Back at the outer side of Watarano, both Suzuki and Shinki were keeping their own against Tenma. They both attacked him at the same time, but not one hit landed. They even tried to strike in a hard to defend against area. 

"This guy's tough!" huffed Suzuki.

"Have you ever thought that it is because you're too weak?" smirked Tenma.

"Fujimura Style: Soft Swift Rain." ignored Suzuki as he launched his next attack.

Suzuki tried to silently land a vital hit on Tenma, but the move did no damage. Shinki tried to use his 'Enraged Beast: Blitz' on him, but he just used his second scythe to block the wandering blade. 

Tenma shunted the blade away from Shinki and used the bottom end of the scythe to hit him right in the gut. This made Shinki spew a little bit of blood as he rolled to the ground in pain.

"Just what is this creature?! He's too overpowered!" complained Suzuki.

"I don't care, Master Suzuki. I will kill him. Even if it means that I die in the process." declared Shinki.

"Shinki..." worried Suzuki.

"I like the sounds of that. Give your best shot, weakling." taunted Tenma.

Letting Tenma's taunts get to him, Shinki springs into action and uses his move 'Enraged Beast: Cerebus'. He let the green shaped Cerebus run rampant towards Tenma at an accelerated rate.  Tenma grabbed ahold of his scythes and cut through the energy in an instant. 

"A puny attack like that won't do any damage against me, dog. Is this the best the race that I slew can do?" gibed Tenma.

Getting more wound up, Shinki dashed towards Tenma and activated his 'Enraged Beast: Blitz' attack. Tenma brushed Shinki's blade to one side and aimed his other scythe for Shinki's head. Suzuki jumped in at the last second and blocked the blade from lobbing Shinki's head off. 

"Checkmate," whispered Suzuki.

Suzuki swiftly spun around Tenma's blade. While behind Tenma, he coated his blade in Demonia and used his 'Fujimura Style: Demon Cross of Hope!" move. However, Tenma's skin was so tough that it barely made a scratch.

"That was a good move, but you lack brute force. If you just had that knack to attack with the intent to finish your enemy, I would have been a goner." complimented Tenma.

"How did that not even hurt?" wondered Suzuki.

"Let me show you how to really do it." bragged Tenma.

Tenma tightly grabbed ahold of his scythes once more and struck down on Suzuki. He caught both sides of his body, which caused a lot of blood to pour out. Suzuki fell to his knees and slammed headfirst to the floor.

"Master Suzuki!" yelled Shinki.

"Don't worry. I made sure not to strike any of his vital points," told Tenma.

Wanting to strike Tenma down more, Shinki decided to use a brand new move that would even the scale.

"I will take you down with my new move! Enraged Beast: Cadejo's Strike!" chanted Shinki.

Black and white energy flew off the blade. The energy used comes from Shinki's positive and negative energy. He swipes his blade towards Tenma and cuts him deep in the abdomen. This move is said to feel like a million punches striking at you multiple times. 

Tenma felt that hit more than anything, but it was not enough to take him down. He picked himself back up and glanced over to Shinki.

"Now, that is what I call intent. What else have you got up your sleeve, dog?" grinned Tenma.

"I will defeat you and set my race free! I swear on it!" vowed Shinki.
