Two chapters in one to make up for me being gone.

Dipper's pov

She just hung up. We only talked like 30 seconds. Was she ok?? I hope so. Then I headed to bed.

----Time Skip----

We woke up and took down camp. Then we continued our search for the mailbox. It seemed like hours upon hours of searching until we found it.

"Mabel this is it!!"

"Sweet. I get first question."

"Ok but don't do anything stupid."

"Me, do something stupid,"can she started. I gave her a glare. "Ok, nothing stupid but how does it work??"

"Write something on a piece of paper and put it in."

"Okay."

~On the paper~

"Is Dipper a dork??"

After she put it in the mailbox started to glow. She opened it.

"Dipper!! It's a different letter then what I put in."

"What did you ask and what is the answer?"

"I asked if you are a dork and it said yes. Bam I was right."

"Haha real funny."

"Your turn."

I was so nervous. I'm still not sure what to ask. I had all these questions but I'm not sure if I'm going to ask them or not. Then I got out a paper and pencil.

~On the paper~

"When is the world gonna end??"

The mailbox started to glow again. Then I pulled out the paper.

"The world is going to end in 3012. We've got time."

"My turn!!" Mabel screamed.

She pulled a package out of her backpack and placed it in.

"Mabel what was that??"

"A video of me sticking one hundred gummy worms in my nose."

"Mabel!!"

"What??"

"You shouldn't have done that!!"

I checked the mailbox and pulled out the letter.

"Your video of you sticking gummy worms up your nose has offended me and my knowledge."

Then it exploded. IT EXPLODED!!

"Mabel! I had other questions I needed to ask!!"

"How was I suppose to know that would happen!? I was just mailing it to mom and dad."

"I simply asked you not to do anything stupid!! Let's just go."

----Time Skip----

We finally made it back to the shack. It was 5. I was just so tired. Mabel and I walked in and dropped our stuff by the door.

"Dipper is that you??"

It sounded like Y/N.

"Yeah, we finally made it home. Where are you at??"

"I'm in the kitchen."

"Okay."

I slowly walked to the kitchen to tired to walk any faster. When I walked in saw Soos with Y/N.

"Hey Y/N." I said.

"Hey."

"Sup." Soos said while nodding his head.

"So how was your mystery hunt?? Did you find what you were hunting for??" Y/N asked.

"We found the mailbox and then Mabel exploded it."

Y/N was drinking apple juice while I was talking and it squirted out her nose when I said Mabel exploded it. She laughed slash cried when it happened.

"Oww."

"You ok??" I said. I went to the cupboard and grabbed the paper towels. "Here."

Y/N took the paper towels and cleaned up the mess. I walked over to her and helped.

"Maybe you should put down the apple juice before you hurt yourself even more." Mabel said.

"Your probably right. Oww my nose still stings."

"Here N/N, let me make you a sandwich." Y/N eyed to sandwich when I placed it in front of her.

"Omg thanks so much. My favorite sandwich of all time. Peanut butter and jelly on a blueberry Bagel!!" I thought she was overreacting a little but I don't care right now. She quickly finished her sandwich. "Anyways want to finish the game and hanging posters??"

"One sec," I said.

She nodded and ran upstairs to her room.

"Mabel, I need to ask you a serious question," I said.

"Yeah," she replied.

"Make sure you don't tell anyone what I'm about to tell you." She nodded her head. "Do you think that Y/N might like like me??"

She started laughing. "You are really blind!! Yes, she does. So know that you know are you doing to ask her out?? I've already come up with a ship name. S/N(yours and Dippers names combined)".

"You're unbelievable..."

We walked upstairs to Y/N's room I could hear tons of laughter. I knocked.

"Come in!!" I heard her yell.

I opened the door and they were hanging up posters. Y/N was up high put one on her roof.

"Hey Dipstick."

"Hey need any help??"

She looked around.

"Sure Dipper," she said.

"You two have it covered so I'm going to bed," Mabel said. I actually knew the reason why she left and man she is an awesome sister for doing so.

I held the latter for her as she finished with her high poster. "Dipper!! Catch!!" She fell back like the way you do so in a trust fall. Some how I caught her and put her down.

"Nice catch Dipstick."

"Y/N, I have a question. Do you want to go out with me?? Just the two of us."

"Like as a date??" she asked.

"Yeah."

"Of course." She took off my hat and put it on. "Anyways I'm tired so I'm going to hit the hay. See you tomorrow."

"Night," I said as I was walking out the door.
