It was that at night, people are working while many are at home with their family safely in harm. But some say there's crime on the loose, there were two robbers who robbed the bank while the alarms were ringing. They got outside while carrying a bag load of gold.

Robber: Come on, let's get outta here!

Robber 2: Right behind you.

And they went towards their escape vehicle, he drove off as the police vehicles started chasing after them. The first robber brought out his pistol and gave it to the second robber.

Robber: Start shooting, Jeff.

Robber 2 (Jeff): nodded Roger that, Samuel.

Then Jeff the 2nd robber started shooting at the cops, as the cops shot back at them while in the car chase. Samuel the first robber turns left to outsmart them, two cop vehicles crashed into the streets. While the three cop vehicles remain chasing the robbers, the police reload their pistols to shoot at the back of the robber's wheels.

Suddenly, a certain average teenage boy was getting himself something to eat at a pizzeria. But, the civilians car was squealing as they took cover as the guns went off and they drove past the pizzeria. As for a certain male teenager...he smirked as he went outside by watching the chase, he summons his belt and his motorcycle.

???: smirk Henshin!

=====At West side Avenue Street=====

The robbers turn to the other side of the street as the cop vehicles keep on chasing after them for hours, Jeff the robber notice they're about to run out of gas.

Robber (Jeff): Shit! We're about to run out of gas!

Robber (Samuel): Fuck it! We just have to make a run for it!

Unfortunately, something hits their escape vehicle to the side of the road as they crashed into the light pole. They got out as they're groaning, Jeff shook his head as he pointed his pistol in his surroundings.

Robber (Jeff): shouting WHOEVER THE FUCK IS OUT THERE! YOU'LL NEVER TAKE US IN JAIL!

Robber (Samuel): shouted YEAH! WE GOT $1,000,000 BUCKS OF GOLD HERE IN THIS BAG, DON'T MAKE US SHOOT THESE PEOPLE AT THE CAFE!

And they heard a male voice who was nearby.

???: Good, because that's where you're to pay the price.

Jeff/ Samuel: confused Huh?

Jeff the robber got punched in the face, while Samuel got kicked in the stomach as he fell on the ground by forcing letting go of the bag. Both Jeff and Samuel groan in pain, but they've realized as two black shows are in the shadows who's dragging the bag next to him.

Robber (Samuel): confused Who the hell are you?

Robber (Jeff): Are you Batman?

???: I don't know who this Batman is, but I'm a new superhero in town.

Robber (Jeff): eye narrow Oh yeah, show us your face then.

???: chuckles Don't have to tell me twice.

When they heard his footsteps walking towards them, their eyes widened at his appearance...he has red armor with a motif of a Stag Beetle. It was the Legendary Hero known as.....ALTER-KUUGA!

Robbers (Jeff/ Samuel): eyes widened & unison A-A-ALTER-KUUGA!!!

Alter-Kuuga: smirking Robbing the bank is a very bad deed for you guys, I guess I have to take you two out.

Both Robbers get back up as they're ready to fight him, Jeff charges towards him as he throws his fist. But Alter-Kuuga caught his fist and he threw him to the side of the mailbox, everyone saw Alter-Kuuga fighting two robbers as they cheered for him. Samuel threw his fist while Alter-Kuuga dodged his punch, he kicked his nuts when Samuel the robber yodel in pain like Larry from The Three Stooges.

Robber (Samuel): yodel OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~ AAAAHH!!!!!

Then he punched him by knocking him out, Alter-Kuuga clapped for his nutcracker yodel.

Alter-Kuuga: cocky Bravo, you won an Academy Award of Nutcracker Yodel.

When he was about to face back at the second robber, he saw him pointing his pistol at Alter-Kuuga.

Robber (Jeff): Bill Hader accent Freeze mothafucka!

Alter-Kuuga: chuckles Whoa there, those little bullets won't affect me.

Robber (Jeff): glare Oh yeah, let's prove it then.

He shot at his helmet ten times to prove him he's bulletproof, he cocked his pistol as it ran out and he gulped in fear.

Robber (Jeff): fear Mommy!

Alter-Kuuga: I'm bulletproof, so..

He headbutted his forehead by knocking him out as Jeff dropped on the ground unconsciously, the civilians cheered for him as the cops came for the robbers and saw Alter-Kuuga who defeated them.

Male Police: smiles Thanks, Alter-Kuuga. We can't do it, without you.

Alter-Kuuga: shrug Eh, it's my job to protect many cities from crime. After all, I'm a superhero. Gotta ride.

