We biked towards our secret passage way which leads to the garden.

Today is the day to clean up that messy garden before classes start in the academy. We always do this every Summer, around thrice a week. Because its almost ending, princes and princesses from every planet and kingdom start coming to find their dorms and start arranging their stuffs here.

Meaning, some of these students help us here.

We placed our bikes at the hedge and I observed the surroundings. A thin smile made its way on my face but quickly vanished when I noticed princesses coming towards us.

"Oh your majesties! You're here again." Uncle Sam said to them and we bowed. They curtsied right after.

"It's good to see you here too, Sire. Also to you Yasmin." Princess Tiffany of Floral Kingdom said and smiled at me. I just walked away to avoid any contact and went inside the green house. As soon as I closed the door, I glanced at them and saw their faces form sad smiles.

Its always like that anyway.

"I see you brought company, your highnesses." I heard Uncle Sam said. The window on my right is open so I can clearly hear them talk.

I started to water the plants as they go on to their conversation.

"Yes, we're here to help you again and," Princess Taeyeon of Air Kingdom ushered the two new princesses and of course, with formal greetings.

"Sire, these are the Princesses of Jewel Kingdom. Princess Hyoyeon and Princess Yuri." Princess Jessica of Frost Kingdom introduced them. Before I could even hear any noise after that, I shut the window closed and heaved a deep sigh.

Those 3 royalties tried to befriend me ever since their freshman years. I just told them my name and ignored them afterwards. They also do help me in things and I let them, though I don't make any conversations.

Now that they are in their junior year, they got used to it but I can still see determination in them.

I sighed and continued to water, dig, replace, whatever I do.

I paused when I noticed that I'm in front of a white Carnation, the one mother gave to me before she got ill. I watered it carefully and transferred it to the center of the green house. Its special for me for this is sentimental and one of the things mother left behind.

I checked the time on my watch and saw that it's 10:10 A.M. I stood up and stretched.

"Time to meet bastard." I said in my mind and sighed. I can't believe this.

"I have to go to Tita Lucy's Uncle! Errand day!" I shouted as soon my hands got my bike and started to pedal away. He shouted back a "Take care!" and I'm off.

"I'm here Tita Lucy!" I said when I arrived in her home. Tita Lucy is Uncle Sam's cousin. I'm not that close with her but she's kind and charming, unlike her son.

I see her coming out of her kitchen, a beaming smile on her face.

"Ah, there you are Yasmin. You can just put those flowers on the table." She said and pointed the table beside me. I followed her and placed it on carefully. I brought flowers because she asked for it last week. Its their husband's anniversary and that's why I'm here right now.

Even though people call me an ice princess, I still have manners. Let's just say I don't do it properly. I just follow orders without a smile, cause I don't.

"Shawn, get down here! Yasmin's here!" Tita Lucy suddenly shouted, making me flinch back in surprise. I still kept my cool though.

"Yes, mother." A husky voice replied from upstairs. I then see bastard walking down the stairs. He wore his casual clothes. I cringed when I see him wearing his hat and shades.

"Okay Yasmin, here's the list. You can just pick any color for the gift wrapper though." Tita said and handed me a list. I accepted it and read what's in it.

I only need to buy some materials and fruits. I squinted my eyes confused upon seeing fruits and candlelights listed here but its probably for the anniversary.

I bowed to her and went out, Shawn following behind. I turned to look at him.

"You go and get your motor. I'll follow behind." I said, which made him give me a raising brow.

"But you'll just teleport like always! You're always unfair—"

"Its not my fault why I get tired walking, running, riding and talking to you. You have no choice. Ciao." I cut him off then teleported.

I'm now standing in front of the supermarket. I know that Shawn guy can catch up whenever he's using his motorbike. He's a pro in chasing after me.

In 5 minutes time, he's already in sight. That's my cue to get in and start grocery shopping.

As always, people can't avoid talking about me. I got used to it, makes me think I'm a celebrity. The Ice one.

"You're always a cheater." I hear Shawn's voice from behind. I pretend like I didn't hear him and started going to the Sweets Store. Shawn already knows where he has to go so we separated ways.

