I was listening to the witchcraft podcast I use to help me through my witchy journey and it recommends journaling things. It said paper and pencil, but I thought I'd share my experiences with y'all.

So last night I made an altar with a box that used to be an Amazon package. I'm sort of a closeted witch at home. Inside of it I keep 2 white candles, my crystals, and my self-made rune stones.

I'm not super knowledgeable in witchcraft right now. I know some things like scrying and how to use a pendulum, but I don't know things like how to cast a spell. (I haven't gotten to the podcast episode) I'm good at using a pendulum, I love using it. It's pretty, and I find it fun.

I do want to clarify I'm not a Wiccan, I'm just a witch. I don't have a specific witch type yet. I guess I kind of identify as a solitary practitioner? I'm not in a coven and I don't think I will. I do know that I will probably get help from people like my cousin who is also a witch.

I don't know when I started to get into witchcraft. I think it might've been last summer. I know I started getting pretty committed sometime after school started.
