You and Seven sat in the car in a comfortable silence, well at least for you.

"I don't know if I should scold you for not listening to me or laugh about the situation." He said randomly.

"Laugh?" You suggested while shrugging your shoulders.

You couldn't help but smile at him. It just felt right, he usually gave off this bight and happy feeling that just makes you want to laugh and smile and joke around and...

It felt nice.

You thought about this while looking at seven but quickly turned away when you noticed you were starring.

Now it was Seven who was looking at your flustered face and couldn't help but smile.

"Just this once, I'll let it slide okay y/n?" He loved being able to say your name, if it weren't for him not wanting to weird you out, he would say your name a million times and never get tired.

"By the way...what happened today?" He asked, keeping his gaze on the road in front of him.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" You tried to avoid the question.

"I mean you looked...like you were sad..." Seven was bad at this. He really didn't know how to go about situations like this.

"Sad? Oh, um, no....I'm fine." You said trying to convince him.

"Come on Y/n don't give me that 'I'm fine' crap." He said seriously. You flinched slightly hearing him curse.

"*Sigh* I got a call from my friend...that's all." Was all you wanted to answer. You looked out your window to signal that the topic would end here.

"Alright, I won't keep bothering you with this but, I just want you to know that you can talk to me when you need someone." You looked back at him and smiled at his kindness.

"Thanks, Saeyoung." Seven felt his heart skip a beat. It's been so long since the last time someone called him by his real name. "Wait that is your name right? I just thought it was since in the game..."

"Haha, yeah it is."

"Alright then. Mind if I call you by your real name from now on?" You asked.

"Yeah, I would really like that." He looked at you with adoring eyes.

After a  few minutes passed, you looked at him and started laughing. Saeyoung kept glancing at you with a confused expression on his face making you laugh harder.

It was music to his ears.

He slowly joined you and the car filled with laughter and joy. Once it started dying down, Saeyoung asked you.

"What's so funny?" Now he tried to keep his eyes on the road.

"All of this!" You leaned on the dashboard and watched the scenery pass by. "Everything up to now. It's like something you would take out of a movie or a book."

"Is that a good thing?" He waited for your answer.

"It's amazing." Saeyoung kept looking back at you and started sliding his hand off the wheel and over to your hand.

"Oh!" You sat up, startling him and placing both hands back on the wheel. "I've got an idea." You started taking out your phone. "Mind if I put some music?" Saeyoung breathed a chuckle.

"Not at all." You connected your phone to the car and just put the last song you were listening to. It was a calm and sweet song, one you really loved.

"Do you want me to change the song?" You asked wanting him to enjoy the music too.

"Huh? Oh, no it's fine. I've never heard it but....I kinda like it.." Saeyoung listened to the lyrics as he drove down the highway. You leaned back in your seat and hummed a bit to the beat and slowly started singing along.

Saeyoung's ears perked up hearing you sing. He never imagined you could sing, and really well for that matter. Finding out this new information about you made him wonder.

What else did he not know about you?

He wanted to know more. Because going through files about you weren't enough.

As you listened and sang you didn't notice Saeyoung looking at you every once in a while. You thought about lyrics and Nathan's adorable smile kept popping up in your head. But when you turned to look at Saeyoung....

It was frustrating.

After today, Your feelings we're practically all over the place. The mood the situation was giving off didn't help either, listening to that one song that was important to you, watching the night sky as the street lights pass by in blurs.

"P-Penny for your thoughts?" Saeyoung accidentally stuttered but you didn't notice.

"Huh? Oh, I was just thinking about..Um..." You furrowed your eyebrows and tried to gather your thoughts. Saeyoung could see you were struggling to find an answer.

"Hey, Y/n?" You turned to look at him.

"Yeah?"

"Can you tell me more about yourself?" You looked at him surprised by the sudden question but then you gave him a sad smile.

"There's not much to know about me. What you see is all there is."

"Well...How was your life like before we all came into your life?"

