"So.... Information gathering?" We are currently in a forest of death. "And Temari's twin? Seriously?" In our own tree house that we builded after came to Konoha. "Since when she have one?!" Akio, Hana and Mayuri questioning me. What are we doing? We are discussing about some important matter. I sigh. "Yes, Akio.. I'm serious, Hana.. And Mayuri.." I look at her. "I don't know, ask her mother will you?" She giggle. Hana sweatdrop while Akio chuckle.

You have one weird girlfriend, Akio.. I shook head. "Anyway, even though we've knew who will be in new ranked, we still need to send the report. So, any idea?" I look at them. "Well.. The first one will be Genjutsu right?" Akio ask. Genjutsu? Oh yeah, illusion on the number plat. "We can start by their skill in seeing through Genjutsu." He say. "But how if some of them did see but acting like not?" Mayuri ask. "Err... Expression on their face?" Akio laugh nervously as we stare at him.

"But Neji has a poker face. while Sasuke has emo face..." I nudge him, grin like a mad. "Naruto have a fox face then?" He snicker. "Yeah, fox..." I nod. "What the fox say?!" He smirk make my grin widen. "Everyone!! Ring-ding-ding-ding-dingeringeding!" Hana facepalm while Mayuri cover her mouth. "Stop!! Stop!!" Hana hit my head. "O-ouch!! I-I get it!! I get it!!" I held her wrists down. "I'm stop, okay?" I frown but an idea come to me. I pull up her wrist as I grab her waist.

She yelp as I pull her to sit on my lap. "W-what are you doing?!!" I smirk as her blushing face. "I will stop if you stay on me.." Her went redder. "On your lap, (M/N)!! On your lap!! Not on you!!" I chuckle. "Hm? Would you rather to get on me instant of on my lap?" I hug her closer to my body. "W-what?!! N-no!!!" She cover her face and do nothing to get off from me. "Your way just to extreme, (M/N). And we are in a middle of discussion.." Akio sigh, I smirk at him. "You're just jealous."

He glare deathly at me. "And on top of that, you are the one who start the fox thing.." I give him my victory smug face. "Tch..." He narrow my eyes. "Jealous much?" I raised eyebrows at Mayuri who was giggling then went to hugging Akio and kissing his cheek. I frown. Hana never doing something like that to me.. Maybe it just me who love her.. While she still confuse with her own feeling.. My hairs fall down, covering face of my face. The embrace of me to her slowly loose.

"(M/N)?" I heard a voice of her. "Are you okay?" I look at her and smile then push her down to sit on the floor. "I'm fine..." I say and look at Akio. "Tell me the details of the plan later, alright?" I stand up and grab my jacket before walk out from the tree house. Maybe I should let her be by herself to rethink everything.. I calmly walks passing a big centipede. If she didn't love me... Or even like me a little.. I shouldn't force my feeling on her.. I place my hand on my chest.

"Hn.. It's hurt....." I stop walking and looking up to the sky as I finally out the forest. "No wonder there's many people committed suicides because of love.." I smirk. "Huh?" I look down and see a sand wrap around my right ankle. Gaara? I crouch down and touch the sand. A flash of memories through my eyes. "Oh? It's not him..." I body flicker from where I was at to hospital. "Who the fuckee fucking muffins fluffy unicorn?!!!" What? I blinks as a doctor of mine suddenly shouting.

Many papers are flying everywhere while a few doctors and nurses were trying to not laughing but it makes their shoulders shaking violently. "What the hell, Itsuke?!!" He yell at me. "No need to yell my name out loud.. They might be heard you and I don't want to explain to them why did I come here.." As you can see.. No one other that the staffs in hospital knew about me always come to do some check up on some of my body parts. I push the bang up as I take off the eye patch.

"I felt hurt everytime I using my left eye.. Also, a few days ago, I felt little numb and tingling in the mouth and throat at first then my body. Feel sore on the throat, pain over the stomach, and vomiting, dimness of vision, dizziness, great prostration, loss of sensibility, and delirium." I look at him as he write everything. His name is Fukawa Kiriya, a private doctor of mine since the day of got poison by a kunai. "Alright.. Let's go to your room.." We walk to the room I always use.

Nobody notices this but staffs in hospital and the Hokage knew that I always use the room number 27. Reason? Easy.. It's remind me to Tsunayoshi from Katekyou Hitman Reborn. They also acted as if I was the owner of the room. And mind you, so many time I got into hospital, the white room as if like nothing. I get on the bed as I take off the jacket. "How long will you be sleeping this time? Would it be long than the last time? A week or two?" He ask, raise eyebrows, I shrug.

