"How can you be alive? Your body should have been consumed by the curse by now!"

Enid grins, seeing the witch lose her mocking smile gives her immense satisfaction. The girl unleashes her claws and throws herself at her enemy but Goody manages to avoid the first two claws before managing to recall three of her knives, due to the loss of concentration she ended up losing control of the others who fall to the ground helpless.

Thanks to her reflexes, Enid manages to avoid the blades and even grab one, squeezing it with such force that the metal breaks.

"Enid has all this strength and she never had any left, my wolf amazes me more and more"

Goody clearly hears Enid's words and while out of the corner of her eye she sees Stephan terrified running back up the stairs to go and hide, she finally notices the purple irises of the girl facing her.

"How is that possible? I sensed that you ran away but how is it possible that you managed to get to her?"

Goody takes advantage of the knowledge and muscle memory still present in Wednesday's body and tries to engage in a melee with knives in hand.... But it's no use, as much as her body remembers how to fight, she is totally overwhelmed by the strength of Enid's body and Wednesday's combat experience, she ends up first disarmed and with her butt on the floor on the flight of stairs. The ancient looks around and sees the Hydes still in the grip of agitation and frenzy, Stephan is too scared of the two girls fighting to give orders to his creatures and they are increasingly nervous.

A kick straight to the face sends Goody sprawled out on the stairs and finally sees Stephan's biggest mistake. She grabs the flower of greed in one go and as soon as she touches the object her eyes darken, becoming completely black, as if lifted by an invisible force Goody is put back on her feet and once she turns back to her opponent who looks at her in terror, with a single pulse of energy she throws Enid/Wednesday to the other side of the room.

At that moment an object is thrown from the first floor balcony and lands in front of Goody's feet. It is the bloody, decapitated head of a Hyde.

"You got it wrong Goody, we were never alone"

Enid/Wednesday smiles as from the same spot where the head was thrown, Professor Silivieri leaps to land next to the girl. The Hydes, who until then had been completely indifferent, begin to get agitated.

"Enough! He's just a sorcerer without his magic!"

The Hydes immediately return to being still. Mark smiles slyly, Stephan knew what he was getting into by facing him, Goody definitely did not.

"My cover is blown now.... Just call me Jacob Addams..... Sinclair"

The smile on Goody's face disappears, she sees the man's facial features change, the thirty-year-old face gives way to what must be a boy of about the same age as Wednesday, he also loses a few inches in height and his hair goes from silver to raven black.

"You too! Like that damn brat, you're from the future?!

Goody's growl echoes throughout the hall, even prompting Principal Coleman to step out into the open to take a better look at how the situation has evolved, and his reaction is the same. There is little doubt, the look, the bearing, that is a pure-blooded Addams one hundred percent.

"I get it, you followed that wimp who controlled the Hydes to come and save your mommies' lives!"

First her muscles begin to swell, then her nails lengthen and become claws, her face becomes a muzzle, her teeth become fangs and within seconds next to Wednesday is a huge black wolf with fiery red eyes, much more imposing than Enid in wolf form.

Terror shines through Goody's eyes and without her giving the order the Hydes launch themselves at the wolf, but to no avail, the wolf is not only strong enough to grab a Hyde in flight as if he were a stuffed animal, but also agile and fast enough to kill them all in a matter of seconds, all those present see is a black shadow with red eyes that seems to teleport from one point to another in the room, dismembering and tearing apart every single Hyde present. Only a flash of black light manages to hit it and stop it.

Goody is at the top of the stairs, the flower of greed shining in her left hand while her right hand is covered in a black flame and pointed in the direction of Enid/Wednesday.

"I advise you to stop, I could kill them both with one shot"

The huge black wolf stops and looks at the witch angrily, a now completely broken Hyde dangles from its jaws and his huge claws drip profusely with blood.

Stephan knows well how it will end, he has already seen this scene, when Jacob almost got himself killed to save the Enid of the future, who was unable to lift a finger on the body of her beloved and let herself be killed in the hope that their bond would also lead to the body of Wednesday to perish with her, unfortunately it did not happen. At the memory Stephan finally decides to run away, he knew that now he had only one thing left to do.

"Your presence and that other boy has accelerated my plans, I thought to leave my descendant at least another decade to enjoy her life with the wolf girl, while preparing to take control by being reborn immediately at the height of my power. Alas, I will not be able to grant this last moment of mercy"

The flames in her hand increase in intensity, Jacob drops the Hyde and prepares to throw himself in front of Enid, who instead remains immobile, looking with determination into the eyes of Goody who returns her gaze with anger, seeing how her opponent does not fear her at all.

The tense moment of total silence is shattered by a gunshot and the Flower of Avarice shatters.

Principal Coleman took Simmons' gun, first intending to shoot Goody directly, then changing the target to the metal flowers instead, not having the strength to kill one of his own students.

