• Tips for Color Combination •

For TeenFic/Humor:

The cover should be light and happy look. Dapat light/light ang colors na gagamitin.

Possible colors:

• Pink/White
• Blue/White
• Orange/Yellow
• Pink/Blue

• Pink/Blue/White
• Yellow/Red/Orange

You can also used colors kung ano ang dominant na color ng background mo. Let's say, blue and green. Pwedeng ang text mo ay combination of blue and green.

Basta alalahanin niyo lang talaga na light halos ang color scheme ng genre na ito. Hindi dapat maging dark kasi hindi na siya mag mu-mukhang teenfic or humor.

For Drama/Romance

Halos blending naman ang genre na ito, pwedeng light with a glimpse of dark. Pero mas dominant pa rin ang dark kasi baka mag mukhang mystery na kung masyadong dark eh.

Possible colors:

• Orange/Brown
• Brown/White
• Yellow/Brown
• Gray/Bluegreen
• Blue/White

For Action

Possible colors:

• Red/Red-orange
• Yellow/Orange
• White/Gray
• White/Brown

For Mystery/Thriller or Horror

Dito, dapat dark talaga siya. Pero huwag pasobrahin kasi baka hindi na mabasa or makita.

Possible colors:

• Red
• White
• Red/White

For Sci-fi

I color is enough for this genre. Batay lang sa mga nakikita kong mga covers na sci-fi.

Possible colors:

• Blue
• Red
• Green
• Violet

You can also add something white. Basta mas dominant ang isang color.

I don't have any example ng covers na sci-fi. Since wala akong natanggap na req or hindi pa ako nakapagtry. :D

For Fantasy

Possible Colors:

• White
• Yellow
• Green
• Blue
• Golden Yellow
• Brown/White
• White/Green
• White/NeonColors
• White/Red

Guys, huwag kayong basta basta mag coloring ng mga na i-mention ko. Basta kung anong kulay ang dominant ng background mo or hindi kaya, mababagay sa background na gagamitin mo, tsaka ka lang mag color blending ng na imention ko sa taas.

Hindi rin ako sure sa mga nasabi kong colors kaya nilagyan ko nalang din ng samples.
