Warning: Anxiety attack? Idk???

Ummmm
Today, I had to give something to another teacher
And the class was full of choir kids
And then
In the hallway I started not being able to breathe??
Like what the heckity heck
So i took some deep breaths
And thought of a person I know *insert Lenny face here* beside me
And I was k
I gave it to the teacher and RAN back to my classroom
Everything was k, I am just confused of what happened in the hallway
Who better to ask then my internet buddies??