"Oh. Well, It was pretty average. Get up early, go to classes, then head to work. Sometimes I would meet up with some friends but that's it, I never really went out to travel or anything."

"I see." Saeyoung didn't know what else to say.

"What about you?" Saeyoung kinda expected you to ask about him.

"Me? I'm just a lonely hacker that has to work his ass off for his boss and-" Saeyoung stopped himself from speaking further. He felt as if he already said too much.

"S-Saeyoung! Look!" You quickly took hold of the wheel and steered away from a car that was possibly going to crash into you.

"Saeyoung? Are you okay? what happened?" You placed your other hand on his shoulder to try and comfort him. 

"S-Sorry. I was distracted by..Um..." Saeyoung looked at your hand that still held the wheel just in case. "Could you sit here....Please." He made some space for you to sit on his lap.

"Wha-What?! We'll get pulled over and that's really dangerous!"

"So? I'm dangerous too and your still here." He said seriously.

"Saeyoung...I think-"

"Don't think. We're on a long highway and it's really late at night, no one will see. So, please?" You looked at his golden eyes and just couldn't say no.

W-Why is he being so straightforward all of a sudden?

You sighed at the thought.

"Alright...But if we crash your paying for everything." You joked. Saeyoung stopped the car for a second so you could move over and sit on his lap. You got as comfortable as you could and made sure you didn't interfere with the gas pedal.

"I would never even dream of letting you get hurt." He said in a soft voice as he leaned his head on your shoulder.

You couldn't help but blush at his comment.

It was nice being so close to him. He kept you warm from the cold air of the AC and the movement from the car was slowly lulling you to sleep in his arms.

Once Saeyoung knew you were asleep, he snaked a hand around your waist and held you close. "Why did it have to be you." He murmured into your hair before placing a small kiss on your head. His actions made you stir a bit and you snuggled even closer to him if that were possible.

"I just hope...We get a good ending."

"Pssst. Y/n. We're here." The car engine was off and you were still fast asleep on Seven.

"Come one Y/n~ you need to go to your own bed." He tried shaking you slightly but to no avail. Instead, you wrapped your arms around his neck and laid your head on his chest.

"I-I swear Y/n you'll be the end of me." He said as he watched your adorable sleeping face.

With a sigh, seven picked you up and started walking up to your apartment. He had searched your bag to find your keys and opened the door.

Once he was in, he tried to find his way around and found your room. He opened the door and laid you in your bed. He lifted the sheets and covered you.

He sat on the edge of the bed and reached over to move your hair out of your sleeping face.

"Hey Y/n, you awake?" He asked just in case. But you stayed silent, the only thing he could hear was your steady breathing.

"I wanted to tell you. Thanks for helping us out, and bringing out the best side of the RFA." He sighed.

"I'm....I'm not stupid or oblivious. I've noticed how you make me feel when I talk to you over the phone or when we chat. But this is something I don't have the luxury to feel right now." He shifted around and looked to the wall next to him, feeling to embarrassed to even look at you.

"I like you. A lot. You hacked your way into my heart and let me tell you, it's really hard to get past the confusing binary numbers and mixed messages that is my heart. Look at me, I'm getting all mushy and stuff." He gave out a sad chuckle.

"It's always nice to talk to you. Every day I look forward to talking to you, chatting, hearing your sweet laugher through the phone....But.." He looked at his hands that were holding each other.

"Even if I wanted to....I can't be with you...I know there will be a day when we can't see each other anymore.... And I'd rather you not fall for me either." He turned to look back at you.

"I'm glad I got to tell you this.... Goodnight...My little hacker." He leaned over to kiss your forehead but he was surprised when you stirred around and he accidentally kissed your lips for a split second.

S-SHIT

Seven was startled and started standing up but you had held onto his arm; making him fall on your bed.

He was hovering over you with his hands on either side of your head, just inches away from your face.

God damn it Y/n...

But hey, you liked to hug things in your sleep and he just so happened to be there.

With a sigh, seven moved over and laid next to you.

"This is going to be a long night..."
