need to arrest this Percy. He has done nothing wrong."

"Stay out of this Thor." The commander said. By now one of the agents had freed the rest of the Avengers.

"Fury what are you doing." Asked Captain America.

"I knew that there was a chance that Jackson might over power you so I had reinforcements on standby." He turned toward me. "Perseus Jackson, you and your comrades are under arrest. If you do not come peacefully we will be forced to fire."

"Commander, I don't think that's.." Cap started but was cut off by Fury glaring at him. I used the moment to my advantage.

"Nico," I whispered, "how is your shadow traveling doing?" Nico glanced at me confused.

"I've recovered. I have my full strength, though I can't use them for long or I will faint."

"How many people do you think you can take with you?"

He smirked, "I carried the Athena Parthenos, I think a can handle a handful of demigods." I smiled relieved, "But he said it will take awhile. With this many people it might take a few seconds to fully disperse." I frowned and then nodded.

"Okay, make sure that everybody is connected."

"Percy?"

"I'll make sure you have enough time."

"But Percy.."

"What are you guys talking about?" the commander called finished ensuring his authority over the other Avengers.

I looked at Nico for another brief second, "I'm counting on you Nico." I heard him whisper to the others making sure they were holding on. I glanced back to make sure one of them had Annabeth. She grabbed my hand. I let her. If she knew what I was planning she would probably try to fight of the agents.

"You have five seconds to surrender." The commander called. I heard the guns whirring to life. The Avengers looked uncertain. Thor looked about ready to step in but I shook my head at him. If he got involved it would just make the situation worse.

"Five.."

"Four.." I heard my friends bundle closer together.

"Three.." Nico took a deep breath to prepare for the jump to camp.

"Two.." I felt the familiar tug in my gut. The water behind us ready to morph to my will.

"One..." the sound of gunfire exploded in my ears.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH a cliff hanger

I feel so evil
