KIRA'S POV

I was doing some shopping for Kinshiro. I looked at the shopping list and I said,"Well, it looks like that's everything." Just then someone came over and said,"Hey Kira!" I looked over my shoulder and it was Ichika. I said,"Hello Ichika, are you working today?" Ichika came over and said,"I heard you're actually living here in Edo now, is that true?" I nodded my head and said,"Yeah, I wanted to go back to the outskirts but I much prefer it here." Ichika smiled at this and he said,"I take it you're doing some shopping?"

I nodded my head and said,"Yeah but, I've just got about everything." Ichika came over and he took a couple of the bags and he said,"I'll give you hand with these." I smiled at this and then we started to make our way back to the tea house. On the way there we decided to look at some of the stalls and see what they were selling apparently it was Ichika's treat he said he wanted to get me a little welcome present for me. I was having a look at the some of the handkerchiefs that were for sale.

ICHIKA'S POV

I noticed Kira looking at a handkerchief that she liked. I looked through my wallet to check to see how much I had left and I thought to myself,"I can just cover the price for it but I might be broke for a while...oh well, I guess I'll just get my dad to help me out for a while."

I said to the shop owner,"Excuse me I would like to buy this." Kira saw this and I got the handkerchief for her. Kira then said,"Ichika, why did you do that?" I blushed and said,"I did say that I would get you a welcome present."

KIRA'S POV

I smiled at this and I took the handkerchief from him and I smiled and said,"Thank you so much Ichika." Ichika blushed and he scratched his nose and said,"Uh...no problem...Kira.." I giggled at this and then we both headed back to the tea house.

TIME SKIP...

Once I got back to Kyokatei, it was already late and I was laying bed thinking about the recent events that happened to me. I smiled to myself and I thought to myself,"I can't believe the event that happened to me are nothing more than a distant memory, I'm glad everything is all right now."
