"Ya, Yoona! Am I some plant?! Stop pointing that hose towards me!! I'm like some wet duckling!!" I was taken back to reality as soon as I heard Shawn's complaint. Out of nowhere, I accidentally froze the water coming out of the hose and of course, it was felt by Shawn. "I said stop! Not freeze!" He complained again.

"Sorry." I muttered then turned the hose off, making the ice fall down and Shawn feel the warm air. I just rolled my eyes at him when he opened his arms wide and released a 'Finally, I can feel the sun.' Seriously, like its not the first week of December.

I just placed the hose on its place then decided to sit down for awhile. Why am I so bothered lately?

"Can I court your niece?"

I shook my head, erasing that thought. Man, its been days after he confessed and yet, I can't just move on from it. I just pushed my head down the table and sighed a deep one. I'm not used to it.

I'm not used to let Kai either bring me here at the garden so I could work or to the studio, I'm not used to him, giving me flowers once in a while. Plus, he admitted that it was him who kept on giving me flowers. Like, that was just so cheesy.

I feel guilty about it.

Its just that, I don't feel anything towards him. Just mere friendship and, I treat him like a brother. Its as if I don't deserve it yet I couldn't tell it to him. I'm afraid he might hate me and be cold to me again.

Gosh, Yoona! You're named as the Ice Princess of SMTown yet here you are, worrying that one of your friends might hate you. Didn't they hate you in the first place already? You're not like this before. I secretly rolled my eyes. Wow, I was practically talking to myself.

I jerked my head up when I felt someone shaking me. Shawn's looking at me weirdly. He probably must be wondering why I'm so depressed right now.

"What happened to you, Yoona? You're not in your usual self lately. You keep on spacing out and your forehead keeps on forming some lines since the Dance Competition. Tell me, did Tito Sam grounded you cause you went home late that night? Or he got your phone from you?" I stared at him blankly after he said that. Really, of all the things he can ask, why about Uncle Sam grounding me or my phone? Uncle Sam knows I go home late whenever I need to watch over the garden overnight. Besides, he'll never get my phone, even if he wanted to. I just stayed silent and shook my head. He let out a sigh.

"Well, if you're thinking about an another thing, I'll just wish its not because of Kai." I was about to fish my phone out of my pocket when he said that. I instantly look at him and accidentally made direct eye contact with him. I awkwardly gulped. He's serious now.

"T-To tell you honestly, i-its really about him." I managed to let out then I rubbed my nape. "He said some things to me and I couldn't just move on from it. Especially now, he's currently, ugh" I suddenly stopped, thinking of ways how to say it. The tension just grew since Shawn is looking at me intimately and listening to me carefully. It just makes me want to pee in my pants. "Uhm, he's uhm.......... Currently c-courting m-me."

Ooookay, why is he silent? The atmosphere just went silent after I said that. So does this mean, he didn't know it yet? I mean, he always saw Kai giving me flowers and stuff so I thought he'd know it by himself.

"Oh he is? Okay." His only reply to me then was about to walk away from me when a sudden visitor came.

"Yow Shawn! Is Yoona ther- Oh Yoona! There you are!" I mentally face palmed myself. Luhan sure knows when to come. He ran towards us, carrying..... A guitar?

"Hyung, what brings you here?" Shawn asked him as Luhan gave him the guitar case. "And why did you give me this? I don't know how to play guitar."

"I know. Its Yoona who will play that." Then he looked at me with excitement in his eyes. I raise my brow at him.

"And what makes you think I'd do that?" I asked him. He just shrugged, grabbed a chair (the one that Shawn sat on a while ago), placed his elbow on the table, placed his chin on his hands, and smiled at me. He smiled that it made me creep out. This is even weirder than Shawn's silence. He started to speak.

"Remember that time when we accidentally met inside the music room?" I nodded slowly as Shawn gave me a 'You-didn't-told-me-that' look and I gave him a 'Mind-your-own-business' look in return and listened to Luhan's reply.

