Anyways, have some concepts for the character designs!

Flowey

Has a few ripped petals and is covered in dust. The yellow in his flower is pretty faded and is full of gray specks.

Toriel

Her dress is kind of torn at the edges. Keeps her sleeves nice and long because she wants to hide her scars. Her eyes are paler and she has one half of a heart locket.

Papyrus

Doesn't wear his battle body. Instead, he wears a plain sweater, pants and his red boots and scarf. Has a smaller smile than he does in the game and says less "Nyeh heh heh heh heh!"s than usual.

Sans

Looks the same except his hood is pulled up and there's a tiny shadow across his face. His smile is a bit smaller and you never really see his face until the very end.

Undyne

Her armor's kind of cracked, from all her unecessary battles to prove her worth. Has shorter hair, has a scar across her eyepatch and her skin is a bit paler.

Alphys

Has a lot of scars, especially near her arms. Her lab coat is full of dust and Amalgamate goop. Her glasses are pretty foggy too.

Mettaton

All I can say is that he changes a lot. From frilly dresses to Undyne's Armor this guy changes a lot. All because the paparazzi says he needs to change.

Asgore

His eyes are empty and "devoid of all hope". His cloak has a lot of stains on it. His hair is a bit messier and darker and he has (you guessed it) half of a heart locket.

Asriel

Looks the same as his child version but he has rainbow eyes because of the souls he absorbed.

Chara

Looks the same as they are in the game, but their sweater's a bit dusty and ripped and their eyes will be sad and gloomy.

Some dialogue:

Flowey: "This world... it has no happiness or hope at all. So stop being a false prophet and face reality. We'll never be truly happy!"

Toriel: "I am a good monster...I am a good monster... I am a good monster... I am a... who am I kidding, I'm a horrible monster!"

Papyrus: "What are you talking about? Of course I'm ha-happy!"

Sans: "it's not like one person is going to change everything!"

Undyne: "Don't you understand? I need to fight you! Don't you know how hard it is to keep on hurting a measly little pacifist like you?? Just. Give. UP!!"

Alphys: "I...I'm s-sorry... I d-didn't mean to... I'll just g-go..."

Mettaton: "Who cares if I'm not happy? That's show buissness baby! No one gives a care about how you feel, as long as it makes them money!"

Asgore: "It's all my fault..."

Asriel: "You... you fixed my family... thank you for that, Frisk"

Chara: "Don't you understand? They had so much in store for them and you... you just end it all? Now I see. Monsters aren't monsters... Humans are"
