Traits and Territory:
Most common eye colour: Green/Pale green
Common pelt colour and markings: Short/medium length pale gray, brown, ginger, cream and white. Soft, sleek fur and faint markings, different coloured paws, and fluffy bushy tails.
Personality: Calm, enthusiastic, fun-loving, laid back, and sometimes a bit snobby.
Trademark: Swift and Sweet. Known as the fastest and most of the time kindest cats.
Voice: Light, Calm, Medium-pitched, and even. Voices rise when they are angry or excited.
Territory: A vast, rolling meadow, covered in flowers, and crisscrossed with streams and clear pools of water. Stubby willow and birch trees grow in small clumps in some places. The meadow grass is long and green, making for good cover in hunting and fighting. It is nearly always sunny and hot, being there are not many trees, and when it is stormy, they take cover in rabbit and gopher burrows.
Camp: A circle of willows, with brambles, honeysuckle and rose woven in between. A large willow stands in the center of the clearing, covering most of the clearing in sweeping branches. The leader sleeps in the branches, medicine den is in the roots. Dens of honeysuckle, bramble and rose, as well as moss are built for the warriors, queens and apprentices. There are backup dens dug into the ground in one corner of the camp, for emergencies and heavy rain and wind.
Most common cause of death: Sickness and animals like hawks, as well as old age.
Favourite prey: Rabbits, gophers, and meadow birds like doves, sparrows, meadowlarks and lapwings. Sometimes a frog, or mice and voles. They are not picky cats.
Biggest enemy: EmberClan.
Biggest allegiance: RippleClan.
Borders: RippleClan, and BleakClan
Other info:

My OC from MeadowClan: Puddlepaw/Puddlefire, an anxious young cat, training in medicine.
Special fighting techniques:
-Burrow Battle: Leading cats into gopher burrows and cornering them.
-Play Dead: Lean back and fall to the ground, closing your eyes. Wait till they relax and then either shimmy away or keep fighting.
-Double Ear Shred: Rear up and rake both paws down the enemy's ears. Keep shredding and boxing, careful not to damage the cat's hearing, until they run.
-Rabbit: Rear up and kick back with both legs, at the cat's chest, belly or face. Also works laying down.
Unique herbs:
-Sheep Sorrel: A tall stemmed flower with small red/pink flowers. Used to treat inflammation and sore throats. (Found in sandy soil and sheltered areas)
-Moor Tansy: (Made up) A round-leafed, low-growing plant with tiny blue or purple flowers. Used for coughs, white cough and fever. (Found in open, windblown areas.)
-Antlerberry: (Made up) Long-leafed, a medium-stemmed herb with small yellow berries, speckled in red. VERY TOXIC. Used for shock, and extreme grief. When mixed with Featherweed, becomes a sleeping remedy. (Found on rocky hillsides)
-Featheredweed: Feather-like leafed plant with thick roots. Used for sleep, sore stomachs and other internal pain. (Found in and near water and marshes)
-Poisonflowers: Vine-like plants with almost dainty-looking pale purple flowers. Deadly to kits, apprentices, elders and sometimes warriors. Do NOT touch, or eat. (Found in mildly sheltered areas)
Clan Legends and Stories:
How MeadowClan won the moor.
Long ago, seasons and seasons before even the oldest elder was kitted, the Clans were new. Made up of codeless, ruleless loners and rogues, it was a brutal and bloody time. Clans were weak and sick, battles were long and winnerless and many, many cats died. This went on for moons with no resolve. There were just too many cats in one territory and one camp! And so the leader, Sunflower devised a plan. "We shall split. The biggest cats with long, sleek fur and large paws get to the lake and its shore. The cats with the thickest fur, longest claws and shortest muzzles will get the mountains. The silent stalking, violent cats that wish to live a life of crime get the fiery forest, and the swift and lean cats get the meadow." But not all cats were happy with this. "But the meadow is so prey-rich and warm! Why should we get the cold old mountain?" Early BleakClan complained. "What if some of our cats don't like water?" Fretted early RippleClan. And so there was war. The war over a piece of territory only MeadowClan was suited for. Finally, after ten days and ten nights, StarClan sent a storm. Lighting struck in the middle of the fighting cats, splitting the four Clans apart. The intruders were driven back across the border and MeadowClan remained on moor soil. And so it was decided, MeadowClan was to have the moor after all. Peace settled and the Clans made friendships and codes. And that is the tail of how MeadowClan won the moor.
