No time to rest

~Flashback~

"It's Zen!" Yoosung exclaimed.

"Hello..." Zen held the microphone to his lips as he spoke in a clear voice.

The press were in a frenzy and reporters began fighting over who would question him first. It looked like Zen was in some kind of public confession, but why was she there watching him?

"It's not time for questions yet," Jaehee scolded them.

"I ran away from home when I was in high school," he began. "It's a bit funny talking about myself but please listen. I have to explain."

Everyone looked so confused as he continued to talk about his personal life. He told them about his strained relationship with his family, how he wanted to be an actor, and how he managed to survive in the musical theater industry for as long as he did.

"Are you admitting to what happened with Echo Girl right now?" One reporter spoke up impatiently.

Jaehee had to scold them again, but Zen didn't seem to mind. He knew that the reason for the press being there was because of Echo Girl. Strangely, Legacy knew this too.

But that didn't answer the question why.

Zen informed the reporters that he was very grateful to his fans who supported him over the years, and that Echo Girl was a fan before the incident happened. They all looked shocked to hear this for some reason.

When they heard that Echo Girl posted some things about Zen in her blog two months ago, they became intrigued. It said that Echo Girl used to watch Zen's performances and that he was her role model.

Legacy continued to watch the scene unfold, her feet were glued to the ground as if a supernatural force prevented her from moving. Her eyes only focused on one person in the room.

Zen started reading Echo Girl's old Tripter posts and started feeling embarrassed after a couple of girly comments in the messages. He was blushing, how cute.

"Why is Echo Girl claiming that you harrassed her?" Another reporter asked him.

"Echo Girl and I were selected to play the lead roles in a new production. Later I found out that Echo Girl planned all of it to go up on stage with me. She came to my house to discuss the roles." He explained, then turned to an eye witness who saw Echo Girl with him that day.

A vendor named Mr. Kim stated that he was surprised to see Echo Girl in such a quiet town. "She was very flirty. I even got her autograph to help my business." He admitted sheepishly.

Cameras flashed and the reporters were in an uproar.

Yoosung breathed out and smiled. "So glad this is happening. Now everyone is going to know the truth." He said and glanced at Legacy with a reassuring smile.

"Zen, I have one more question." A reporter called out.

"Yes, go ahead." He replied.

"I cannot help but think that you holding this press conference is antagonizing a female singer who is extremely popular at the moment." The reporter frowned. "What do you think about this? If any of what you say is proven wrong, your career and even personal life will be at risk."

Zen agreed with the statement and admitted to his sacrifices for his career, to the point he decided to stay single because of his fans. Legacy listened to Zen's confessions about his life and that he insists all of Echo Girl's claims were false. From beside her, Jumin hummed thoughtfully as he watched the actor at the podium.

"I advised him to go on the sensational route...but he chose honesty." He stated.

"Lastly... I cannot have feelings towards Echo Girl. I have someone I love right now. This is the absolute truth as well." Zen told the press with confidence. Jaehee gasped at the sudden announcement.

"...He'll regret it." Jumin sighed.

Cameras flashed again and one of the reporters inquired Zen if he was in a relationship at the moment.

"My heart is beating towards one person. Until now, my acting was a reflection of my struggles in life, but right now...thanks to this wonderful person, it will reflect warmth and love."

Legacy felt her stomach doing flips as she listened to the handsome man standing in front of her.

"Is she here?" Someone asked.

"No way!?" Yoosung panicked.

"Legacy, come here." Zen gestured towards him with a smile.

Yoosung looked even more worried. Jumin sighed again and told him that they'll need to help her get on stage with Zen.

"I will introduce my lovely girlfriend, so please pay attention! From now on, I will refuse to respond about any misunderstandings or scandals about my love life. Alright, everyone?" The silver haired male told them all cheerfully as he leaned towards Legacy.

"Legacy..." Zen called her name fondly as he looked into her eyes. "I just wanted to tell the whole world that you're mine. I love you."

~End of Flashback~

Legacy groaned as she felt herself being roughly shaken awake by a frantic redhead. Not wanting to open her eyes just yet, she rolled over to her side with her back facing him. Saeyoung pouted when she lazily muttered for five more minutes of sleep, lightly snoring away seconds later.

He grabbed a pillow from his side of the bed and used it to hit her repeatedly in an attempt to wake her up. An annoyed growl sounded moments later and the girl sat up to grab the pillow.

"Okay, I'm awake now. You happy?" She scoffed irritably and tossed the soft object aside.

It was still too early in the morning for anyone in the building to be awake yet. Saeyoung sighed and gave her a quick peck on the lips, before hurrying out of bed and half-dragging her towards the door.

"What the-? Saeyoung, what's going on?!" She stumbled after him as he raced to Jumin's room.

"I'll explain later," he replied. "Right now I really need everyone gathered together. We're in trouble."

Her eyes widened at his last statement and she refrained from asking any further questions , instead choosing to focus on finding the other RFA members and waking them up.

Jumin didn't seem bothered by the loud banging on his bedroom door at six in the morning as he answered in his usual calm attitude. Jaehee, on the other hand, looked startled when she opened the door to her room. She was still in her office uniform which probably meant that she fell asleep on the desk.

Zen woke up slightly angry that his beauty sleep was interrupted, but later forgot about it when Saeyoung briefly explained that the RFA was in danger.

"Why can't this hacker leave us in peace for just one day!?" Zen groaned and rubbed his face.

Legacy paused a moment to get a good look at him, recalling the dream she was having just earlier. Her cheeks turned red when she remembered how he told her that he wanted to let the world know that she belonged to only him.

Ridiculous... There was no way Zen thought of her that way.

"Welcome to my life," Saeyoung shrugged and started jogging towards Yoosung's room.

Once everyone was gathered together at the dining room, they sat down silently and waited for Saeyoung to give them a proper explanation of what was going on. He took out his phone and opened the messenger, showing them the last chat in the chatroom.

"Is that really the hacker?" Yoosung asked worriedly. "How does he keep getting in the messenger, Seven?"

"More importantly, what does he mean by Legacy belonging to them?" Zen growled angrily, fists clenched tightly as he read the last message of their mysterious enemy.

"We should inform V of this right away," Jumin suggested calmly.

"Mr. Han, we haven't heard from V in a while now. How will we reach him if he won't answer his phone?" Jaehee asked and Saeyoung sighed in disappointment.

"Unfortunately, I think V isn't going to be much of help in our case." He admitted, leaving everyone confused.

Legacy looked from one member to the other, frowning as she too was confused about what he had meant. Wasn't V their leader? He should be able to help them in a crisis like this one. Or at least willing to try to help them.

"Saeyoung... I think it's time you tell us the whole truth."
