So I should clear this up real quick,  this is actually going to be non canon to the main story so it'll take place in its own time. So to sum it up, Vol 3 never existed in this story and it will take place in your second year of Beacon!

Anyways onto the story!

Ranger: So the Vytal Festival is almost here,  huh?

All four of you were standing in front of a poster that pretty much announced the arrival of the festival. You and you team were excited,  of course, since it would mean that the school wouldn't be as boring as usual.

(Y/N): About time, I could really use a break from classes.

Ranger: What? These missions aren't cutting it for you?

(Y/N): Not really,  most of the time we've been doing petty quests and mainly observing with teacher supervision. That last one was what we needed but it's going to be a while before we get another one like it.

Joanna: He's not wrong.

Snow: Yay! That means the carnival is coming back as well!

You smiled at her cute innocence as you already knew what she was actually looking forward to during the festival. The others may know it but you developed feelings for the white haired Faunus. Although, you never realized that also felt the same way about you.

(Y/N): Looking forward to candy apples?

Snow: Of course! What else is there to look forward to?

Small Timeskip

It was currently late afternoon as you were walking back to your team dorm from a session of training out in the Emerald Forest. You knew for a fact that Beacon had a training room to offer but there were very few people that know about your demonic blood. This form of training involved you entering Devil Trigger to battle Grimm so that you can get used to the demonic form.

Snow: There you are, (Y/N)! I've been looking all over for you!

The sounds of the white haired teen grabbed your attention as she was jogging towards you with her usual cute smile.

(Y/N): What's up?

Next thing you knew, she suddenly became nervous and began to twiddle her thumbs with a nervous blush.

Snow: I-I was wondering when the Vytal Festival arrives,  if maybe we could...

She was then interrupted by a certain PA system.

???: *From the PA system* Will (Y/N) (L/N) please report to the Headmaster's office?

Snow looked a little saddened about not being able to ask her question since it took a lot of courage to even approach you in the first place. You were a little worried when you watched her rabbit ears lower in from of her face.

(Y/N): Great. So what were you going to ask?

Snow: I-I umm... It's nothing...

The white haired faunus then ran off, leaving you to only watch.

(Y/N):*sigh* I probably should have told her...

With Snow

Snow: Oh why'd I have to run off like that?!

The white haired teen was returning to the team dorm with regret of being unable to tell you the truth. Her heart was beating rapidly from her nervousness, she nearly feinted when she nearly asked you on a date.

???: Still haven't told him?

The rabbit Faunus looked up to find Blake walking up to her.

Snow: W-what are you talking about? I-

Blake: It's pretty obvious that you like him.

Snow: O-oh...

Blake grabbed Snow's wrist and led her to search for you.

Snow: W-where are we going?!

Blake: We're going to the Headmaster's office so we can wait for him outside for you to tell him how you feel.

Snow: B-but!

Yang: Aww come on, we'll be there to support you!

Snow was surprised when Yang suddenly joined in to help the troubled Faunus speak her feelings. The white haired teen struggled to break free from the girl's grips but Yang was able to keep her grip without any trouble.

After a few minutes of walking, in Snow's case being dragged, across the halls. Everybody reached the elevator that led to Ozpin's office with Snow panting in exhaustion from trying to escape.

Yang: And now we wait!

Half an Hour Later

Blake: He's been in there for quite a while.

Yang: Yeah, what could they be talking about for this long?

Ding!

The elevator door opened to reveal Ozpin stepping out with his usual mug of limitless coffee.

Ozpin: Waitin for somebody?

Blake: Weren't you with (Y/N)?

Ozpin: Ah yes, I sent him away a while ago.

Yang: Wait when did he leave? We got here half an hour ago.

Ozpin: You must have missed him.

The two girls were stunned by the fact that you had already left the headmaster's office so quickly, it was as if you were never there. They took a quick glance at each other before looking back to find that Snow had disappears from their grips.

Yang: How did she-

Ozpin: Just now when you let your guard down.

Back With Snow

At the moment, the rabbit Faunus was currently in the team dorm to hide from the two members of Team RWBY. Luckily she was alone in the room otherwise there were going to be some questions by the others.

Snow: Why couldn't I tell him? It'd be much easier...

She slipped off her shoes and laid back onto her be so she may ponder ideas of ways to confess to you. Of course, she immediately began to daydream different scenarios until she suddenly closed her eyes and fell asleep on her bed.