He waves at them as he gets on his motorcycle and drives off while the civilians cheered for him, as the screen view at the television host, the woman's name is Chris who interviews Daphne ever since Moonscar Island adventures.

Chris: smiles Ever since the show called Coast to Coast with Daphne Blake, she told us the story how strange things in Moonscar Island. Ghosts or Monsters are real, but that's not all. Daphne Blake shows us a new video of this mysterious hero coming to their rescue from these unknown group of masked figures alongside their monsters.

It shows the video of Alter-Kuuga fighing Kamen Rider DaiKaiju and King Kiva, he defeats them both as he is battling Kamen Rider Demonik in his Demonikian form at Moonscar Island.

Chris: smiles Ooh, now that's a real monster there. Daphne Blake really shows us the exciting spooky adventures of real monsters.

The audience applauds as Daphne drinks her water, as Chris faces back at her.

Chris: So, Daphne. Who is this mysterious hero in this world, and how does he want to be a hero?

Daphne: smiles Well Chris, this new superhero in this world who was a descendant of the Great Stag Beetle Knight aka King Zernius Mushi.

Chris: smiles I heard of him, he's the great king to his people back in medieval times. Many called him a hero, and now his descendant is doing a job for him.

Daphne: Yes indeed, he'll save the world from crime just like our hometown.

Chris: Does this Masked Stag Beetle hero has a name?

Daphne: His name goes by Masked Rider Alter-Kuuga.

Chris: Hmm, Alter-Kuuga, eh? Sounds like a new name for a hero, does he rescue anybody or work with anyone else?

Daphne: nodded Yes, he has a friend named Zachary Rogers. They both work with us, Mystery Inc.

Chris: smiles From mystery-solving to crime fighter, now that's a miraculous story there.

Chris faces back at the screen on television.

Chris: smiles Don't go away folks till we come back from our sponsors, and don't forgot to cheer for Mystery Inc's superhero: Masked Rider Alter-Kuuga.

But someone punched the T.v. screen as he growled, it was Shiro Serizawa in his Rider suit who was angry while Ethan Fredrick in his rider suit was going through his Ride Cards as they're at the motel and Ethan created soundproof in their room.

Future Kabuto: anger He's making us Kamen Riders look bad!

Primordial: Even though he sure has the Titan's powers.

Future Kabuto: shouted HE'S GONNA ABUSED KUUGA'S POWERS IF HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT'S HIS TRUE TASK IS?!?!

Kamen Rider Primordial himself to normal state as he gives him a water bottle, and he pressed it to his metallic chest.

Ethan: Shiro, calm down first.

Kamen Rider Future Kabuto turns back into his normal as well, he grabs the water bottle as he drinks it and he sighed.

Shiro: calm Okay, we need to move..before he goes to the next destination.

Ethan: Like where? Mystery Inc. didn't say where they're going.

They heard a wind sound like flapping, Shiro & Ethan saw Virtus flew past the motel as they knew who's coming after.

Ethan: eyes closed Hmm, looks like we know who's he after.

Shiro: It appears that Virtus' unfinished business is about to begin, let's move.

Shiro goes out while Ethan pays the tab for the television, and they go out for their next mission to retrieve the Arcle before things get worse.

========With Alter-Kuuga======

He was riding on his motorcycle back to the pizzeria, he turned back into his normal state and he parked at the side of the parking lot. He walked inside as he saw a teenage cashier rings the bell. Zachary walked towards his four boxes of pizza towards the cashier.

Female Cashier: That'll be $12.79.

He gave her $14.00 to the female cashier, when he was about to leave with his pizzas, she grabbed his wrist by looking at him seductively.

Female Cashier: seductive So, cutie, are you single~?

Zachary: nervous U-uh, yeah why?

Female Cashier: smirking How about you and I have some fun at my place, so we can have a 'rough' night.

Zachary: nervous......How old are you?

Female Cashier: smirking 18, why? Because you like this sexy body~

Zachary getting more sweating when the female cashier kept looking at him with her seductive stare, but his pocket was buzzing and he sighed in relief and she lets him go and giving him a pouted look.

Zachary: sighed Sorry, I gotta take this. See ya.

He left the pizzeria with his boxes of Pizza, and he sets them on the Pizza basket carrier so that he doesn't want them to be dropped on the road. He brought his phone out as he answered it.

Zachary: Hello?

Velma: voice Zachary.

Zachary: smiles Hey, Velma.

Velma: We need your superhero assistance with this mystery.

Zachary: concern Where are you?

Velma: At the Museum of National History.

Zachary: smiles Don't worry, Velma. I'll be there in no time, right after I eat my pizzas first.

Velma: Alright, see you soon.

