Fairytale AU + Scary AU

There is a big party happening right now. Many kinds of trolls are there, including the Troll leaders. The music is hip playing loudly but,not too loud. Many trolls are socializing and dancing. The Queen of Pop,Poppy, walks over to the punch bowl happily.

She is wearing a new and pretty blue party dress. It has a sweetheart neckline, has glitter sprinkled all over,short skirt and a rainbow sash wrapped around her waist which is tied into a big bow at the back. Poppy is also wearing a bandanna matching the sash. Satin and Chenille had her this dress and they also made Branch an similar looking outfit to match her. Branch is somewhere else at the moment talking to Guy and Tiny.

Poppy grabs a small and red plastic cup and fills it up with some Raspberry punch. Then she turns around but, as she is about to walk forward somebody 'accidentally' bumps into while quickly and 'accidentally' pouring some strange red liquid into the Queen's cup. The magical liquid magically sparkles for a second as it blends into the punch quickly turning it green. Poppy manages to keep her balance after the impact but, when she turns to see who bumped into her the stranger is gone...

The Pop troll blinks a few times completely confused by what just happened but, shrugs it off thinking it must had been accident by troll who didn't see her coming. Poppy brings her cup to her lips as she slowly starts walking looking for Branch. She drinks up half of the poisoned punch but, then suddenly Poppy stops in her tracks feeling dizzy! Her surroundings seem to be spinning out of control to her mind!

Queen Barb spots Poppy and notices that something about her seems off. Barb walks over to her friend confused. When Barb reaches Poppy and stops in front of her she notices that something is definitely wrong here! Barb becomes concerned. The world around the Pop troll seems to become dark as she starts blacking out slowly.

" Poppy? What's going on with you? The party only started fifteen minutes ago...", Barb says concerned and confused.

Poppy is barely standing at this point. Her body is giving in despite how much she is trying to fight it. The Pop troll's eyes start to make Barb spilt into three blurry versions of her as the environment around her is dark.

" Man... what was in that pun - ch?...",Poppy says almost like she is drunk but, she isn't!

Suddenly Poppy faints into a magical deep sleep onto the ground like a sinking rock! Her cup falls out of her hand as the punch spills on the grass! She falls onto her side as Barb shouts out her name very worried! Barb's voice fades away in Poppy's mind as she closes her eyes and quietly and official is under the magical power of the poison...

Barb starts freaking out as she looks at Poppy's body was a second scared and worried! The Rock troll quickly picks up the Pop troll then takes off running to the other troll leaders fast and yelling at anyone who was in her way to get out of her way! Very soon Barb reaches the leaders who look at her shocked or confused. Branch, Guy and Tiny are standing next to them. All their eyes widen in shock when they see Poppy's unconscious body in her arms! Branch's heart drops immediately as his mind starts racing and filled with fear and worry!

" Someone Spiked Her Punch And Now She's Like This!",Barb says worried and scared!

Everyone who heard Barb gasp in shock as Branch yells out " WHAT?!" and Tiny hugs his father saying " Hold me, Daddy."! In that moment all the leaders who are awake immediately shut down the party and ordered everyone to go back home! This is an emergency! Soon everyone but; the leaders, The Snack Pack and Peppy had went home. Peppy and the other leaders are now having a meeting at the party site with The Snack listening worried.

Poppy's body is laying on an empty table as Dr Moonbloom checks her body signs. Branch walks back and forth close by to the table freaking out to himself over this! He feels like he could had done something to prevent Poppy from getting poisoned. He feels like he should had went with her when she decided to get some punch! Dr Moonbloom focuses on Poppy very carefully as Branch blames himself for something that wasn't his fault but, that didn't mean she didn't hear him.

" This is all my fault! ",Branch says angry with himself.

" Unlikely. Nobody knew that someone will spike the punch Queen Poppy was drinking.  It's the punch spiking troll's fault for doing it. ",Dr Moonbloom says calmly as she works.

Delta Dawn looks at Branch as he continues to pace straying away from the meeting for a moment. Some of the other leaders do the same. They all know how much Branch loves Poppy and how would do anything for her and to protect her but, him blaming himself won't change anything.

" Calm down, Branch...",Prince D says concerned.

" The doctor is right. None of this is your fault in anyway!",Delta says honestly and calmly.

" Now Stop Pacing! Your Making Me Tired From Watching You, Boy Toy!",Barb yells annoyed.

Barb is annoyed by how Branch is dealing with the situation! Sometimes Branch really needs to calm down. The mixed breed male stops pacing and crosses his arms still feeling like he can't relax. Dr Moonbloom quickly finishes up her checkup but, frowns sadly.

" She's still breathing but, whatever was put in her punch wasn't natural. Like it is some sort of a magic poison. It could be poison but, I don't know about magic. Her body seems completely normal. I'm afraid I'm out of my league here. ", Dr Moonbloom says calmly.