"This time's.. I don't know. All I can say, I want answers of what was happening to my left eye and my body after I waking up." I lie my head on the pillow. "Hn.. Fine, Uchiha." I smirk as I close my eyes. "Talk about yourself too, Uchiha-san." I say. "Tch.. Nobody need to know that, Itsuke.." The last thing before every turn dark but then, I open my eyes and see sand is everywhere. "You're late, brat!!" I chuckle and smirk. "Nice to see you too.. Shukaku.." He grunt in annoying.

I shook head because his lack of greetings. "So, about the memories I've seen.. Was it the truth? Where did you get it?" He look at me. "The old man have told us once and her son will come back one day.. So, he locked the memories far into our mind." I nod in understand. "After met you at Suna, you told me that you aren't from here. But I sensed you have a familiar chakra as my old man." Familiar chakra as Hagoromo... If it was the truth.. There's no wonder I will have it.

"Because of you, I need to asked some help from my brothers and sisters to unlocked the memories. Hmph!! You better thanking me for helping you!!" I sweatdrop. I didn't tell you tell you to help me at all.. A piece of paper fall in front of my feet. I take it an see a picture of family. On the right Kaguya, Hagoromo, Hamura and an unfamiliar woman who looks like Kaguya but without extra eye on her forehead. On the left are two older looking parents with a male next to them.

All of them has a black hairs and black eyes, somewhat remind me of an Uchiha. For some reason, one of the parents, the female with long black hairs, looks familiar. On the middle of all of them, there's a baby with white and black hairs was held by the unfamiliar woman with a male with short black haired next to her. "The woman who looks like Ootsutsuki is your mother, Narumi Ootsutsuki.. That's all information I got. You need to get another by yourself."

I smile at Shukaku. "It's okay.. You've help enough." I crouch down and write something on the sands with my blood. "This is my gift for your help.." I stand up as the words begin to forming everywhere. "Wait.. This.." I smirk as his eyes are widen. "Thank you and... See you later.." Everything turn dark. I blink my eyes and see the white ceiling of hospital room. "Ah? You've awake.." A voice say. I slowly sit up and look at Fukawa. "How long did I sleep this time?"

He write something on the file. "Less than the last time. Only for three hours." He look at me. "By the way, they're searching for you." I tense. "Don't worry.. Nobody say anything about you being in here." I sigh. "Anyway, about your eye.." He push my hairs up, uncover it from my left eye. "You need a new left eye or you will be blind.." My eyes widen. "What? Only one?" He nod. "Only one.. Maybe because Uchiha transfer eyes things but of why did you only need one, I don't know."

I sweatdrop at his way on explanation sometimes make me wonder if he really is an Uchiha. He is so carefree.. He take a sit on the chair next to the bed and cross arms. "Even though I say that I don't know, I do have some ideas about it but first, all the symptoms you have told me.. Your body have develop new poison in your blood system starting from your arms. Did you do any forbidden experiment and use yourself as a rat lab?" Uh-hu... I stare blankly at him.

He sweatdrop at my lack of response. "I knew it.. What did you use?" I look away. "Wolfsbane...." I mutter and flinch at the deathly glare that I've receives from him. "What did I told you to not do something without my cautious? What if your friends knew about this?" I shiver at the thought of them knowing about this. "You need to save my ass from them then.." I say as I give a sweet smile, he facepalm. "You are an idiot.." I turn back to my poker face and narrow my eyes.

*Time Skip*

It's night time or also knew as midnight. The sky is dark, only shine by moonlight. The moon is almost full, scaring the night. The wind is so cold, making it scarier. The owl is oow'ing, scaring people from entering the forest. The road is empty, no humans dares to walking around. In every paths, there's many shadow luring around. I was on the Hokage's mountain, watching the whole village of Konoha and I swear I saw a bats flying around the villager house.

I hope it's not Vampire or Dracula comes to sucking humans blood. Let's think it was Batman or Robin doing their jobs, patrolling the village to see that Joker didn't up for something bad. I look at the picture on my hand that I found in my pocket which make me wonder how it got in there. A same picture that Shukaku gave me. Narumi is my mother name. A name of my dead mother. A name of a woman who giving birth of me. This woman is Narumi Ootsutsuki..

She is a daughter of Kaguya Ootsutsuki means she also a sister of Hagoromo Ootsutsuki and Hamura Ootsutsuki. If the baby is me, Narumi Ootsutsuki is the Narumi that I knew. Does it means that mother actually from here? But who is that man next to her? Is he my father? Then who is the father that I lived with all those years? Is he not my real father? If she is really from here and I also from here, then why did I born as an Uchiha? I really need to start all over again..
