LHORRAINE's POV

"Rose!" Tawag ko sa lobong walang awang pumapaslang sa mga taong nandito sa gusali. I can sense the fear and anger on her. Kung ano man ang kinagagalit niya ngayon ay wala akong alam.

Bodies are all over the place na naliligo sa mga sarili nilang dugo. Nagkalasog-lasog ang mga katawan nila at ngayo'y hindi ko na alam kung kaninong ulo at kaninong katawan.

"Asan si Kristine?" I asked.

"She followed the four scientists who took Jana." She said. Agad na nanlaki ang mga mata ko. The four scientists are Black Demons!! I just learnt that after I got access in their data.

"We need to help Kristine." I said. Mabilis kaming nakalabas ng gusali at may nakita kaming mga sasakyan na nakataob, yupi at wala ng bubong.

We saw Kristine summoning her beast form, the 2nd evolution. Ang normal na itsura namin ay ito parang tao, the 1st evolution is only what we can do right, the Demon Form, but Kristine is already on her 2nd evolution and that's suicidal!

Parang asul na marble ang kulay ng mga mata niya, she has whiskers pero sa likod niya ito tumubo, asul ang kulay ng balat niya at may helmet ng mga kawal sa Water Kingdom.

She's electrocuting a Black Demon of her race. Hanggang sa tuluyan na itong maging tubig and that means death.

"Kristine!" Tawag ko dito. Unti-unti siyang lumingon samin while her body's emitting electricity. I saw relief on her face bago siya tuluyang mawalan ng malay.

Agad kaming tumakbo ni Rose sa kanya. Rose moved infront protecting us. Agad kong binuhat si Kristine papunta sa gilid. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag ng masigurado kong natutulog lang siya.

Napatingin ako kay Rose, she's unstoppable kahit head on ang laban niya sa dalawang lobo. She really is terrifying.

Agad kong nilabas yung pakpak ko at pinalibutan ko ang sarili ng hangin. A sharp and strong wind na kahit sino man ang lumapit ay mahihiwa ang katawan. Tutulong na sana ako when suddenly Rose growled at me.

Napaatras na lang ako. Her eyes were like saying Back-off this fight is mine, and I couldn't do anything about it. Napatingin ako sa matandang paniki, he's at Jana's Race no doubt siya ang leader ng mga Black Demons na toh.

Napatingin siya sakin then smirked. Ngayon kumukulo na ang dugo ko. Lalo na nung makita kong hawak-hawak niya yung itlog. We can go back to our vulnerable stage if we feel terrified or afraid of everything, the process would be very painful cause we have to shrink ourselves to a the smallest size we could.

Kahit kating-kati na kong lumaban hindi dapat ako magpadalos-dalos, that egg is vulnerable lalo kung hindi pa nabubuo yung nasa loob.

I supressed my power habang pinapanood si Rose na nakikipaglaban. It's unfair dahil dalawa sila. Napapapikit na lang ako kapag nakakagat nila si Rose sa leeg o sa katawan. Nakikita kong pagod na si Rose at marami na siyang sugat ganun din ang mga kalaban niya who can bearly stand.

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko ng ipagulong nila yung itlog papunta kay Rose at tinapakan iyon ng dalawang Lobo. Bigla akong nanginig sa takot at galit alam kung ganun din si Rose. Lumabas ang summoning circle sa kinatatayuan naming dalawa ni Rose.

Naramdaman ko ang pagbabago ng katawan namin. It was painful yet pleasurable. I felt my body changed. Naramdaman ko ang paglaki ng pakpak ko and may hands changed to claws.

Habang si Rose bumalik siya sa Normal form niya ngunit marami ring nagbago, may sungay na tumubo sa noo niya. Umitim ang paa at kamay niya, her nails grew longer at tumulis ang tenga niya.

Her beast form: The Elf.

My Beast Form: The Hawk.

Rose ran towards the two and in blink of an eye taob na yung dalawa and Rose now is holding two hearts on her both hands na tumitibok pa. She squeezed the hearts at lumapit dun sa Paniki.

Agad akong lumapit at hinawakan sa balikat si Rose. "Now, this is mine." I said. Labag man sa loob ni Rose pero kailangan niyang igive up ito, hinayaan ko siya kanina ako naman ang dapat niyang pagbigyan. Naglakad siya papunta kay Kristine at kalauna'y nakatulog din.

"Now, it is only you and me." I said. Pero wala pa rin itong reaksyon at patuloy lang ang pagpagaspas ng pakpak nito sa ere.

Muli akong napalibutan ng malakas na hangin pero hindi man lang siya natinag, honestly I am insulted. Mas pinalakas ko ang force of wind.

Napansin kong mas lumalakas ang pagpagaspas ng pakpak niya, and the next thing I knew napupunta na sakanya yung wind as if vinavacuum niya ito.

Mabilis at malakas hanggang sa halos mahila na ko palapit sa kanya. He made a whirlwind around him na may kasama pang kidlat. I stomped my foot on the ground para ibaon yung paa ko but the force was too strong still pulling me kahit naarado na yung lupa.

