You woke up to the sweet smell around you and your legs instantly followed the smell and reached the kitchen where you saw jungkook wearing an apron and making something in the frying pan which resulted in this sweet smell.

" what are you doing?" you asked in your half-awake voice gaining his attention.
" I'm making pancakes." he was so immersed in it that he didn't look at you until you came near him to see the pancakes.

You heard him chuckle lowly as he saw you.
" what?" you asked dumbfounded while looking at him. Hence he was so tall that you literally had to look up at him.

" your hair," he says looking away and trying not to burst into a laugh.

"My hair?" you repeated your hands reaching your hair.
You gasped realising that you straight away came in front of him after walking up without even combing your messy hair or washing up. You covered your face embarrassed and ran back to your bedroom closing the door.

"you're so stupid Jae-hee! How can you stand so confidently with such messy hair in front of your newlywed husband?! You're stupid! So so stupid!" you hit yourself in the head until you heard jungkook's voice calling for you.

" Jae-hee, the breakfast is done. Come quickly!"
" yes!" you replied before getting in the washroom and getting fresh.

You combed your hair properly so that you don't get embarrassed again.
" where were you? The pancakes are getting cold." jungkook whines as you sat on the dining table.
" Sorry." you apologised tucking a strand of hair behind your ear.

" it looks tasty," you exclaimed looking at the pancakes. You took a bite and looked at him in satisfaction.
" it tastes good too. Are you good at cooking?" you ask taking another bite.

" no, I only know to make a few things that to thanks to my mom or else I wouldn't even have made this," he says scratching the back of his neck.

" it's okay, I'm the best when it comes to cooking. Don't worry, I will make food for you!" you exclaimed pointing at yourself making jungkook chuckle.

" that's good I won't have to starve."
" I would never let you starve!" he only laughs more.
