Hello everyone!! As I told, I am back with an update. Finally my exams are over nd now i am  so happy. So here we go with the next part......

Manan ended their dance nd there was a huge round of applause for them.

After Sometimes

Manan were sitting together when some of the Manik's bussiness partners came to him nd he went a little far away from Nandini.

Suddenly someone patted her shoulder, Nandu turned bt saw no one was there. So she again turned her face nd saw someone sitting in front of hr, she got scared for a moment bt then immediately recognised the person.

Na: Maddy tum.

Yes the person is Maddy.

Md: yes me.... So finally u recognised your childhood friend,haan. I thought you forget me as after that day you didn't even come to me.

( Madhyam( Maddy) singhaniya, 26 yrs., Manik's bussiness rival, wants to defeat him at any cost, cn go to any extent to harm Manik, Nandini's friend)

Na: no it's not like that Maddy, a lot of things happened in those days.

Nandini's eyes became heavy remembering the way her Mama-Mami used to treat her.

Na: anyways, how's dadi maa.

Maddy's face became pale.

Md: she is no more.

Listening this Nandini got shocked. After her Amms, Maddy's grandma was the only one who used to love her.

Na: yeh sb kaise.......

Suddenly Manik called Nandini. He was standing behind Maddy so he couldn't see him. Maddy turned nd both Manik nd Maddy looked each other with anger filled eyes.

Md: oh so look who is here Mr Manik Malhotra.

Manik came towards Nandini while giving angry glare to Maddy.

Ma: Nandini what are you doing with him??

Na: Manik actually......

She was about to tell him that she and Maddy are childhood friends when Maddy cut her in between.

Ma: its nothing Mr Malhotra. I was just chit chatting with your beautiful wife.

Nandini looked at him confusedly.

Md: anyways, it was pleasure to talk to you Mrs Malhotra, I mean Nandini.

He forwarded his hand to her.

She was about to shake her hands with him when Manik took her hands back nd gave an angry glare to Maddy.

Ma: there is no need of this Mr madhyan Singhania. My wife doesn't talk to strangers. So you better mind your own business.

Maddy smirked and went away while Nandini was still confused that why didn't Maddy let her tell Manik about their friendship.

Manik turned towards her.

Ma: it's getting late Nandini, we should move now.

Nandini jst nodded.

There was a complete silence in the car. None of them uttered a single word.
Finally they reached Malhotra Mansion.

Manan were lying in their room such that their back were facing each other.

Nandini was thinking about the party. She could guess that Manik and Maddy are poles apart but she doesn't know the reason.

Nandini's POV

Today I met Maddy, my childhood friend. Amms and Maddy's grandmother were besties. After Mumma- Papa's death, I came to my Amms nd Mama-mami. ( Guys in this ff, Amms was Nandini's maternal grandmother).
Amms never let anyone to torture me. she always loved me and Rishu. After Rishu's accident everyone blamed me but she was the only one who stood for me but then I lost her too. Today when I saw Maddy, all my childhood memories came back. Maddy's grandmother was also like my Amms, she used to treat me as her own granddaughter. Nd Maddy used to irritate me a lot. I still remember the last day I went to his house, how his grandma made my favourite kheer. I didn't know that it was the last day I was spending with Dadi Maa.
Then my Amms died and I left behind to bear all the tortures of my family. Why this happened with me???

Nandini was thinking all this and the teardrop fell from her cheeks.

Manik was also thinking about the party he was so restless. So he turned towards Nandini and hugged her from back. Nandini who was thinking something came to her senses and looked at him.

Manik turned her towards himself.

Ma: I need you........

Saying this he place is rough lips on her  soft petals. The kiss was so passionate nd was reflecting his pain. He wanted an assurance that there is someone with him. Whenever he came across his past, he used girls to take out his pain on bt now the situation is different. He wasn't using Nandini. He didn't want to take out his pain on her instead he wants her by his side, he wants her to assure himself that he is not alone, she is there with him.

Nandini wasn't responding as she was still in her childhood memories bt she was not resisting as well. She got used to his touch, she started understanding him nd somewhere she was falling for him, the person who used her to satisfy himself, she  she started caring for that person, maybe becoz she is  seeing a better person and a better human being in him,  maybe she is understanding the real him whom he has hidden from the rest of the world.

Manik was kissing Nandini passionately trying to find out his solace in her arms. Yes, Manik Malhotrais finding solace in a girl in his wife.

Soon he broke the kiss nd look deeply in her eyes. Nandini could see so much pain in his darj brown orbs while Manik  looked at her as her eyes always calms him. Their eye lock broke due to buzzing of Manik's phone.

Ma: hello...

OS: ............

Ma: what the hell????

OS: ...........

Ma: fine I am coming.

He cut the call and got ready.

Nandini also got up nd sat.

Na:  what happened???

Ma:  I can't tell you anything right now I'll be back soon .

Saying this he went away leaving a confused Nandini behind.