This is how I act when I'm with him. I talk to him, but only for a short time. I call him bastard because he keeps pestering me. He knows that if I get even angrier at him, he'll burn but somehow, it didn't even happen. He's the only person that I talk with that is just the same age with me. He's 3 months older than me, but he acts like a ten-year-old.

Another thing why everyone kept on staring and talking about me is because of him. He's known as a heart throb here in SMTown. Girls give me death glares but never tried talking to me 'cause they're afraid to get hit with my ice and fire.

I continued to go from store to store and I'm glad that not all tried to ask me this time. The ones who only asked me in stores are the friends of Uncle.

I was about to go out from the Fruits Store when I bumped into someone which made me stumble down and half of my stuff fell.

I hear gasps and shock words from the people around, probably thinking that I'll cast him my deadly powers but I didn't. Being the typical cold person I am, I didn't mind the person and started to pick my stuff.

As soon as my hand touched the last fruit, my head jerked up to the man in front of me because our hands suddenly hovered on each other. That's when I noticed that he was actually helping me with my stuff since his other arm was holding them.

We locked our gazes at each other for I don't know how long. I then realized that he looks like my age but in the most handsome way. He has a fine shape of face, has very white complexion that makes you think that he's oh so perfect. I stared at his dark brown eyes which seemed to mesmerize me because of how it sparkles like stars.

I shook my head and snatched the strawberry, the past fruit by the way, from his hand and stood up. The man followed suit. I had to clutch my left hand on my chest since my heart started doing weird things to me.

I don't even know why my heart's beating so fast. The last time it was this fast was when my mother was dying.

Its a different feeling though, like a volcano's about to explode!

"Are you alright miss?" He asked me. My eyes widen in shock. This accent, its royalty!

I just nod at him and went out as fast as I can. I know how princes and princesses speak, since those 3 princesses kept on pestering me back at the garden.

I noticed Shawn already by the exit so I fastened my pace. He took notice of me being flustered and formed a smirk.

"Why's your ears turning red? Fire's coming?" He asked me, to which I ignored.

"Lava might sound better!" Of course I said that in mind.

"Let's go back Shawn. We're done here." I told him irritatingly. He just nodded and rode on his motor. As always, I teleported.

My hand then braced over a flower, making it burn. I sighed at the sight of it and quickly bathed it in water.

"You burned a daisy? What made you so fluttered this time?" I twitched at his question. I ignored him and went inside his house. I saw Tita Lucy cooking her husband's favorite food. I told her that I placed her stuff on the table and I have to go. She directly replied me a remark and I'm out.

Before I rode on my bike, I took out a small container from my bag and swallowed a pill inside it.

I sighed in relief as soon as I felt relaxed. I don't want to make another ruckus.

I teleported back home and placed my bike at the side of our door. I teleported in my room and plopped myself in bed.

These emotions, they're the death of me!

Gladly nothing serious happened after that. Its been years since I had this kind of strong feeling. And I hate it.

Whenever I feel that my emotions are getting strong, I drink the relaxing pills Uncle gave me. I rarely drink them because I don't always react like this.

So why did this suddenly took me over? I'm really afraid of myself now.

My powers are so strong that whenever my emotions or feelings are overboard, they suddenly react to it.

I'm just so glad fire didn't come out when I felt my heart racing fast back there. So glad that my feet didn't destroy the pathways in that supermarket when I got frustrated. So glad the strawberry I was holding didn't melt when our hands touched.

So glad I didn't explode when I saw those eyes.

This is why I kept an icy aura around me whenever I'm in public. This is why I talk to people in a short time except for Uncle.

Anything can happen if my emotion controlled my powers. If people are afraid of me, I'm more afraid of myself.

I suddenly remembered Uncle back at the garden so I texted him that I don't feel well and I'll continue cleaning the green house tonight. He sent me back an okay.

I drunk some water from my bag and decided to take a shut eye.

I didn't notice I drifted to sleep with the prince lingering my mind.