Then the doctor walks away after saying Good bye to the group and wishing them good luck and hope. Peppy pulls out an old scrapbook from his hair then starts searching through it worriedly and slowly hoping to find a cure for his daughter. The elder doesn't want to lose his daughter! Barb tries to wake up Poppy by shaking her shoulders as she holds her up in sitting position. It does nothing so Barb let's go of her friend making Poppy fall back onto the table fully laying on it.

Unknowingly to the group the mysterious troll who spiked Poppy's punch peeks out through a tall patch of grass spying quietly... A strong wind blows making Peppy accidentally throw the scrapbook towards Branch. The scrapbook lands by Branch's feet so he slowly unfolds his arms then picks it up. The leaders are back to their meeting.

" Maybe the way Poppy's drink looked could be a clue of which magic poison it is...",Trollex comments.

" Barb, you were there when Poppy went under. What did the drink look like?", Trollzart says seriously.

" It was weird looking green. ", Barb says honestly.

Branch who is now looking at the open scrapbook flips to next page but, he pauses as Barb described the drink! His eyes widen for second. The page he's looking at describes the poison looking that if the drink was red or had raspberry in it. Which the punch was both! Then Branch starts reading bringing everyone's attention to him.

" Sleeping Poison

This magical poison will put any troll to a deep sleep after drinking it. If the drink contains Raspberries or is red in colour the drink will change to an odd green but, for other coloured drinks it will become a deeper or darker colour of the drink. The Sleeping Poison is very strong but, there is a cure. True Love's first kiss and the music strings are the only way to break the spell...", Branch reads out loud.

The Snack Pack and the troll leaders look at each other sharing the same confused and soft look. They weren't sure if the Sleeping Poison is the right one but, it seemed to match the way Poppy's drink looked. Then everyone immediately looks at Branch thinking the same thing. Branch notices everyone is looking at him making feel uncomfortable and confused.

" What?", Branch asks softly and confused.

Everyone knows Branch is truly in love with Poppy and that she feels the same way about him but, they are still in the friendzone. Branch and Poppy hadn't shared their first kiss either so it is clear to everyone that if anuone could save Poppy it was Branch! Peppy let's out a small and quietly sad sigh to himself as he thinks for a moment. The former king had lost his wife a long time ago... Ever since she was eaten it was just Poppy and him. Poppy is Peppy's last piece of family and the joy of his life. If he lost her Peppy wouldn't know what to do... Then the elder slowly walks over to Branch as he speaks without his walking cane. Peppy didn't need his cane for short distances.

" Branch... I know how you feel about my daughter. You even shared a soulmate song glow which doesn't just happen with random trolls. If anyone can save Poppy with true love's kiss It's you. Please save my daughter,Branch. She's all I got left after her mother was taken away when she one month old... I can't her lose like this... You know what to do... ",Peppy says honestly, softly and emotionally doing his best to keep his feelings together.

A few tears come down Peppy's face. Branch never saw Peppy cry before. Then the Orange man hugs Branch. The young blue troll frowns sadly to himself. He knew what he had to do. Peppy breaks the hug and looks at Branch as what he says next brings him hope as he closed the book.

" I'm going to need the Strings...", Branch says seriously.

The Troll leaders didn't the Strings since they are hidden away but, luckily for them the scrapbook had a map. The Royal trolls are staying with Poppy as Branch and The Snack Pack had left going into the forest in search of the Strings. They need to find the Strings! Now The Snack Pack are walking through the large and long forest as Branch leads them holding their only map. They have glowbugs with them lighting up their way. A few of them keep looking around feeling like they are being watched.

" This place is creepy, daddy. ",Tiny comments.

" Hmm... Branch? How far are we from that cave with Strings?",Biggie asks nervously and scared.

" I don't know but keep an eye out for a cave that has music symbol markers by it.",Branch says honestly.

DJ Suki, Cooper, Biggie and Smidge look at each other sharing the same worried look as the others look around trying to spot a cave. They don't know if they are going to be able to spot the cave in the darkness of the forest but, they hope they do. Poppy's life depends on it!

As they move deeper into the forest the feeling of being watch gets stronger. Sometimes they hear scary and creepy sounds like sudden rustling and strange critter sounds eocing through the forest. A loud bird call makes Branch jump as Biggie screams loudly holding Mr Dinkles tight! Satin spots a moving shadow making her jump and hug her sister! This forest is scaring them like they are in a horror movie.

Then suddenly they hear loud dead tree fall by itself! The trolls all scream and ran as it fell behind them! They aren't looking where they are going so they ended up stopping in a random part of the forest with the glowbugs following them.

" Oh No! Where are we?",Smidge says worried.

" We were lost!",But Diamond says dramatically.

" Snap out of It, Daddy!",Tiny yells.

Branch looks around him as his eyes widen. He actually recognizes this place! He had built some tunnels back in his bunker survival mode days and one of them is somewhere near here. They could go home quickly and easily through his tunnels.

