Nagisa pov
I stood up
"Tell me! Why'd you kill them!"
"I didn't want anyone to get in the way"
"In the way of what?" Karma asked standing  In front of me

Asano only looked down
"It's happened way too much"
"??"
We both stood there confused by what he meant
"Such beautiful and kind people see the cruel reality of the world and soon begin changing"
"Change? What do you mean?" I asked
"The previous King and Queen, they were very kind, but my father killed them"
"!!" I fell to my knees
"You bastard! You were apart of their death!" Karma growled
"You could say. My father wanted me to be King, he even tried to kill you Nagisa...."
"When I fell down the stairs...."
"Yes. My father used to be a very kind man, but the day mother died he began to want more and more and eventually use me to become King so he could have everything he wanted"
I just looked at the floor in defeat
It was all Asano

"When I saw him kill the King and Queen it became a pleasure for me to kill as well"
"That's stupid "
"What?" Asano looked up
"You're saying you're going to kill all the kind people because then they're going to act like you" Karma said
"You wouldn't understand"
"You're right, I don't understand. I mean you say it's because they see the reality in this world that's making them change, but aren't you making them see that"
"Even if I didn't they would still see the cruel life in this world!"
"You make no sense...
"I just can't bare watching the people i love crumble down!" He yelled back
"What?" Both me and Karma said in unison
I saw Asano's cheeks go red
"Nagisa... I don't want to see you suffer, so let me end it for you"
He took out his sword and began to walk forward

Karma took my hand and we ran away.
We went inside the castle and ran up the stairs hiding inside my room.

"I think we're good" he sighed
"Yes" I said as I opened my closet
"What are you-!"
He turned around but saw that I was taking off my dress so he turned back around
"What are you doing!" He panicked
"Changing. I can't run in this"
"Didn't anyone ever tell you about privacy!"
"Probably, but I could barely breath in that dress"
"Are you forgetting that I'm a man!"
"No"
"Then at least hurry up"
"Mmm"
"What is it?"
"All I could find is my nightgown"
"Do you have it on"
"Yeah"
He turned around with a flushed face
"That's fine. As long as you're wearing something"

"Anyway, do you know where I can find a sword" he asked
"In here"
"Huh?"
I pulled a trunk from under my bed and opened it go reveal all my swords and knifes
He whistled
"Nice"
He picked one up and walked to the door
"Stay right here"
"Where are you you going?"
"To find Asano"
"I'll come"
"No you stay here it's too dangerous"
"No, it's more dangerous if I stay here"
"What kind of logic is that"
"What happens if he comes in here and I have no one to protect me"
He sighed
"Ok, let's go"
Right as we were about to leave the door slammed open

"Asano!"
"Sorry, you have to go through me first" Karma pointed the sword at him
