Mary jane's POV

As drake and i got closer and closer to the mansion, i cant understand understand my own feelings.

Im happy to be with Drake, I think he will be an understanding partner.. I want to go back to my own home.

But everytime Micheal crossed my mind..
I feel sad, guilty, and i think this is wrong.
But why would he care? Im just a girl he bought at an auction.

Drake and I are holding hands, i gave him a light squeeze to let him know that i dont think this is a good idea, he let out a smile letting me know that he'll take care of it.

Now... I really feel that we did him wrong, we faced him

He asked "what took you guys so long?" I can feel his sadness... he already knows.

"Michael, Im just gonna say this straight. Mary Jane Derlock is my mate, she rightfully belongs to me, so I turned her"
Drake said without even a glint of guilt.

"Did you even thought what i'll feel?" Micheal asked controlling his anger.

"Why would you care? Its not like she's your mate right.
And we've been through a lot together, like brothers.
You can let me go this time" Drake said

"Fine then. Do what you please" took him a long time to answer.

He looked straight to my eyes.

I can sense dissapointment.

Then Micheal left with his inhuman speed.

"See, i told you its gonna be fine." Drake said.
I didnt reply and just.... dashed off.. suddenly i found myself wondering in the woods.

Michael' s POV

IDIOT!

how could he just tell her that their mates, he would have at least understand that her parents just died!, she just got kidnapped!, i am her master..... a vampire.

Now he's adding a big change when she hasnt even adapted yet. That they are mates and idiot  turned her.

I know how it feels to just tell her and live happily ever after, yadiyadayada..
I know cause shes also my mate, but i dont want to tell her yet, she has been through enough....

I only bought her at the auction for her own sake and mine.

I know that her parents' accident was not an accident.
It was vampires.

I wanted to offer her protection.

Maybe I still can.