" Everyone calm down! I have a tunnel close by to here so we can go back to Trollstopia. ", Branch says honestly and seriously.

" What?!",The Snack Pack says shocked and yet happy.

Then Branch spots a cave not too far away. He quickly runs to it with two glowbugs following him as he throws his map in his hair. Branch checks the cave entrance for markings and symbols desperately but, when he looks at the corners of the cave entrance he sees tiny music notes surrounding different and tiny instruments symbolizing the different kinds of music craved in! The blue troll's heart feels like it is jumping in joy as a big smile spreads across Poppy's face. Branch then turns his head to the pack happily.

" I Found It! I Found The Cave! Get Your Butts Over Here!",Branch yells excited.

The Snack Pack quickly runs over to Branch with their glowbugs then went inside the cave with him. Very soon they ran out of the cave with six strings in Branch's hands! They are the Pop, Rock, Funk,Techno, Country and Classical strings. The scrapbook had extra information saying that only six strings were needed. They run fast to Branch's tunnel as he runs ahead of them faster guiding them to it!

Branch quickly finds his tunnel opening hidden in an old hollow tree stump. He quickly puts the Strings in his hair then pulls the handel to the left three times making it unlock! The blue troll pulls the hatch up then climbs into the the opening with a glowbug following him. The Snack Pack and the other glowbugs follow them in two by two quickly. They didn't have a moment to waste!

Within twenty minutes of running through the shortcut tunnels the group ended up in Branch's spaghetti shaft. Branch quickly got them out of It then they run back to Trollstopia. Soon they reach Poppy's pod and went inside panting from all their running! The Royal trolls turn to see the Snack Pack without the glowbugs as they stand surrounding Poppy's bed. Poppy's body is laying on top of the bed comfortly. The Royal's eyes widen at seeing through friends back. Branch pulls out the Strings from his hair quickly and shows them to the Royal trolls.

" We got the Strings!", Branch exclaim catching his breath.

Then Trollex takes the Strings from Branch and puts them around Poppy with the help of the other Royals to match one of the pictures of Peppy's scrapbook. Peppy hugs Branch again especially thanking him for what he is going to do. Once the Strings are in place the other trolls move away from the bed as Branch walks over to it nervously. The music strings are somehow filling the up the pod with music of Branch and Poppy's soulmate song, True Colors. A few critters start singing some of the lyrics of the song as Branch looks down at Poppy standing right next to her bed.

"And I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show...",the critters sitting on window seal sing beautiful.

This isn't how Branch imagined his first kiss with Poppy would go but, he's willing to take this shoot for her. The other trolls in the pod watch Branch lean down towards Poppy's face and gives her a long magical kiss.

"True colors are beautiful
I see your true colors
Shining through (true colors)
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you...",the critters sing beautifully.

Branch slowly pulls away hoping for his kiss to work. The blue troll looks at Poppy as his ears drop and he let's out a sad sigh. It seems to him that Poppy is still sleeping but, then the Pop Queen's eyes start to slowly open as she wakes up! Poppy let's out a yawn as she uses her hand to rub her one of her eyes. Branch's ears immediately perk as his eyes shot open and his heart beats faster with pure happiness!

Poppy sits up feeling like she had slept for hours. Everyone cheers " Broppy Forever!" as Branch pulls her into a hug with tears of Joy pouring out! Poppy is surprised by the big welcome and hugs Branch back even know she doesn't know what is going on. After the moment passes and everyone settles down Branch and Poppy let go of each other.

" What happened? What is with these strings on my bed? And why am I on my bed? I don't remember going to bed
...",Poppy asks confused and curious.

" Somebody tried to poison you with a sleeping portion and it took over you. We all were so worried that the party was shut down. The only way to save you was to get six of the Strings from the forest and... for true love's first kiss to happen... Me and the Pack had went far to the forest to get the Strings and I kissed you to wake up... and well it worked...", Branch says honestly then shy at the end.

Everyone watches Branch and Poppy talk not saying a single word. None of them wanted to spoil this conversation between the two soulmates. Poppy looks at Branch completely shocked by the news then blushes as her heart skips a beat. She has been wanting to kiss Branch too but, never on her dreams did have their first kiss like this.

" You did that for me? But you hate traveling in the forest at night....",Poppy says softly.

" I do but, that doesn't matter now. You are the most important person in my life and there nothing more special in life than you. I will do anything for you. I love you, Poppy...",Branch confesses honestly, lovingly and softly.

" I love you too, Branch.",Poppy confesses honestly, lovingly and softly back.

Then Poppy grabs Branch's vest and pulls him into their second and loving kiss. Branch was taken off guard at first but, melts into the kiss as he starts kissing her back. The trolls watching them smile as they watch the two kiss again. Peppy smiles  a little more happier knowing that his daughter will be alright and that he can trust Branch with her.