He's strong! I didn't know Fire Demons has the ability to control the wind.

"Yes! We can control the wind, which means no one needs a Wind Demon." Natigilan ako sa sinabi niya. "Isn't it that's the only thing you can do? To control the wind? Yet Fire Demons already know how. You're useless."

"I.. Am.. Useless?" Nanlalaki ang mga mata ko sa realization na narinig ko. In terms of speed, Rose and Jana is almost as fast as I am, Kristine is the best in water, with Jana's wings, she can manipulate the wind.

Those were the things I can do, yet they can also do. There's no such thing I am good at. I am useless.

"Yes, you are useless. No one really needs you Lhorraine, so come on now and kill youself. Useless brat." He said. He's right I am no more of use. Isa na lamang akong basura na dapat ng idispose.

I closed my wings and revert back to my normal form.

Naramdaman ko ang matinding panghihina. Napaluhod na lang ako sa lupa.

"Lhorraine, anong ginagawa mo?"

Napalingon ako sa paligid when I heard Jana's voice. Suddenly, everything stopped.
The time stopped.

"Jana?" I said in my mind.

"Yeah, ako nga. Anong ginagawa mo? Bakit ka sumusuko?" She asked. I clenched my fist on my lap.

"I'm useless, I can't be of use to the three of you anymore." I said.

"You're not. Kung useless ka, mas useless kami." She said.

"Lhorraine, we all have our strength and weaknesses, and you have to face yours." Narinig ko ang boses ni Rose. Napalingon ako sa posisyon nila and their still sleeping.

"We're able to communicate like this because of you." Now, it's Kristine.

"Anong pinagsasabi niyo?"

"Lhorraine, hindi makukumpleto ang elemental four kung wala ka. Iisa tayong apat, you are the brain, I am the heart, Rose' is the skeletal foundation at si Kristine? Well nevermind." Sabi ni Jana.

"That's rude! Nagsisimula ka na naman eh!" Kristine squealed. Natawa na lang kami ni Rose, this feeling is very familiar. This feeling is what we've been looking for kaya kami pumunta dito to get Jana back.

"Okay, uhm kaw yung liver? Kidney? Ano ba?" Jana laughed.

"Ugghh!!"

"I believe Kristine is the blood, cause she touches all of us, she cares for us." I said.

"Yeah! Better!" Asik nito. We all laughed and I felt relieved. This feeling is still the best. This feeling of friendship and bond we have. This is my strength and this is my weakness.

Then everything went back to normal, the flow of time continued. Parang lahat ng lakas ko bumalik. The summoning circle again formed below me. The light ate me, and pleasure of evolving to the second level is the best.

My evolution was complete. My claws, and my wings became stronger and I grew feathers on my arms and legs. My sight became sharper.

I spread my wings.

"I am the Wind Princess and no one can be faster and better in Wind manipulation than I." I said. I flew around him as fast as I could hanggang sa mabalot ng sarili kong wind ang whirlwind niya.

My whirlwind is larger and stronger.

Lumayo ako ng konti while my whirlwind is crushing him. I stretched my arms to control the wind slowly pressing him, but he's strong, he's wind is also getting bigger and stronger.

But I can't lose, I won't lose. Pinagaspas ko ang pakpak ko to send blades of wind towards him, he's fast but I'm fatser kaya may isang nakalusot at tumama sa pakpak niya.

He could no longer use both wings kaya mas humina ang Wind niya.

"Even without my wings I can still manipulate Wind." I said. Bumaba ako sa lupa and snapped my fingers to cease the whirlwind. That Old Man is bleeding and tired kanina pa niya pinapagaspas ang pakpak niya nonstop.

"Now, who's useless?" I asked.

Isinara ko ang pakpak ko at spread my arms wide. Balls of wind formed on my palms. He tried to escape pero hindi na siya makalipad.

Ibinukas ko ulit ang pakpak ko and walked towards him habang papalaki at papabigat ang mga bola sa kamay ko.

"These are the wings of a Wind Manipulator." I said. And now I can see him trembling. Napangisi tuloy ako, asan na yung yabang niya kanina. Pinalapit ko ang mga palad ko to combine the Balls of Wind.

Lumaki ito ng lumaki. He tried to run but his knees were weak. He's almost begging for his life, but I don't give second chances to those who humiliated my race.

"It's the end." I said as I throw it to him. It was a loud and big explosion nadamay pa ang pabrika sa pagsabog. But still I made sure I've protected Rose and Kristine. We weren't able to save those bodies inside because they were just clones.

Hybrids and mutant, these Black Demons were planning to create a hybrid of a Demon and a Human kaya dapat lang na masunog na ang pabrikang ito. They're going to form a battalion of monsters.

Naramdaman ko na lang ang pag-ikot ng mundo ko. My body trembled, I used much of my powers more than what I need. This is the con of evolution, what you think is enough is actually too much.