When Goody feels the source of her power crumble in her hand, she has just enough time to erect a barrier that protects her from the resulting explosion. Principal Coleman is also thrown away by the intense explosion, while Enid is protected by the immense body of the black wolf that comes between her mother and the explosion.

It only takes Enid/Wednesday a moment to recover from the impact, she overcomes the wolf and thanks to her superhuman physique with a leap she reaches the top of the stairs now almost destroyed, she immediately sees Goody who is dazed trying to get up and with a leap over him blocking her lands. The left hand snaps to the throat further blocking any attempt of the witch to get up, while the right goes to grab the girl's head.

Wednesday she feels it, her ancestors are whispering in her ear, she knows what she has to do.

Enid's eyes shine with a purple light of immense intensity that illuminates the entire room, Jacob feels it, he made it, his mothers will be safe as well as the future.

When Wednesday begins to recite the ancient formula Goody is terrified knowing full well what awaits her.

"Dark power that kills everything, dark power that dominates everything, DARK POWER THAT OVER DEATH AND LIFE HOLDS ON WILL. Eradicate the evil spirit lodged in this body and let it burn in hell."

The black cloud obscuring Wednesday's body's eyes reabsorbs and after a few seconds it violently comes out of his mouth, Enid jumps back to avoid being overwhelmed by it. The cloud is now raging completely outside Wednesday's body, first it makes a turn to the entire room, then with a heart-rending scream she lunges towards Enid, but before she can reach her, chains of flames come out of the floor and trap the smoke and as heart-rending sounds spread from it she is slowly dragged towards a chasm of fire that has appeared from the nothing on the floor.

Jacob, who has returned to his human form, watches with tears in his eyes as the smoke begins to burn as she begins to cross the gap, and once she has completely passed through it, it closes as if it had never been there.

Principal Coleman and Simmons finally realize that it's all over, they stand up and slowly walk over to the two girls still on the ground. They see the purple glow fade from Enid's eyes as she collapses to the ground unconscious and a few seconds later Wednesday reopens her eyes that are glowing with the same glow.

"Miss Addams, I'm glad you're back to yourself"

Wednesday accepts the principal's hand to help her get back on her feet, while a Jacob dressed only in jeans and a jacket takes Enid in his arms, holding her close to his exposed chest.

Wednesday expects that in front of a scene like that jealousy will explode in her chest, but instead there is a pleasant numbness, now she no longer sees an arrogant young man, in that face she sees the fruit of her and Enid's love and she can't help but love him.

"PRINCIPAL, COME AND SEE QUICKLY!"

One of Coleman's men arrives from a ground floor wing.

"Coulson what's going on?"

"I followed that boy Stephan, he did something in the inner courtyard, you have to see"

Jacob shivers, hands Enid into Simmons's arms, telling her to take her to the infirmary. The principal and Wednesday have already set off for the quad, and Jacob rushes with them.

On the ground is drawn a magic circle of blood magic, various objects are used as catalysts and from it a column of red light is generated half a dozen meters high. Thrown on the ground near it are Stephan's notes along with the ancient book he was looking for since he arrived.

"Damn, Stephan didn't think we could beat Goody and he went back"

Coleman turns to look at the boy, sees the urgency in his face and knows it's not over.

"Back to the future?"

Wednesday is still processing the time travel thing and looks curiously at Jacob.

"No, he went at the first moment when there is a clear trace of Goody's presence. The battle with Crackstone. He wants to ally himself with his great-great-grandfather to defeat Goody at that time."

Wednesday steps forward ready to jump into the circle to return to the past. But Jacob grabs her and stops her.

"Don't try it, you have to stay here"

Jacob grabs her by the shoulders and turns her toward him, looking into her eyes. Wednesday looks back at him and the boy loosens his grip until he lets go.

"Listen to me mother-Wednesday, you can't go, you have to stay here, take care of mommy, love her and protect her, I can't lose her again. You have to create a better future for what will be ours, your family, a better future for the whole world."

Jacob turns and prepares to enter the circle.

"It will be your family too"

The boy looks back at Wednesday in surprise.

"Don't think that just because you saved us and made me proud of you, I won't spare you the suffering of being born into this world."

Jacob smiles his eyes fill with tears, even before Goody took possession of his body, his mother never told him to be proud of him. Wednesday seeing the tears he thought that maybe he will have to reduce Enid's influence on what will be his son.

"Thank you mother"

Principal Coleman steps forward and puts a hand on the boy's shoulder.

"Don't worry Wednesday, I'll take care of the boy. Coulson tell Simmons she's in charge now"

Jacob looks at the man in surprise.

"Are you sure, principal? There will be no return trip"

The man nods and steps forward into the portal, vanishing immediately inside. Jacob looks at Wednesday one last time and also steps into the portal, leaving one last message as he vanishes.

"Erase every trace of time magic and tell mommy I love her"

Once the boy is completely gone, Wednesday lights a purple flame and begins to gnaw away at every trace of the magic circle.

"Goodbye my son."
