Cas stood in front of Dean smiling. Dean was crying at his angel, he couldn't hold it in anymore it was all just too sad.
D - "I love you cas."
Dean smile a little at the relief of telling cas how he really felt.
C - "I Know."
He smile at Dean trying to make him feel better.
D - "well that just rude."
Dean tried to joke.
C - " I'm not ready to go."
Cas smile before falling down, dean caught cas in his arms. A bullet had went thought cas. He was on the brick of death and all Dean could was watch. Cas smile up at Dean and gently ran his hand along Dean jaw line.
C - " I love you too dean."
Cas said just above a whisper to his one true love, Dean.

And that was the day Cas died in Dean arms before they even got a chance to be a couple. Dean never stop loving anyone but Cas and Cas never really stop protecting Dean. That day 1 bullet killed 2 lovers.

Cas laid on the ground died as Dean grab the gun and shot Sam in the back. He shot his brother because he killed his lover.

1 mouth later

All the Winchester were now gone. Sam killed by Dean his own brother, his parents were died killed by the yellow eyes demon and Cas his only lover. Dean laid there in prison from killer his brother. Everyone he loved is now die or forever gone. Dean cried as cas watch from heaven and whispered.

C - "it not your fault love, you didn't know."
