Seriously!?!?! Just because you have color in your eyes doesn't mean you have to be able to see colors. My friend's step-dad has either brown or green eyes(I don't remember) and he's Monochromatic just as I am! It REALLY pisses me off when people just assume they know about Monochromacy

Another thing, how the hell can you feel a color?!?!?!?! I overheard a conversation between two girls. One said, "I'm pretty sure colorblind people can feel colors, since blind people feel braille." Thankfully, the other girl tried to explain to her how it works. The first girl was oblivious so I but in: "We can't feel colors. If we're born monochromatic then in kindergarten/pre-k we learn the different shades of colors. But if it happened due to an injury, then you have to get used to them."
