Backstory:

Early Life

Blake Thompson grew up in a small, crime-ridden neighborhood where justice was a rare commodity. From a young age, he witnessed the devastating effects of crime and corruption, which instilled in him a fierce desire to enforce the law and bring order to chaos. His father, a decorated police officer, was Blake's hero and role model. However, tragedy struck when Blake was just thirteen years old. His father was brutally murdered by a notorious criminal he had been pursuing. This event deeply scarred Blake, fueling his ambition to join the police force and avenge his father's death.

Rise in the Police Force

Blake's dedication and relentless pursuit of justice caught the attention of Chief Diego Cruz. Recognizing his potential, Chief Cruz personally recruited Blake into the force. Cruz saw a kindred spirit in Blake—someone who shared his intense commitment to the law and a willingness to do whatever it took to maintain order. Under Cruz's mentorship, Blake quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a lieutenant. The two formed a formidable team, using both legal and questionable means to achieve their goals.

Chief Cruz's Influence

Chief Diego Cruz had his own dark past. As a child, he had witnessed his father's murder at the hands of a criminal. This event shaped his worldview, making him believe that the law must sometimes be bent to serve true justice. He harbored a deep-seated grudge against vigilantes and unorthodox heroes who operated outside the law. Cruz often shared his childhood story with Blake, reinforcing the belief that heroes like Adam Jennings (Armored Spider-Man) and his friends were part of the problem, not the solution. Cruz's influence cemented Blake's mistrust and hatred towards these vigilantes.

Blake's Grudge Against Adam Jennings and Friends

Blake developed a strong animosity towards Adam Jennings and his allies—Honey Lemon, Fred, Wasabi, Luka, Jarilo, Shadow Mishima, Ren Amamiya, Mio, Yuki, Stella, Ayase Ayatsuji, Hunter, Scarecrow, and Electrocutioner. He saw them as reckless individuals who undermined the efforts of real law enforcers. Blake believed that their actions, though well-intentioned, only led to more chaos and instability. This grudge grew as he encountered them during various operations, each time becoming more convinced that they were a threat to true justice.

Turning Point for Chief Cruz

Eventually, Chief Cruz experienced a change of heart. Realizing the destructive path he was on, he decided to turn over a new leaf. Cruz confessed his past misdeeds and sought redemption by working with Adam and his friends to take down the real criminals. This betrayal by his mentor felt like a personal attack to Blake. He viewed Cruz's alliance with the vigilantes as a complete betrayal of everything they had fought for.

Blake's Resolve

Feeling abandoned and betrayed, Blake's hatred towards Adam Jennings and his friends intensified. He vowed to continue the fight against them, seeing them as the primary obstacle to true justice. Blake's resolve was now stronger than ever, fueled by his father's memory, Cruz's betrayal, and his unwavering belief that the ends justify the means.

Quotes:

Chief Cruz:

"Chief, you know as well as I do that order must be maintained at any cost. Question my methods, and you'll find yourself questioning your own leadership."

Adam Jennings (Armored Spider-Man):

"Jennings, you think your armor makes you untouchable? In this city, it's not the armor that protects you—it's who you know."

Honey Lemon:

"Sweet as honey, but naive as a lamb. This world isn't built for dreamers, Honey. It's built for those who seize power."

Fred:

"Fred, your antics won't save you from the real monsters out here. Stick to your jokes; leave the real work to those who can handle it."

Wasabi:

"Precision and discipline, Wasabi. Two traits you lack. Out here, hesitation means death."

Luka:

"Luka, you're just another piece on the board. Play your role well, or be discarded when you're no longer useful."

Jarilo:

"Jarilo, you're all brawn and no brains. It's your kind that make this city easy to manipulate."

Shadow Mishima:

"Mishima, shadows and deception are my domain. Step lightly, or you might find yourself consumed by the darkness."

Ren Amamiya:

"Amamiya, the mask you wear doesn't hide your true self from me. You think you're a phantom, but I see right through you."

Mio:

"Mio, your innocence is a weakness. In this game, only the ruthless survive."

Yuki:

"Yuki, you're trying to outsmart a fox in its own den. Careful, or you might get caught in your own trap."

Stella:

"Stella, you shine bright, but even stars fall. Don't let your light blind you to the dangers lurking in the shadows."

Ayase Ayatsuji:

"Ayatsuji, your precision is admirable, but precision without purpose is meaningless. Align yourself with the right cause."

Hunter:

"Hunter, always on the prowl. But remember, even the fiercest predators can become prey."

Scarecrow:

"Scarecrow, you instill fear in others, but fear is a double-edged sword. Wield it carelessly, and it will cut you down."

Electrocutioner:

"Electrocutioner, your power is impressive, but raw power without control is nothing but chaos. Learn to harness it, or be consumed by it."

