Loneliness

Elsa Arendelle

I couldn't see Jackson's sadness that much, it's faded. He looks grateful and glad. Once he's finished talking he walks up to me, "You can talk to them." He says to me and I widen my eyes.

I stammer a lot and blink my eyes frequently.

"I want my family to meet you." He tells me and softly smiles, with little creases under his eyes.

I smile back at him looking deep into his eyes and take a deep breath and walk up in front of the graves.

"Hello, Mrs and Mr Frost and Sophie. I'm Elsa, Jackson's girlfriend." I take another deep breath, "You may be worried about your son, but trust me I'm not going anywhere I'm not going to leave him. He's finally in ... good hands."

I really wanted to say more, but that's all I really needed to say to them. That he's okay.

I walk back to them.

"What'd you tell them?" Jackson asks.

"It's a secret." I answer and I smirk at him.

"Now that makes me really want to know, idiot." He says and I laugh.

"You'll never shake it out of me, but I can assure you it's nothing bad." I tell him.

"Okay, I'll believe you." He looks down at me and smiles.

We go back at the house, the party has cleared away.

"Parties are way more mature with you guys." James says and laughs.

"It's better that way trust me." I tell him, "Anyway, I should get going."

"No. Stay." Jackson tells me.

"Yeah, stay the night." James says and winks.

"Haha. Please don't do that ever." I scold James, "You're the most dirtiest person I know."

"Nope. I just have a sexy imagination." James says.

"Dress up the word all you like it's the same thing," I say "Anyway, I've gotta go. Vi has some guests over at the apartment so I've got to meet them."

"Okay, bye!" James farewells me but Jackson doesn't he seems a bit tense. I'm running late for the bus so I should run.

Jackson Overland

I watch as Elsa hurries away.

"Don't you think you're holding back a bit?" James asks me.

"Shut up. I'm only holding back because I know she doesn't like me all possessive and that." I explain.

"Really? I know a lot of girls who like possessive guys. It's usually my own approach to girls. But honestly, if you want to keep her you've got to have your claws out." James advises me, "Establish the ground rules of your relationship."

"I'm not going to do that." I simply respond.

"How about Violet's guests ... some may be male?" James suggests.

I widen my eyes and I clench my fist, I suppress my feelings.

"It may be true. I feel like Violet is not to fond of you because you rejected her in a cruel way. And she wants to introduce her male friends to her." James also suggests.

I clench my clothing I bite my teeth down.

"How do you know about the rejection?! And Violet and I are on good terms! She would never do that!" I protest.

"Or would she ...?" James goes on.

I wander around Magika's campus wondering around.

I remember what Eugene said to me. He told me to save it.

He didn't want to be my rebound ... my back up.

I've liked Jackson for a long time and recovering over him is hard but weirdly satisying. I got closure, it means I can stop chasing him. I can stop looking for hope.

"Have you fallen for my charms yet?" Eugene asks popping up from behind me.

"?!" I bounce up I look at him relieved.

"You know ... it must be painful getting over Jackson that asshole. So, I regretted what I said to you before. I'll allow myself to be your rebound so you can cheer up." Eugene tells me, "In other words, I want you to be my girlfriend even if you don't like me."

I grow a sincere soft smile on my face and look him in the eye.

"I haven't been around much for a while. I've just been isolating myself a bit. But I found being alone, peaceful. So Eugene, I believe one day I will come to like you ... but not now." I explain in a gentle way.

"Are you sure you want to be left alone for a while?" He assures.

I look at him and nod, "For me, my happiness is within."

Elsa Arendelle

I walk inside and I find Vi, alone.

"Where are the guests? I want to meet them." I tell her with a bright smile.

"The guests? They were just an excuse for you to come back early." She tells me.

I raise my eyebrows, "Stop messing with me like that." I tell her in a stern voice, "What's wrong? Seriously ..."

Vi tightens her fists and she forces a smile at me, "I'm worried about you. You know at night time things happen and you-"

"That's not it." I interrupt her, "You feel like you're going to loose me as friend and ditch you for Jackson."

"..." Vi goes silent and looks down, being all timid and I smile and put my hand on her shoulder.

"I won't leave you." I tell her, "Your important to me, so I will make sure you aren't lonely."

She nods and looks at me and gives me a beautiful assuring smile.

... There's a knock on the door. I open it, and Jackson is there ... panting heavily and using the wall as support.

"Elsa." He says over all of the panting.

"Jackson? Why are you here?" I ask and lift up my eyebrow.

He starts laughing with his bright smile, "I don't know honestly," He keeps laughing wiping off his sweat, "I just wanted to see you."

My expression softened, "You saw me an hour ago."

He regains composure and says, "So? That's too long."

I smile grows on my face, "I'll never be too far away, keep that in mind. And I know why you're here, you think someone is going to steal me well Jackson you've already stolen me." I say and giggle.

"Don't say it like that idiot!" He argues.

"Jackson's stolen me!" I shout.

He chuckles, "At least they know now."

"Hurry up and leave!" Vi yells with a huge smirk on her face.

We both go out on the campus grounds at night.

"Are you wearing that perfume again?" He asks.

"Hm? Yeah." I answer, "It seems nice?"

"Didn't I tell you before? You shouldn't wear it." He mutters madly.

I play with my hair, "Why?"

"Because other guys will get attracted to you." He says and pouts.

Cute.

"Are you? When I wear this?" I ask him.

"What do you think Ms. Arendelle?" He asks with a blank face.

I smile at him.

"I fell for you. So I'm scared someone else will." He tells me.

"I'm scared too. Since you've made a lot of female friends." I tell him, "You're such a bastard."

He laughs.

"Why are you laughing? I could loose you people can fall in love with someone else you know." I say to him and cross my arms.

"Not for me. I intend my first love to be my last." He says and looks at me, "If you didn't get that through your thick-head ... that's you Elsa."

I look him back in the eye, "I love you too."

And I kiss him on the cheek. He gets suprised and looks at me with shock ..

He quickly leans over to me and holds me in place with his strong arms, and embraces me tightly.