"I told you that I want to hear you play this guitar again someday in the future right? Well, I decided that that day is today so," he then snatched the guitar from Shawn, which surprised him and gave the guitar case to me. I look at it closely.

"This is Prince Chanyeol's." I told him. I remember seeing Prince Chanyeol bring that guitar in the practice room once.

"I already asked his permission. So? Can you play it?" I just sighed and accepted his offer. He used his efforts just to bring this thing here in the garden so might as well return the favor. I got the guitar out of its case then strummed a bit. I paused, thinking of a good song to play.

Hmm, an acoustic version of Call Me Baby? Naah, that might be hard. Besides, they might know that I really liked their song. What about...... Aha! I snapped my fingers when I finally decided which song I would play, which probably confused Luhan and Shawn. If you're wondering about their positions, Luhan's still sitting down while Shawn just leaned by the table on my left. Okay, here goes.

"Heart beats fast

Colors and promises

How to be brave, how can I love when I'm afraid to fall

All of my doubt, certainly goes away somehow

Funny, as soon as I started to sing, its as if the world just paused. Maybe it's just my imagination but I sure did notice Luhan and Shawn look at me with looks I can't explain so I just closed my eyes while playing the song. I suddenly felt embarrassed.

"I have died everyday, waiting for you

Darling don't be afraid

I have loved you for a thousand years

I love you for a thousand more"

And there, I stopped. I opened my eyes and did my best to show at least a smile to them, though I feel intimidated.

"So? How'd it go?" I asked them, secretly crossing my fingers. Well, I don't know what to expect since its been years the last time I played this in front of a person. I'd rather play alone. I was surprised when the two clapped their hands.

"You're still good in this, Yoona! You never failed to amaze me again." Luhan exclaimed. Shawn just smiled at me. I sighed a relief. At least I didn't embarrassed myself in front of them.

"Luhan! Luhan!" I nearly fell myself down my chair when someone just shouted. We immediately looked towards the gate and saw Prince Suho with Princes Lay and Kris. All are tired from running obviously, plus the fact that they look so worried?

"Oh, Suho? I'm already done cleaning the book shelves and also mopped the floors in the library. Forgot to report it to yo-"

"H-Have y-you seen K-Kai?!" Prince Suho asked us, not even minding the fact that he just interrupted Luhan. We look at them, confused.

"I saw him by the gate just awhile ago. Maybe he went out to the cafe again?" He replied but the looks on their faces just made them look even more devastated than before. I look at them weirdly. I was about to say something when I felt cold air brushing against us but it seems that only I just noticed it. I look towards my right side since the wind is from there and noticed gray clouds on the sky. I gulped nervously.

"We already checked the cafe, Suho. Even the flower shop by the streets." I heard Prince Lay said but my mind was now flying. I suddenly freeze when a sudden vision came out.

I'm currently just walking near a lake inside a forest when I noticed something shiny on the lake. That shiny thing then slowly went out, revealing a silver cape. I'm supposed to be amazed by this, not until the moon just turned silver too. In less than a second, everything turned silver, making the plants and animals slowly dying because of lack of light and oxygen. I then went to my knees.

I screamed in horror in what I witnessed. But what just terrified me even more?

I saw Kai in that silver cape, smirking evilly while holding a silver scepter. Not until he noticed me, and by that, he raised the scepter and pointed it at me, making me choke myself to death. He then laughed like a maniac, while some lady is hugging him from behind.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN KAI IS SUDDENLY MISSING?!?!" I was taken back to reality when Shawn suddenly shouted. I was then alarmed by this. I began to sweat nervously and just look at Prince Suho, as if telling him what on SMTown is going on. He then sighed and wiped his face with his hands.

"Kai's been gone for half a day already and we have searched everywhere in the academy but he's practically nowhere to be found!! He's really missing!!"

I sat on my chair and placed my hands on my head. No, no it can't be. He can't be missing right now. Please, not now. My vision might come true.