He hung up the phone and put it in his left pocket, he drove on his motorcycle back to his apartment at the south side of the motel.

======8 Minutes Later======

After Zachary finishes his pizzas, he saves 15 slices for the gang just in case. He's out of a walk to check for any crimes are out of the streets, he whistles and brought out his phone to check the time so he'll join Mystery Inc. again but...something was watching him right beside of the dark shadowy alleyway as two pair of orange eyes glaring at him while it's growling.

Zachary: Hmm......I'm starting to guess you're Titanus Draco, right?

???: growls....No, I'm his descendant!

Zachary: confused What?

The creature whoosh towards him as it tail whipped him to the wall of the alleyway that he crashed into, he groaned but didn't notice his attacker and then he saw his attacker...but his eyes widened in fear.

Zachary: eyes widened Y-Y-You're not Draco! Who are you?!

It was Virtus the V-Arceon Dragon, the mightiest of the monsters who is stronger than any rogue monsters, alien invaders, fake heroes, numerous villains, man-made mutants, and evil warlords that no one can outmatch him. Zachary is shocked at the new version of Virtus, he gets back up shaken as he summons his Arcle to got into his battle stance.

Zachary: fear W-W-Who are you?!

Virtus: glare...I am Virtus, The Monarch of the Titans, Mightiest V-Arceon Dragon, He Who Rules the Balance, The Ultimate Monster and..Zernius' Ancient Rival. I'm also the Descendant of my ancestor: King Draco.

Zachary's eyes widened in surprise that his ancestor who fought Virtus' ancestor since they're ancient rivals in medieval times, Zachary realized that his ancestor's unsettled battle has already begun when he's ready to fight Virtus.

Virtus: glare So, kid. I'd known that you're wearing that Arcle on your waist, after all..it belongs to Kuuga and you already knew I was coming after you.

Zachary: What do you want with me?

Virtus: stern Surrender your Arcle to us, you already broke the rules for Kuuga.

Zachary: No, you got it all wrong. Everybody knows I am the superhero of this world.

Virtus: snarl And you're gonna abuse Kuuga's powers till the end when you and your little friends head to Metropolis.

Zachary: glare Okay, let's talk about that. Who the hell is Superman?

Virtus: glare Oh, I don't know. Maybe that's we kaijus who are enemies to those fakers, we've been enemies for several decades and you're gonna end up like him. That is why Godzilla founded all of the Kaiju species together to join forces with Tokusatsu Heroes: Kamen Riders, Sentai Rangers and Ultra Warriors.

Zachary: glare Why all Tokusatsu heroes despite superheroes?

Virtus: glare Because being superheroes is nothing but abusive power for money and fame, just like you!

Zachary: stern...I am not..abusing my power.

Virtus glared at him as he cracked his knuckles, neck and shoulders, and Zachary got into Kuuga's stance to fight for the centuries. Then Virtus growls at him by getting into his battle stance like Godzilla 2004, he stomps his left foot, his right foot and smashes the ground with his tail and glares back at him. Zachary did Kuuga's stance, and his belt began to glow.

Zachary: Henshin!

His body began to shine all over him, he transformed into Kamen Rider Alter-Kuuga and he glared back to Virtus.

Virtus: glare You'll be once defeated till I take your Arcle away.

Alter-Kuuga: glare I will not let you take my superhero career away.

Virtus: snarl Good, because...you will be dead soon.

ROUND ONE...FIGHT!

Virtus dashed towards Alter-Kuuga by grabbing his helmet and slammed him to the ground, he grabbed his leg by throwing him to the wall sign and he fell back to the ground. Alter-Kuuga groaned as he got back up and he got back up as he charged back to Virtus and leaped towards him. He threw his fist at Virtus' left snout by making a crash into several walls, Alter-Kuuga went towards the holes on the wall and then..Virtus wasn't there. But somehow, Virtus appeared behind Alter-Kuuga out of nowhere and he grabbed his shoulder and threw him to the car by slamming it.

Alter-Kuuga: groans in pain...I hate this kind of battle.

He slowly got back up and he saw Virtus walking towards him, he glared at Virtus and wasn't getting up because his left arm got stuck on the driving wheel. He tries to pull his arm out and turns back at Virtus getting close, but it was too late when Virtus punched the car by letting Alter-Kuuga screamed in pain and he lifts the car up along with Alter-Kuuga, he throw the car with Alter-Kuuga to the parking' lot as he crashed into a SUV.

