I was playing a game that was kinda like tag with a few friends, and I slipped in the mud and fell on the road...

Now my knee hurts really bad and my hands sting.. (my knee had been hurting since recess today, and now it hurts even more.. :(

I can barely move my leg to make it straight without my knee hurting more..
What do I do?..