Relationship

Chief Diego Cruz:

Chief Cruz, head of the San FranLuna PD, initially recruits Blake into his force.

Blake harbors a deep respect for Cruz, viewing him as a mentor figure. However, their friendship began to turn sour when Cruz's corrupt activities come to light. Feeling betrayed when Cruz joined the good side and learns from his wrong doings, Blake abducts his daughter Megan, leading to a bitter feud fueled by personal betrayal and conflicting ideals.

Adam Jennings (Armored Spider-Man):

Adam Jennings, known as Armored Spider-Man, represents everything Blake despises—vigilantism and operating outside the law.

Blake sees Adam as a reckless vigilante whose actions undermine legitimate law enforcement efforts. Their encounters are marked by tension and clashes of ideology, each viewing the other as a hindrance to their version of justice.

Honey Lemon:

Honey Lemon's idealism and belief in the power of positivity clash with Blake's hardened realism. He views her as naive and a liability in dangerous situations, often criticizing her approach as overly optimistic and ineffective in the face of true threats.

Fred:

Fred's laid-back demeanor and humor irritate Blake, who sees him as unserious and unfit for serious police work. Blake views Fred's antics as a distraction and a sign of immaturity, believing he should take his responsibilities more seriously.

It also appears that Fred and Blake also have a history... One time, Fred and Wasabi were walking to their dorm until they were ambushed by High Voltage, the duo put up a good fight but lead to them being wounded. Blake at the time who was on patrol found them and thought they started the fight.

Wasabi:

Wasabi's precision and discipline impress Blake, but he finds him overly cautious and rigid. Blake thinks Wasabi's adherence to rules can sometimes hinder effective law enforcement, especially in situations that require flexibility and decisive action.

He also see's Wasabi just like Fred.

Luka:

Luka's aggressive and combative nature clashes with Blake's more strategic and calculated approach. Blake sees Luka as reckless and prone to escalating situations unnecessarily, often criticizing his methods as contributing to chaos rather than order.

Jarilo:

Blake distrusts Jarilo's mysterious and secretive nature, viewing him as unpredictable and potentially dangerous. Their interactions are fraught with suspicion, with Blake always questioning Jarilo's motives and allegiances.

Shadow Mishima:

Shadow Mishima's expertise in deception and infiltration makes Blake wary of trusting him. He sees Mishima as a manipulative and shadowy figure, always operating on the fringes of legality and morality.

Ren Amamiya:

Ren's rebellious streak and defiance of authority frustrate Blake, who sees him as a troublemaker and a threat to law and order. Blake views Ren's actions as undermining the police's authority and effectiveness.

Mio:

Mio's innocence and desire to protect others clash with Blake's hardened worldview. He views her as vulnerable and naive, often criticizing her involvement in dangerous situations as reckless and irresponsible.

Yuki:

Yuki's sharp intellect and cunning make Blake wary of her motives. He sees her as manipulative and calculating, always playing her own game regardless of the consequences for others.

Stella:

Stella's ambition and drive to prove herself in a male-dominated field earn Blake's begrudging respect. However, he views her as overly ambitious and willing to compromise principles for personal gain, which conflicts with his own code of ethics.

Ayase Ayatsuji:

Ayase's precision and efficiency impress Blake, but he finds her cold and detached. He views her as calculating and willing to sacrifice moral principles for the sake of achieving her objectives.

Hunter:

Hunter's predatory instincts and ruthless tactics unsettle Blake, who sees him as a dangerous wildcard. Blake views Hunter as a threat to both criminals and law enforcement alike, always on guard against his unpredictable actions.

Scarecrow:

Scarecrow's ability to instill fear makes Blake uneasy, seeing him as a destabilizing force in the city. Blake views Scarecrow as a symbol of chaos and disorder, always seeking to neutralize his influence.

Electrocutioner:

Electrocutioner's raw power and destructive capabilities make Blake wary of underestimating him. He sees Electrocutioner as a dangerous criminal whose actions must be stopped at all costs, viewing him as a significant threat to public safety.

Shizuka Mikazuki, Bethany Reyes and April Sinclair

The three strippers from North of San FranLuna's strip club, the Diamon Hearts met Blake when he was on his freetime. Blake would always go to the club every night to enjoy lap dances and drinking.

There he met Shizuka Mikazuki, Bethany Reyes and April Sinclair in the place who offered him a lap dance.

Magazine

In Blake's Car, he would always eat a donut and at the same time read a magazine he took from a strip club before... In that strip club, he arrested three strippers who refused to serve their customers. The trio were running, but they were captured by Blake and bought back to the club, There the boss gave Blake a magazine of them he photoshoped.