He growled as he yelled out loud, he faced back at Virtus who's coming towards him and he leaped on him by knocking Virtus on the ground. He punches him roughly while Virtus uses his arms to block his fist, he uses his tail to wrap Alter-Kuuga's waist and throws him by letting himself back up. Virtus energized his crystals to power-up, he flew to Alter-Kuuga by grabbing his scarf collar and he flew up into the skies & threw him by letting out his V-Arctomic Breath. He flew up a little more and punched his back bone by making Alter-Kuuga grunted in pain, he fell back down to the ground in front of parkin' lot and then he groaned in pain. Virtus landed next to the crash car, then he cracked his knuckles for more and Alter-Kuuga got back up quickly as he got more aggravated.

ROUND TWO...FIGHT!

Virtus grabbed the wrecked car and threw it at him, Alter-Kuuga dodged it by damaging the glass window of the auto store. Alter-Kuuga managed to jump over Virtus and landing behind him and grabbed his tail by spinning him around by throwing Virtus inside of the auto garage, Virtus growled as he punched the ground making it crack and he faced back at Alter-Kuuga.

Virtus: growls You will be nothing without that Arcle roars ZACHARY ROGERS!!

He roars at him by leashing his V-Arctomic Breath at him, but Alter-Kuuga dodges his powerful beam and he slides under it. He'd tried to outsmart Virtus by making him lose the battle, but Virtus slammed Alter-Kuuga with his tail by making him scream in agony. He'd slip Virtus' legs by tripping him over the ground, he kicked him away and Virtus snarled as he began powering up his crystal dorsal plates. Alter-Kuuga's eyes widened that he unleashed his powerful beam again.

Alter-Kuuga: eyes widened Oh shit!

Virtus unleashed his V-Arctomic Breath at him by destroying the auto store, Alter-Kuuga dodging his powerful beam when all of the vehicles were destroyed and burned. He slid through to the office as he closed it, he locked so Virtus won't get in and he snorted through his nose.

Virtus: growls Those locks won't handle me as the powerful brutal kaiju.

He went towards the door, he punched the hole in the door by breaking inside of the office. Alter-Kuuga punched him out of the office as he fell backwards by tripping over the wheel, Alter-Kuuga grabbed the tire and he threw it at Virtus. Virtus got hit by the tire in the face, he's getting more aggravated so he'll have to defeat Alter-Kuuga as soon as possible by facing back at him.

Virtus: growls You think those powers of your ancestor will help you, I won't let it happen and you'll be the once defeated by me. So I can help with Kuuga's true task, you don't even know it.

Alter-Kuuga: glare Then what is Kuuga's true task, then?

Virtus went towards Alter-Kuuga but...kicked him to the damaged vehicle as he grunted in pain, Virtus stomped on his chest as he made him summit and Virtus snarled to his face as he glaring at him with his fiery eyes.

Virtus: stern Do you want to know?

Alter-Kuuga: grunted J-J-Just tell me, damn it!

Virtus:.............Let them smile for you.

Alter-Kuuga: eye narrow What?!?! What kind of bullshit task is that?

He grabbed his collar by slamming multiple damaged vehicles as he screamed in agony, he even slammed his face to the ground as the X-ray showed his skull and it cracked. Virtus threw him to the side and Alter-Kuuga crashed into the wall, he walked in front of him as Virtus roared at Alter-Kuuga and he punched his face when he grunted in pain.

Virtus: stern You're disrespecting Kuuga's powers, you will be nothing to all Kamen Riders. Kamen Rider Kuuga always lets the world smile, but I'll be back for more...we'll have a rematch. One for me, zero for you.

Finally finishing his final attack, Virtus punched Alter-Kuuga through multiple building walls ten times in a row...he finally crashed into the dumpster and fell inside of it while it closed on him.

WINNER: VIRTUS THE V-ARCEON DRAGON!

Virtus roars for victory in his first battle against Zachary, he faces back at the damage to make sure no one is around.

Virtus: monotone This world will no longer be safe from the Gurongi Kaijins, nobody will be safe...as long as we Monarch Heroes have to deal with them.

He sprouted his wings to fly, he jumped into the air as he whirl around and flapped his wings to fly away from the damage of the auto store. Alter-Kuuga groans in pain as he inserts back to his normal state, he's getting back up as he notices his first battle scar on his right arm and his chest. He is facing back up in the skies, he'll face Virtus next time in a different destination.

Zachary: stern Just you wait, Virtus, descendant of Draco. I'll win the next round later.

While the screen viewing the protagonist hero, it showed the damaged auto store that he and Virtus had their first fight. Now he'll wait till the next battle against Virtus the Monarch of the Kaijus,

As the screen fades black, it shows the title in different intro.
